I've been a customer for 2 years and previously visited almost every day. Everyone here knows me,…read moreand I've known Mike for 9 years. I've spent countless hours and money here, but after repeated frustrating experiences, you've lost a customer for good. You will never see another dollar from me. I posted an earlier version of this review before. The owner saw it and wanted to speak with me. He disputed my account, saying it wasn't what happened the night before. But my review described my experiences across multiple visits--not just one night. I was asked to take it down and offered a free hookah on the house. That offer did not resolve the concerns I raised. I regularly arrived when the lounge opened and it was empty. Even on weekends, I was there before 9 PM, before the $10 cover fee started. Yet when the lounge became busy later, I was expected to either give up my seat or pay an entry fee. Being told the owner was "saving" me $10 was frustrating when I had arrived before the cover charge began. The pricing has also been inconsistent with what is advertised online. Weekday happy hour is listed as 12 PM-7 PM, but when there was a game during those hours, I was charged $40 total, including tax and additional charges. I did not see that exception explained in the online menu. After 7 PM, the website lists a hookah base price of $23.99 Monday-Wednesday and $29.99 Thursday-Friday. Yet I've been charged a $29 base price throughout Monday-Friday, bringing my total to about $34 after tax and additional charges--even on Monday-Wednesday, when the lower price is advertised. On weekends, my total has been about $40. I understand that tax and additional charges are separate, but that does not explain the difference in the advertised Monday-Wednesday base price. If prices have changed, update the website and clearly explain the charges before customers order. On a previous visit, the servers told me the owner had instructed them to stop giving me charcoals after my hookah had lasted about an hour and a half. If there is a time limit on charcoal service, customers should be told before they pay. Another time, I became so frustrated after being told to give up my seat that I started crying. The owner kept insisting I step outside to talk to him. I respectfully said, "I'm hurt right now and I don't want to talk until I've cooled off." I said no three separate times, and he continued insisting. My request for space should have been respected. Most recently, things we had routinely brought and used for months without an issue were suddenly prohibited and described as "unprofessional." Changes in expectations should be communicated clearly and consistently. I also did not appreciate the manager following me outside to my car as I was leaving to address this. That conversation could have happened inside. These experiences have left me feeling unwelcome and unappreciated. Customers deserve accurate advertised prices, clear policies, and respectful communication. I will not be returning.

They feel as if they don't have to provide any type of customer service because they're gonna get the money regardless very entitled. I stopped going here for years for that exact reason. How I ended up here was a birthday party. I was invited to despite how I feel about this establishment I went. Soon as I arrive we were seated and was enjoying my friends's birthday party within the next 20 minutes. I stood up and touch my pants and realized I had a pile of gum on the back of my new pants. I was so upset this was my first time wearing these new pants and now something so disgusting happened. I asked the waitress instead of bringing me my bill to takeoff $25 due to my pants being ruined. She told me she had to go speak to her manager. She kept coming back asking for my money and I kept telling her let me speak to your manager so she later came back and stated my manager stated I can only give you ice. I told her that is unacceptable. I am not about to sit here after I've been drinking and enjoying myself to ice my back of my pants and I can't do anything other than that. The manager came out, stated he did not do that put the gum there.(Which he had a very poor disregarding attitude) I explain to him I never said that you deliberately put the gum there. I stated that this is your establishment so you are suppose to take accountability for the fact that the seats were not clean properly. I'm only asking for my bill to be comped. He told me in front of my friends that he's not gonna do that. The best thing he can do for me is bring me some ice. I said, sir do you want me to pull my pants down and it's establishment because what would ice do for gum being on the bottom portion of my bottom half? He said ma'am, please pay your bill and that's it. This is a reminder and warning to everyone who thinks about going to this establishment. DON'T GO!! They do not care about you!!! The only thing they want is your money. They are slightly racist. That man spoke so rudely to me when I was ever bit of respectful to him and I couldn't have gotten out of hand but I wanted to show him what he was suppose to do as a manager or owner of an established that ruined a customer's night and clothes. I have been experiencing this for years. That's why I stopped going to this establishment. I never went for many years until my friend who was very close to me birthday, and I gave him one chance for her. She witnessed the entire thing and stated she would never go there again as well. I will always be an advocate of no one spending money with them!!

TL;DR: A clean, friendly sports bar with actual food and drink specials, secret EDM/tequila…read morespeakeasy in the back, and parking that will test your skills and patience. 10/10 would risk it again. Take a seat, I've got a story to tell: I have no idea how this place isn't already swarming with people wearing vintage Cowboys jerseys and arguing about brisket. It's like someone said, "What if we made a chill, good-looking sports bar with great food, live music, and a tequila dungeon rave in the back?" and then actually did it. Let's start with location: It's in the Design District, nestled between a UPS store and some bougie eateries that serve things like "deconstructed nachos" This place? No pretense. Just vibes. The front is a cool, unassuming sports bar with TVs, a solid beer selection, and food that's actually better than it needs to be. I'm not saying the burger cured my seasonal depression, but I did smile with my whole face after the first bite. But wait..there's a twist. Go toward the back and you'll stumble upon a themed bar/speakeasy that opens on weekends only. Think tequila meets house music meets, "how is this even legal?" It's like Narnia, if Narnia served mezcal shots and played Diplo remixes. Pro tips: * Taco Tuesdays: Dollar tacos that don't taste like regret. * Thursday combo: Burger, fries, and a beer for $10. Alexander Hamilton would be proud. * Staff is actually attentive and friendly, no one here is mad that you exist. There's a gentleman that is deaf, be nice, he's super cool! The only con? The parking situation is more stressful than a group project in college. Street parking is your best bet, but if you have to use the lot, prepare to reenact a 37-point turn while strangers silently judge you. If you're looking for a place where you can watch the game, make a new bar friend, and maybe end the night dancing in a surprise tequila lounge, this is your spot. Just don't tell too many people. I like being able to get a table. ;P Follow their Instagram for their specials and updates.
