The server was so rude. We sat down and the first thing she said was "I was planning to close at 12:30am." We still had about 40 min- 1 hr to smoke hookah. She seemed like it took the life out of her to tell us what hookah flavors they had, and she came back with the electronic payment device and didn't say a word, just waited for someone to pull out their card. Not worth it, unprofessional and overpriced. When we called we were told we would only be charged 5.00 for bringing our own liquor. But there's really a cover charge just for sitting there not hitting the hookah. And then the guy that served us(Sra) was really to close to our personal space. I like that the lounge is in back of a shopping center. No parking or valet fees. There is A lot of spots to park and quit and safe neighborhood. We got seated right away. We came early to avoid rush hour. Got there about 10:30pm and stayed till a little past midnight. They have a live DJ who played some really great throw back hip hop and r and b. He had many mixes as well with top songs out. The music was great the whole night ! They had for a good 15-20 minutes a live belly dancer. She would dance around the room with props like fire, sword, and scarfs. For my table we ordered the strawberry kiwi hookah. It was smooth and was a nice flavor. My first time having it. I like that they have a waiter who refills the coal every so often so you get bang for your buck. You are charged a $10 cover charge per person and 20% gratituity end of the bill. But it's worth it. If I could give zero star I would. Please do not patronize this company or work here. * Where do I even start, the manager who has been working there over 3 years, Christina Hinkler, has no sense of hospitality. Screams and curses at employees and starts unfounded claim about customer and employees. She picks and chooses which customers do not have to pay the cover or get a discount on their overall bill. She engages in illegal substances with customers. * The owner, Mohamed Fanous, is not fit to be an owner. He prays on the younger women of the establishment enticing them with free hookahs and then later inviting them back to his car or his house. Even with the female employees, he will ask if you have a boyfriend and ask you to stay past close to "help out him and his friends" but let the manager go home, and when you give him excuses to why you can't stay he will remain persistent. He cuts corners, pays his employees under the table cash app, cash, or Venmo, essentially avoiding the employer tax obligation. I guess that makes sense being that the two that work in the back are here in the US on expired student visas. Also when they are short on employees they will have high schoolers man the door. *One night the fire marshal paid the business a visit and wrote several fines stating that the business was not fit to serve food. Which also makes sense being that food was being prepared in the same area as a hookah with only a microwave, and air fryer, and a griddle. After they were told they could no longer serve food, the are still serving food but just slapped signs on the freezers holding the food and appliances that say "personal use". * The security guards are unprofessional as well. Drinking on the job, charging more on the cover fee and pocketing the extra. Sexually harassing the female employees as well. Excessive touching, offering money in exchange for different lewd acts. *Lastly, automatic 20% gratuity. Doesn't go to the server, again goes straight to the owner. Customers will rarely tip over the auto 20% bc they are all under the impression that money goes to the server. read more

I always thought 1 star reviews were BS, but now I understand. Hookah taste was fine, the guy was kind and even let me bring my smoothie without $5 BYOB. What warrants this 1 star is that I only had 1 set of coals for over an hour. Place had 2 customers when I came, yet the server was in the back room most of the time and didn't bring coals. When I called her over she asked if I wanted a refill. What?? I told her I'd like another set of goals and never got one in the first place. Proceeded to take another 20 min to get them. By this point, more people came in so I don't understand why coals weren't rotating. When they came, the shisha was burnt and I asked for the check. I give the benefit of the doubt, but please be mindful of things like this because it does affect quality. Will stick to my ATX shisha. read more

Twas Friday Night and ain't $hit was Poppin so I figured I would indulge in the Dallas Nite Life. I wanted to possibly network if not at least people watch haha  I was handling business if I'm being serious!  You gone learn today! Was the first thing I thought about when I had to pay a cover for a Hookah Bar that wasn't packed.  Personal ReC, That's not right man, you should enforce a cover when the joint is bumping and there is at least a line or suffer turning people away or worst - A Bad Review - On some #300 stuff - This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.  But sometimes the truth has to hurt. So not a good start, soon after, I was seated facing the DJ.  The seating arrangement had me in an odd spot that made me feel excluded. We might want to rearrange the seats to be a bit more welcoming for people to socialize and have a good time. I went with the hookah that was recommended and this was the highlight of the night!  Much Props on the quality Hookah, the service was really good as my hookah was alway refilled on time. A+ for service (two guys constantly walking around) A for music (dj spinning mostly hip hop and house but played too loud so was deafening) and ambiance (sofas and chairs aligning coffee tables in an extremely dark room) A- for prices ($12 for hookahs, 6 for refills, and 2.50 per person for BYOB) C for hookah (blue mist and tequila sunrise weren't that great and it didn't seem as if it the tobacco was filled as much as possible because it was rough after a few puffs) I've had better hookahs but I would come back for everything else. read more

Casanova is always a good spot to go and spend a chill evening with friends. Its a great mix of music people and the atmosphere is just what we like to call lit! I've been here on many occasions one being my birthday years back and since that time I've been an avid customer. If I could give this place zero stars I would, when we showed up we were told $6 for a cover and were charged $10 instead. Then we were moved around the place because they didn't like where we sat. Followed by the waiter lying to us about the cost of the hookah. After this we asked for a refund of our cover charge. The manager is a SEXIST asshole who wouldn't give my friend the refund but when our male friend asked for one he was willing. The manager was incredibly rude and should be fired. read more

Right near the Telecom corridor sit this hookah lounge. There's plenty of seating to allow you and your guests to be comfy. The flavors are extensive but the staff is happy to help. I choose Friday night because they have a DJ and belly dancing. It was packed at 10pm but I would put this Casanova down for a great pre or post date. It is BYOB! Such a plus but you will tallied for everything. I don't find that a big deal because we brought a BAR with us. So $5.00 to get in $3.00 for hookah extensions to share. $3-4 for ice and cups. Then you pay for your hookah flavor $15.00 for 2 flavors. We had a snack (hummus) which was really great. So between 3 folks maybe $45 bucks and they put they're tip in. Even with the place packed the staff was attentive and continued to check our hookah and if we needed anything else. I was surprised they could keep up. This was a really relaxing evening. Pretty cool vibe. Music was good. My waiter sucked ass. Menu showed one price but actual bill was way higher than I expected. FYI - don't get the pineapple (exotic flavors) hookah. It's OK but not worth it. Regular flavors will do. I may go back as long as I don't get the same waiter (short, cocky, African-American dude who did more dancing than serving).
