I wish I could give a no star review. Worst customer service ever. They charged us a $150 cleaning fee because my friend threw up a little outside the establishment, and they were saying they had to call someone to power wash the little spot of throw up. We said we will clean it up with some water, but they refused. Then 5 minutes later they took a bucket of water and washed it themselves with just water, and I called them out and said that's a nice power washer. And they just smiled and laughed us. This is a cool byob spot that has great hookah and chill vibes. They play music at your request if there are few people in house and they'll change the TVs for you as well. They have really good hookah and offer a wide range of flavors. There is a $5 charge for byob but well worth it and they'll provide ice and cups. read more

The positive is that it really is a beautiful establishment on the inside. Lighting and ambience would be a five if only for the next part.... it's overcrowded with the seating practically on top of each other. Guess they do this to increase the number of patrons they can serve on a busy weekend. But when I think hookah, I think relaxed atmosphere and this is not that. If you don't like having strangers sitting immediacy next to you (sharing Elbow space in some sections) then you may want to reconsider. They have a good assortment of hookah options to choose from so no problem there. The main thing is this place is Wayyyyy overpriced. AND their purchase requirements are sketchy (IMO). there is a maximum of 2 people per hookah which is ridiculous. IMO that shouldn't matter bcz ultimately they shouldn't decide patrons' budgets. It should be based on the product for each hookah and when it runs out, it runs out. Maybe even establishing a time limit if need be but I didn't care for the 2 per rule. Customer service is also subpar. They herd you in like cattle, where you're practically sitting in each other laps and then they're aggressive in having you make your purchases. That was OUR experience anyway. Also, settling your check is another questionable process with high fees so make sure you pay attention to what your total charge is and what you were charged for. Absolutely appalling customer service, I wouldn't even give this place half a star. Highly recommend if your looking for a chill place to put your feet up on a couch and smoke a good packed hookah. They are pretty knowledgeable about the shisha and flavors. This is one of best hookah in town I beleive. The best part is alcohol is not allowed and also smoking is not allowed which is good for non-smokers. But they have very limited eating options but that is understood as they are hookah specific. We have tried couch potato flavour which is amazing and its kind of different from the general hookah flavours available at any other clubs or hookah parlours. You can also bring your know food and can enjoy hookah along side. The ambience is great and slow music is merrier the ambience. If you are coming in a group, you can enjoy the place at fullest. The staff is very friendly and come up with suggestions. They also have happy hours but that is only from Monday to Thursday which is kind of negative point. This time I have came with my wife but next time I'll be coming with my gang for sure. read more

I have been a faithful customer of The Living Room since the first location opened in Frisco. Just this last month, I have given my business to this establishment on 3 Saturday nights. Not only the Frisco location, but the one in Dallas (Preston / Frankfort) as well. After the poor customer service my wife and I received tonight, I WILL NEVER go back! They just lost a regular customer! Here's what happened. My wife and I were enjoying our T's mix for about an hour. During that time the coals died. Usually the staff stays on top of everything, but for some reason we were overlooked. After finally getting the attention of someone behind the counter, we received new coals. Two minutes later another employee came up to us and asked us to move to another spot because "They needed the space for another large group." THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE! Never in all of my experiences has this happened in any of the other hookah lounges I regularly patronize. You DO NOT approach people to move. It's like being in a restaurant and being asked to move right in the middle of your meal! The staff by their actions told us, we are not as valued as the other customers. At that point I told them they can have their spot because I was leaving. So I asked to pay the bill which I did. They did apologize, but the damage was already done. Well Living Room, you got a spot for your large party... but at the expense of a regular customer. I hope it was worth it guys... read more

Great place to chill and hangout. It is literally set up like a living room,there are several areas inside. The couches and chairs are super comfy too. We tried the house special which was $22 for two people. Amazing and great flavor. They have an outdoor patio as well. They do not serve alcohol but they have teas and water. This was an all and all ruined hookah experience..menu says 2people per hookah which is fine, but we were still charged a "seating fee" for the two other guests who don't partake in hookah even though they purchased beverages. This information was not made clear to us until 1 hour into our double date..even after we made our case they were still adamant about charging us at least one seating fee...I will most definitely never come back to this place and do not recommend it to anyone looking for a new hookah spot read more

Our first time here was a bust - they were short staffed so the one that was working basically told us that they were closing soon so we'd have to hurry up and order. The second time around, much better experience. We went with enough time to sit and enjoy our selves. The atmosphere is fun, casual and comfy. I love that the seating arrangements are like tiny living rooms (duh). They have various board games you can ask for, a good selection of hookah flavors to choose from. We found this place by looking up new hookah places on yelp. The environment is really relaxing and cute! It's all couches and little sofa arm chairs. The hookahs start out at $20 each for a simple hookah. They don't have any food just drinks coffee and tea! I would recommend adding maybe like smoothies and iced coffees! We love The Living Room! Definitely a new favorite in Frisco! Super cute and comfy with an amazing homey feel. Love all the staff, super helpful, very attentive, and offered recommendations to our new to hookah friends. We tried the Triple Apple and the house blend called the Couch Potato, both awesome! Absolutely loved how they had music playing but it wasn't crazy loud so we were able to have a conversation and not have to scream, definitely different from other hookah bars we've encountered here. This place is really nice. It's like a hookah coffee place basically. The couches are white and it's got this loft type of feel to it. The coffee is really good, they give you a bunch of options. The hookah they make is really good and not harsh. I've gotten tea a few times too and it tastes really good too you just have to let it soak for a little. It's the perfect study spot. The hookah's did not disappoint me, finally. Seems like no matter where I go outside of SoCal, hookahs taste like.. well you know. Surprise surprise, Kamran is from SoCal.. makes total sense. I pretty much stayed til closing time, where I noticed they clean each one of their hookah's every night.. super time consuming but so worth the end result. The owner is down to earth and takes the time to talk to all customers. The hookah flavors and mixes are delicious and they use coconut coals - not quick lights. They do take reservations but I didn't have a problem getting a spot on a Friday or Saturday night. No alcohol but they offer sodas, tea, coffee and snacks.
