One medication I really needed, they didn't have enough pills and I had to wait four days for them to get a delivery. I can forgive this, as the Rx was for a 6 month supply, and therefore hundreds of pills. But then yesterday, I was waiting for an antibiotic I needed ASAP, and when the phone and email alerts came through telling me it was fulfilled, I showed up at the pharmacy 30 minutes later and they said it wouldn't be filled for another twenty minutes. Why send the robocall to notify me that my prescription is ready if it is not? They are polite and professional in person, but getting ahold of medications is occasionally a mess. I might try changing pharmacies. Their days and hours are also limited. This has not affected me too much, but if you need better availability the Walgreens pharmacy down the street on North Tarrant & Beach is open until 9, and is also open on weekends.

I know things get extremely busy for this store due to the heavy populous of residents, but they move efficiently and are always precise filling requests from my primary physician and//or doctor's clincs. I've never had to question this. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I think some people don't understand the thousands of requests, drive-thru customers and calls they receive which is a bit insensitive, so I'd like to just sing their praises for the excellent job I witness them doing for our area. You gentlemen and ladies are sincerely incredible! I'd like for corporate Walgreens to know and hear this from a customer who's been patronizing them for over 15 years now. It's so easy to be negative, but much more grateful when we are not focused just on ourselves as residents. * What might be most helpful, for Walgreens corporate management to consider building another much-needed store-facility on Basswood close to the CVS that's also in the area to increase customer support. Thanks!

It took me by surprise to say the least, but tried to stay positive. After a couple of weeks it was obvious that something was wrong. Candice refused to give me a referral, but I was able to find an ENT facial plastic surgeon that as soon as he saw me, knew what happened and what to do.
