I give this store a 0-5 because their customer service is no where to be found. They sold me a lemon of an item and been telling them about the issues but accepted no responsibility. The salesperson seems to want to help but her manager over the phone was not willing to help at all. This review is a warning to anyone wanting to buy products from here. Turn away and go to any other vape store. Scamming people, not telling them the return policy until the leave the store to ensure you can't return it. read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVERRR. Gave my sister and friend a damaged/burnt pipe and when we came back in not even 5 minutes later he accused them of already smoking out of it and wouldn't let us return or even exchange. As he kept yelling at us that we were lying. Yeah. Unbelievable. That's not even the best part. He was swiping at us and yanked the pipe out of my friends hand. The crazy thing is, his little minion of a worker that sold it to us.. admitted to seeing it before we bought it, but "thought it was nothing" she quickly changed her story when the owner came up. Came here a few times, two out of the three times the place wasn't open and it was already past their opening time. However, they do always have the stuff we need in stock and we would buy it if they were open during the hours posted on their door. (ZERO STARS) The owner and employees have the worse customer service I have ever experienced my sister purchased a bong and after she purchased 5 minutes later saw it had a burn mark in it as if it was used so we took it back. Amazing customer service! I have limited experience with vaping and needed to get set up to start. Being a pack-a-day cigarette smoker is becoming too difficult in the judgemental work force, so here I am. I have found a lot of vape shops to be unwelcoming and staff members condescending to those who are not in "the culture" of vaping. I chose to try this place because of reviews talking about their kindness and helpfulness to beginners. I am so happy to say, I was not disappointed. Sal was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help me pick out products and explained everything. He never made me feel out of place for knowing so little about vaping. What impressed me the most was how he gave me his time and undivided attention, and never rushed me to make a quick decision. I wouldn't give this place even ONE star, but I have to. I was new to this shop, never stepped foot in it before. Ever. I was looking for a specific juice: lemon glazed donut. Whoever was behind the counter vaguely pointed to his limited e-juice selection and blandly said, "There's lime pudding." Ok, not even remotely close to what I was asking about. I looked up the brand name and told him what it was. He continued to repeat to me, "There's 1,000's of juices. Thousands." Yeah, I know that. I'm not a new vaper. I gave him the brand and flavor of a specific juice. You know what he said to me? "Maybe you should go back to the place you've always bought it at." Your customer service is BEYOND reprehensible. Don't EVEN suggest a new flavor. Don't EVEN say "I'm sorry, we don't have that." Just basically tell me to shop elsewhere. You bet your sweet ass, I will. not enforcing state mandated mask policy. told a guy that it was up to him-it's not, it's the law. horrible service too, sold me a broken device and when i returned they blamed it on me and offered me 50% off of another one. had to demand a replacement and they treated me like I was trying to scam them. I had an employee/owner? charge me $10 above retail due to the product being "hard to get". Mind you I could have easily just purchased it online, however I prefer to support local b&m's. This wouldnt have been such an issue if I hadnt purchased the same product a week before at 5$ above retail. Needless to say this establishment will no longer be receiving my business. Je Vape is THE BEST vape house in DFW. Not only do they have hundreds of flavors to choose from but they have the best selection of vape kits and mods I have ever seen in a store. The owner is the one who is usually working and he has exceptional customer service. He really takes care of you when you are a guest at his store. This is now my home store when it comes to my vaping needs. The store also has very comfortable sitting areas and wifi if you want to relax and vape. Like a coffee shop for vapers!
