They explain the products to you. I tried it out. I usually hold off on reviews just to make sure it works good and this product in my hand works just like I needed it to work on my pain. I've used a lot of other CBD products so I'm comparing it to those products that are more expensive. I remember there being great prices and good service. After the way that employed treated me, I don't think I ever wanna come back except to try and talk to management. That woman should not continue working for you, unless you make VERY clear how she should conduct herself. And if for some reason her behavior is something you're OK with, then don't worry.
