The lady that helped me that first morning was very patient with me and showed me the ropes and explained the products and the vape apparatus I chose with her guidance! Very professional and great customer service from her and the other employees that have helped me when I've gone back on weeknights. I've tried a few other vape/smoke shops in the area but as I said Wickedly Hot set the bar so high the other shops around just can't quite reach it for me. PRICE: Cheap prices of high quality juices and hardware. Now for the change. The last review I left I had some negative things to say about the employees. Today I came back to get some wire when I got to see the manager. We spoke about my past review and she was happy to receive some of my critical feedback. She told me she'd look into it and told me she'd talk to the employee about it. Overall, very satisfied and i'm happy to come back and get whatever vape related here again.
