Signed up on Tuesday and canceled my membership on Wednesday. I have been going to Cancun Tan for ten years now, the only reason I decided to switch to Palm Beach Tan was because Palm Beach Tan was closer to work, I could run over on my lunch break, plus I had always heard great things about them! I will give all my compliments to Stacy, she was AMAZING, she really has a passion for her job and she wants to make sure the customer is happy, she smiled the entire time! She gave me a tour of the store and explained all the tanning lotions, prices, specials and more. Stacy deserves 5 Stars. There was another girl at the front desk, Savannah I believe, she was not as friendly. Very poor customer service skills, I have no clue what I did wrong. The attitude came out after I did not purchase $500 worth of product. I even had the other employee, Stacy, apologizing because of how rude her coworker was. I brushed it off, went in the next day to the same attitude and ended up canceling my membership. I will be going back to Cancun Tan. If you do go to Palm Beach Tan in Bedford, ask for Stacy, not Savannah. read more

Been coming to this location off and on for a couple of years. Really great staff. Very friendly. Always busy cleaning tan salon. Never on their personal cell phones. I use just their normal machines and have a nice tan after a few sessions. Their tanning products can be somewhat expensive but they work as advertised. Both hair salon and tanning salon products are hard to buy cheaper online because there are so many counterfeits read more

I use to work at a sister tanning salon and I remember how things are suppose to be ran. Stacy deserves 10 start she is fabulous. I'm here on a Saturday morning and I came to get a cocktail. Bed tan and spray. She did not put me in line for the spray until after I came out. I am now sitting here waiting for the person that came in after me to spray. She didn't put me in line properly. She isn't wearing a name tag so I have no idea who she is. Plus my bed had finger prints all over the top piece of the bed that comes over you. Not pleased with my experience today. read more

For the past 2 years I have got to PBT in Mansfield. The girls there are rude and have no personality. At this location, 100% different!! The girls here, especially Stacy, have always been welcoming, take time to chat and smile the entire time. They are upbeat and happy and you can tell they are just welcoming people. I joined this particular establishment after a near 8 year hiatus from tanning in a tanning bed at a non-chain in my home town in another state. I was apprehensive due to the long period of inactivity and was hopeful I would receive at least some assistance in starting up again, and accomplishing the goal I had set out to meet. I was blessed and very thankful I live close to this chain store because the employee's, specifically Erin - when she worked there and was my first experience - and Staci - moving forward in my experience - were and still are extraordinary representatives of Palm Beach Tan. Every question I had was catered to my specific needs, and answered with utmost concern for my well being and my desires. One of the hallmarks of any business is their front line employee's conveying a true sense of their joy in working, and desire to give great customer service. I have met very few individuals in all my years who convey these traits better than Staci (with an i!) She is always bubbly, encouraging, knowledgeable on your products and turned out to be a very engaging and thoughtful woman. She is a invaluable asset to your company as a front line representative and it would behoove your regional management to encourage her to pursue higher aspirations within your organization. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her capacity to make a customer feel right at home is exactly what is missing in most retail settings, and she does it with ease. When I am asked where someone I know could go to get a couple decent tans, some advice on tanning, or a full fledged membership I always encourage them to come to this exact tanning salon. When I return to tanning sometime after Summer, I will definitely be returning to this establishment. All the employees are extremely personable and even know your name when you come in after a couple times coming in! The place seems extremely clean and they clean it between each customer. It's also extremely helpful that when you join initially they suggest times and beds, depending on your membership, to allow for the best base building and avoiding any sunburns! I have to say finally a tanning salon that is competive with other salons pricing. I have recently reviewed planet tan and xotic tan . I currently tan at mega tan in alliance town center north Fort Worth since I live near western center and basswood . I'm comet happy with there new modern beds great personality and friendly staff. The proem is I work near hardwood and hwy 26 in north Richland hills and due to all the traffic needed something more on my way home or near work. Planet tan offers the new ibed for normally 109$ a month but running 80$ special at this time where as Palm beach has the same bed and gave me the diamond level membership for a very close comparison that I pay at Mega tan (54$) Palm beach locked me into (60$) a month . And the north Richland hills and the new alliance store have excellent beds and very new modern atmosphere. Thanks Palm beach for your competitive rates & so many convenient locations. Fyi the rude snow location could use some updating in there equipment I do not recommend thAt location. read more
