I am describing him because I hope management will know who this review is about and address his poor customer service skills and lazy work ethic as he did not want to sell and refused to sell a product to me. He told me everything is on video and audio surveillance in the store so management would know if he sold me the item I wanted to buy which was a "a glass pipe" and he said that management is intolerant of that word "pipe" being used in the store and he wouldn't chance selling it to me. Weird. He said "you mean these?" and showed me some "No, I said, it's round at the end" I replied He showed me another set of "incense burners" (in his words). I asked for 2.
