This place is amazing! So much selection of tops, bottoms, jerseys, hats and everything else for your favorite Texas college and professional sports teams, as well as several other teams from different states. Prices are fair and comparable to Fanatics or any of those other online shops. If I didn't have to pack it in a luggage I would've bought half the store. Needed to return a jersey, they were so helpful. Fantastic customer service which we don't find very often these days. I'm a fan!

I went in on a Saturday to find a T-shirt but wasn't sure what I wanted so I walked around the store for awhile. It was bit overwhelming for me because it was packed full with merchandise. But when I did find what I wanted I found someone to pull down the shirt size I needed and was on my way pretty quickly. The cashier/salesperson was friendly. First time being in this store and they have a variety of merchandise for universities. I like that when you first enter the store you are greeted. I like that the store is sectioned of by university colors. They have a small sale on selective items throughout the store. I checked out my alma matter's section and ended up buying a small wooden Texas Tech keychain. As I imagined Rally House is pricey however there are some reasonably priced mementos in the store. read more

Just left this store. Extremely rude sales women. Literally drove 4 hours to come to this location before the rangers game. The lady working the customs print jersey refused to help me and then the older lady with short hair at checkout did not want to help me at all. Finally when I asked to see a jersey behind counter she was so rude then completely walked off and wouldn't check us out. So disappointed!!! However the young guy at the counter was nice. read more

I would like to say that this and the Mansfield location are nice when you come in and polite when leaving however after spending 500 dollars for various presents you would expect consistency with their return policies two gifts we purchased needed to be returned one was for my father in law for Father's Day gift the shirt ran a bit small so he returned it with a gift receipt they refused to let him exchange it and forced him to get a refund and repay for his gift I got the refund on my card but he was required to pay for his own. Second return (three days later) same store, This item was for my brother In law to exchange down a size the shirt was sold out in the smaller size and when trying to return it now the clerk stated we could only get a refund if that card was present after confronting them about this flip flop in return policy they became rude and no longer wanted to help us I later returned the item to the Mansfield location (no receipt or anything ) and she was able to refund it to any card I desired makes me wonder how these stores are managed and ran. Selective return policies for each customer and just plan rude when we called them out for it save you hard earned money and time and shop somewhere else read more

I went to this location on Friday June 9,2017, I purchased items that equal to $200.87, I had only $200 in my pocket but I had $.87 in my car, I told the cashier who name was KYLIE KYLIE KYLIE KYLIE KYLIE KYLIE that if she could just close me out and I would bring the .87 cent right away but she said that she couldn't allow me to do that, I told her, I can't believe you don't trust me that I would not bring $.87 back, I just gave her $200 and I only owe her $.87 that was currently in my car. This type of person is the reason why America is so screwed with racism, prejudice and discrimination. Passive aggressive personalities don't work with me. What really was stupid was she asked for my email address after I completed the purchase but we all know they have to ask for the email address for News updates, with the treatment I received, I could care less about mingling with these inconsiderate assholes. "if I was in her same situation I would have trusted the customer because the customer damn near paid for the item with 200 bucks and only owed $.87." When your family alone has some affiliation with every Texas and Oklahoma big 12 school this place is a dream come true. There's something for everyone. The beginning of the store starts off with your professional Texas Teams so of course I have to start my trip off with a new Cowboys and Rangers attire! Perhaps I'll pick up some Stars and Mavericks gear just in case! Then continuing along in my bank account clearing adventure I make my way towards the back for the Texas Tech treasures. The struggle is real when it comes to deciding on what will get chosen to grace my closet walls! Hands down this is one of my favorite stores around. The contents alone are enough for me to love it but their customer service is the icing on the cake. I have never been in here and not experienced a friendly and helpful staff. They make my insane amount of time in the store that more enjoyable. For everyone who has never been here you need to change that immediately! read more

This place has anything you could want with your favorite pro or college team logo on it. The prices are cheaper than pro shops, but still up there. Granted, they have a larger spectrum of quality choices- and it my experience with jerseys you get what you pay for. They have the cheap ironed on jerseys but also carry the high end sewn on game day official gear. I was able to snag some offical game day cowboys jerseys last season for half price by going the day after the last game. I was super excited about it. They send out emails if you sign up- but I have had better luck just being in there at the right time and digging through all the merchandise for sale tags. My family and I have affiliations with TCU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. Rally House is my go-to shop for Christmas gifts, birthday presents or just whenever I feel like treating myself to a new OU or TCU shirt. The store is perfectly designed into sections for each school/professional team which is perfect for someone like me who might suffer from slight OCD. Last time I visited here I was just looking for an OU metal emblem to place on the back of my truck and ended up leaving with several new shirts for OU, TCU, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Stars. It is just way too convenient of a place for me to not stock up on my favorite teams apparel. They also have a lot of random things as well that make for fun gifts: garden gnomes, picture frames, golf balls, etc that are affiliated with your favorite school or team. I highly recommend Rally House for anyone who needs a quick gift or wants to spoil themselves. read more

Really sad about my experience. I didn't realize I had wasted my time trying on clothes until I came to check out and the ladies at the desk 1st said they don't take debit cards? And then they tried to ring it up anyway. The card didn't go through and they said their system messes up a lot. I made sure it wasn't me and I had the money on the correct card. All they said was I'm sorry. Basically I can't purchase anything because the system is messed up. No one tried calling a manager for help or anything. I wonder how often customers come in and this happens. They must be missing out on a lot of business. Hope someone actually addresses the issue. read more
