Extremely disappointed by the overall experience. I've been to several hookah spots before and this was by far the worst of my experiences. I recommended this place to my group of friends and we bought several hookahs. The hookahs were all very light in smoke, there weren't enough coals, and the flavors could not be tasted. I spoke with the server. The server had an attitude and did nothing to resolve the issues. I told her my concerns and she rolled her eyes and walked away. The service was extremely poor. I wasn't greeted by anyone when I walked in, my hookah was not fixed, and the employees barely interacted with my large group. This is poooooorrrr customer service, one of the worst. Save your money and go elsewhere. There's better hookah and better service elsewhere. This was a poor experience. Never retuning and I don't recommend.

Great atmosphere and service. First time here. Great vibe and extremely comfortable couches! BYOB. They do not sell liquor but still cool vibe.

Found this hookah lounge on google near our place. We just moved from Michigan and we had the best of hookahs around so it was hard to find a place in TX that was as good as Michigan. We tried many places around Dallas but this place was the only one nearly as good as the hookah we had in Michigan. The place was nice inside, very clean, the staff were very friendly and gave good service. We had the midnight train with orange head. It was really good. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star because my husband had to go ask the guy to change our charcoal but other than that everything was on point. This place will be the only place we go to for our hookah cravings. Go check them out , you won't be disappointed!!!

Afro beats. BYOB and food.. super lit. On top of coals too, they don't even let them get low.

Good service but overpriced on weekends. Hookah is ridiculously expensive probably the costliest in dfw, plus gratuity for even 1 person.

Our server, Jayden, was the highlight of the evening even considering a very high bar set by the cocktails and food. He was friendly, efficient and just the right amount of care. He went out of his way to make sure our evening was a pleasant one. I found the cocktail and food prices to be very much in line! Walk in via J Theodore, the ohone booth is to the left. It's a cool novelty calling with a book name to enter via the book shelf. Once inside the speak easy area there were two seating options. The Library which is set away from the open lounge area and quieter or the lounge area with the bar. They would not let us pick our spot despite seating being available. We opted for the lounge area as the seat offered to us there was better to our preference. The tables are packed quiet tightly which i dont like personally but i get it. That tidbit aside it is definitely a cool environment. Service was really nice and the food we ordered was great. I presume it's the same menu as J Theodore so I'm going to have to try that now for a more restaurant style meal. This is a cool place to hang out and bring friends imo. Since we don't really drink we'll probably end up at the restaurant next time as it's not easy to eat on tiny tables. It's a bar/lounge after all.

I lucked out and found this place; came there on a Monday night and it wasn't busy at all. Their smoking area was small, but laid out extremely well with leather chairs and a large TV screen. The humidor was also rather small, and several of the cigars were pricier than I've seen. Where this place takes the cake is the ambiance, service and whiskey selection. My hostess, Mary, was extremely attentive and provided good recommendations on the food and beverages. And regarding the whiskey - their selection was massive. Mary recommended a Texas bourban (Unbendt BiB) that was delicious. It was so good that I brought a bottle back to Chicago. Highly recommend this place for a cigar smoker looking for a good meal + cigar in a quiet/intimate environment.

We ended up order a variety of food and drinks. All of the food was great! From a timing perspective, we went on a Tuesday evening. While the venue was mostly empty in the main dining room and bar, the private room was full. This made service extremely slow. On the plus side, if you're there to hang out -- slow service isn't as bad with a good cocktail. The staff were very polite and friendly...just a little overworked in my opinion.

The venue is designed to resemble a Prohibition-era speakeasy, with an entrance accessible through a rotary phone inside a red telephone booth (which actually works!). Our tour was led by Jamie, who shared his extensive knowledge as he guided us through the Prohibition Era alongside our concierge, Landon. The speakeasy features stunning floors made of 120-year-old Italian wood, beautifully decorated with art, books, and a selection of premium entertainment and spirits. Patrons can request "prescriptions," which are 2oz alcoholic shots inspired by the owner's grandfather, who was a pharmacist. Cocktails and friendly service was provided by Emma and Kyle, their services were a nod to Bob Ruede, RPB's renowned Intoxicologist, along with other award-winning bartenders recognized for their excellence in service and hospitality. Eric, the Cigar Attendant, is knowledgeable about how to properly enjoy an exceptional cigar experience. The Mafia Room is an exclusive space perfect for guys' and girls' nights, intimate events, corporate gatherings, and celebrations.
