The atmosphere is much better and you can tell people take their workout seriously. It is smaller and there's some equipment I miss, but overall its a better gym. Staff seems friendly and I see them clean quite a bit. Don't really ever have to wait for a rack as they have 2 platform half racks and another one in a different area that has a landmine. The machines I've used feel pretty smooth and I notice pretty much everyone wipes them down when they're done. They have 3 bench press stations that are pretty sweet! You can change the angle in increments of 5% on decline and incline. Something I also really like is they have a nice standing and seated calf machine. Also a pretty good variety of attachments for the pulley machines. Wish they had heavier dumbbells though, as I can't do DB rows with straps anymore unless I wanna do like 40+ reps. I know that sounds crazy, but when you strap up you'd be surprised how much you're limiting your back gainz yo. But they have a landmine where you can load the weight up and do the same type of row. Oh and if you know what a glute ham raise is they have it! I love that thing and have been using it twice a week and am still getting stronger at it. They have a cool turf area in the back where you can do a variety of things, but unfortunately all it can take is 1 person in the area and you can no longer drag the sled/tire around or do farmer walks which are things I really like to do. Also, I honestly feel kind of bad when I do it because I feel like I'm hogging the area. If there was just a little more square feet it would be absolutely perfect. The only really legit complaint I have is the water temperature is not consistent in the showers(its usually cold or lukewarm). If that could be fixed that would be great. Cold water is fine now, but its pretty miserable once you get to the winter time. Even with a few things I don't like I highly recommend this gym and think that you will really like it too!

It was a little more than I was planning to spend, but the lady seemed nice and I'm a big believer in getting what you pay for. I went home, shaved, showered and scrubbed that night. The products were nice and I felt confident going in for the actual spray tan the following day. I got there and there was a huge line, the store manager Skylar was a big help. She explained everything in a detailed manner, even though I could see she was busy, but I could tell there were a lot of customers so I didn't ask any followup questions. Anyway, I do the spray tan, and seeing small flecks on my body, I raked my towel across them to even it out. As soon as I did that, I knew I had made a mistake. But when Skylar saw me, she was very proactive and empathetic. She knew I was new to sunless tanning and she bent over backwards to help me get it off and retan. Cameron helped her as well, and they were so kind and thoughtful I really had to write this review. I was mostly satisfied with my tan, but I think practice makes perfect so I'm looking forward to the results of my next sunless tanning treatment that doesn't involve user error. My only request is that tanning packages be a little more transparent so I can know exactly what I'm purchasing (a list or menu would be helpful) and maybe some explanation for why your products are superior to other products. I've worked in skin care industry before; the tanning products are priced at department store price points, and that's no problem, but more knowledge about them and why they are worth the investment wouldn't be a bad thing. Those are my only two little suggestions, other than that, amazing service for an effective product. I got genuine compliments from several coworkers, so we can count it as a success.

And then finally forcing the issue when the only beds available were upgrade beds because the other beds were somehow down. So I canceled my membership, but I had to go back because they were still charging me for it. I never had a problem with anything being dirty, but I do have a problem with treating your customers dirty. And I think it's pretty dirty when you pull a bait and switch and run your business on a shoe string.

Here is my experience: I just do spray tan, but it didn't work well (couldn't get any color), so I decided to stop. They advertise one price, but that's not really accurate. It's more than they advertise. I called at least half a dozen times to cancel, and no one ever answers the phone. I left multiple messages, and no one ever returned my call. I filled out multiple contact forms on the website, and no one ever responded. I finally drove to the place and cancelled in person, and I was assured I would not be charged. You see what's coming, right? I got charged again. I called multiple times. No answer, no return call. I left a message saying that if they didn't call me back, I'd be placing a negative review on Yelp. No call back. I drove up there AGAIN and they wouldn't give me anything to show it was cancelled, but promised me I wouldn't be charged again, which I am definitely not confident in. The owner, who is normally nice, was pretty impatient and dismissive of me. He told me that they don't get messages from the website (which I know isn't true because there is a form there - where they go, I don't know) and said he was too busy with a move to return calls or answer the phone. However, this has been going on a month! In any event, I left after he promised I wouldn't be charged again. Later, after he listened to my message he called me and was nice and offered me a free tan, but that was by far too little, too late. I felt like he was just doing that because he didn't want a negative review. The business practices here are very, very sketchy. I would avoid it. You don't sign a contract, but that means you have no protection at all. They can just keep charging you.
