Amazing experience! 10/10! Monica was an absolute gem with her knowledge and service. LUSH never disappoints, but today was a high score. I went in thinking I'd be right out, but some of the associates just have a way of making you feel special, so you stay longer and spend more money. This location is in a very nice area. You can definitely enjoy a day out shopping and dining!

First time ever at a Lush! Maddison was super helpful guiding me thru the things I was interested in trying out for my first buy and showed me how to use the items! It's located on Main Street in the southlake town center near Starbucks, Milwaukee joes, and the city hall building for those needing a reference. Hopefully making it easier to not have to be looking left and right with an oh no there it is! Front counter staff was super friendly as well! I love the natural products here, can't wait to try what I got and come back again. The only possible negative is I could have done with the music being a little softer but I'm sure that is "old lady at 30" after being to many loud shows in my youth. Enjoy shopping!

The staff is always helpful, and I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for. That said, the store is always crowded. On weekends, it can be overwhelming trying to move around with the amount of people inside, especially when groups of teens are hanging out and testing everything. It's a tight space for the volume of shoppers they get, and it can feel a bit claustrophobic at times. On top of that, the constant mix of fragrances being sprayed can give me a headache, so I've learned to avoid peak hours. I usually stop by mid-day during the week or later in the evening when things calm down a bit. It's Sephora, so the crowds are expected, but this location would really benefit from a little more breathing room. Still, it's my favorite spot for my go-to beauty staples, just not on a Saturday afternoon. The staff always ask if I need help, and most times I don't, but they're always around to assist.

I was looking around trying to catch someone's attention as I was looking for something in particular, when Susan approached me asking if she could help. Now Susan had Gucci name tag on so I don't think that she's the typical sales person. However Susan went above and beyond to make sure that I was helped. Even when I was checking out, I wasn't greeted (rather ill take who is next), I wasn't asked if I found everything I was looking for, I wasn't asked if I would like to use my beauty points, and when I was leaving I decided to make sure I let Susan I appreciated her not just seeing me, but taking the time to help me. Even when looking for her, I passed by numerous associates and not one asked could they help. I had to finally ask one if they could help me find Susan to which she pointed "there she is". Also with all the people standing around (even at the front door, three of them are having a photo session) you would think that the store would be cleaner. However I guess they are too busy for that. I won't be returning here. Customer Service gets ZERO stars and I'll gladly go spend my money where I am welcome. 7/13/25 3:19pm

Market by Macy's is a condensed, boutique-like version of a full-line Macy's department store, that seems to target a more fashion-savvy, early-20s to early-50s customer. The departments that are there include a men, women, children, shoes, accessories, jewelry (fine and costume), fragrance, Sunglass Hut, and some sleepwear/lingerie, however all of the departments are much smaller and curated from that of the full-line standard Macy's store. There is a range of price points here with the same discounts of what you'd find at a standard Macy's store. Some of the brands that you'll find here include Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Coach, and Moschino. When I shopped here, the sales associate that I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me order a pair of amazing boots, and after that transaction was completed, she continued to check in with me and speak to me by name throughout the rest of the time I shopped. I really appreciated the high level of service that she provided. I really wish that I could remember her name. She was excellent! I also bought a cute bodysuit that cost $21 after discount. The look of the store is really cute and easy to shop in. Because the inventory there is so limited, there isn't any clutter or mess which was nice. I live in Dallas so Southlake isn't in my near vicinity, but I will definitely come back sooner more than later to shop at Market again. The service, selection, prices, and experience is worth the trip.

We typically go to Lush but I had seen this business going in a few months ago and I wanted to see if they were open yet and try them first with Lush bring our back up. I'm glad we went to Buff city first as they were open and fully stocked. The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful, and offered some coffee beans to help my daughter to stop sneezing (she was being a bit overzealous with deeply smelling everything haha). My kids are young so we were able to distract one while the other shopped but what made it cool was they were making the products out front where you can see and interact. One was working on putting a whipped soap or lotion in a container and another had a kitchen aid mixing bowl and was putting ingredients into the bowl, this made it fun for not only the kids but my husband and myself found it interesting as well. I always love an open kitchen, and this is basically an open kitchen for soaps and lotions, it's very cool. The bath bombs smell great. I did directly compare these with Lush and this is my thoughts on the bath bombs directly compared to lush are as followed: Lush bath bombs do lots of colors and "big shows" as they break down they typically bubble so much they float and often different types of bubbles to move them in a specific pattern such as in a circle or a rocket that moves around the tub like it has rocket boosters. Buff Citys bath bombs, although very nice sink in the tub, the colors they leave are more natural and more of a milky/chalky residue vs bright blue or other vivid colors like lush. Buff city's bath bombs do not move around the tub and they are no as interesting as far as shapes go. Lush and Buff City seem to put oil on the bath bombs and leave your skin feeling moisturized and soft. I like both companies bath bombs for different reasons, at lush you get more entertainment with your bath, the dents are very strong, and the colors and shapes are interesting but the bath bombs are $7-$10. Buff City has excellent employees, a fun open kitchen for kids to watch products getting main and most things in the store are $7-$8 . I'll continue to shop at both and look forward to see if Buff City starts adding some floating bombs with more vivid colors for kiddos.
