The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and immediately welcoming. As soon as I walked in, Mr. Mike greeted me warmly and offered assistance, then personally guided me to the men's running shoe section. I found a fantastic selection of discounted running shoes and ended up purchasing two pairs. When I needed help finding the perfect fit, both Ms. Bailey and Mr. Mike went above and beyond--taking the time to help me choose the best shoes for my feet at an incredible price of $39.99 each. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help made the entire experience outstanding. I won't bore you with a list of store names (just go to their website) but it's a comprehensive shopping experience from designer to everyday brands. Shoes, clothes, jewelry, accessories, kids stores/toys. There isn't any restaurant experience here, but they do have a few classic "mall food" snacks, like Auntie Anne's pretzels and Great American Cookies, plus a candy store, coffee, and tea. Personally I like to come here when it's cold outside, or at least cool weather. There's really not much shaded parking, plus it's just too hot to walk outside from store to store in the summer heat.

One employee was really nice. He helped me get down a Hat that I wanted to try on. He watched me try on the hat and said, I was ready for the picnic. Lol. Hello, I shopped at the Rally House in Arlington on 8/4, the young man that assisted us was…read moreamazing and went over and above to accommodate our needs. I originally went into the store with a voucher; I was given by Crystal, store clerk when I returned some merchandise previously purchased. There was another worker present on tonight, I'm not sure of her name but she wore glasses with dreads, African american who went out of way to make our visit horrible when trying to check out. I was given Crystal name bu the lady working on tonight. She could read that but could not read the number or amount on the receipt. Even after the young man informed her he was already assisting me with the transaction. She stated that she had to make a call in order to get the voucher numbers because she could not read them. After 15 minutes she was still on hold with no response. My husband left out the store since it was taking so long and stated he would be waiting in the vehicle for me. After, 10 minutes I was still in the store waiting so he came back in to check to see what was wrong and the lady stated she was on hold still waiting on someone to answer. The young man managed to read the voucher and receipt and enter the numbers off the voucher on order to complete our purchase. When he informed that he had read the read and entered them she acted surprised and asked him how did he do it??? He was doing his job as he told he could do. Upon leaving out of the store, facing directly toward my husband vehicle across the street was APD, so I assume that was the call/answer she was waiting for, we were not approached cause there was nothing wrong done, beside the lady labeling us. However, It just seemed very odd at the time. Needless, to say prior to that my husband was by the fitting room, I attempted to locate someone to open the door in order for him to try on his garments, she was behind the counter and when she approached the dressing room, she didn't speak or anything. Her people skills were unprofessional. The young man had previously informed her that he was able to handle our needs from the beginning, but she she seemed like she had a problem with him helping us as soon as she noted the voucher. I am an Alumni of the University of Arkansas and LSU. My husband is a hard core Cowboy fan so that is the store we normally shop at regularly and spend a lot of money. I fell that situation should have not taken place and the lady needs some education on customer service with treating all customers the same no matter what the case may be at the time. The lady did all that behind $51, so sad.
