I was greeted promptly when I enter the store and the employee that checked me out was very friendly. Huge selection of Texas Rangers items; almost overwhelming in a good way. I was able to get some of the items I needed on sale read more

GREAT STAFF AND GREAT SELECTION. We were visiting from out of state and from the minute we walked into the store, we were greeted in a positive uplifting manner. The selection of Cowboys and Longhorn items were excellent and the entire experience was awesome. We look forward to visiting again on our next trip. Keep up the great work. read more

This store sucks so bad. How can a sports store in Texas not have other Texas teams? I went in yesterday for Houston Texans apparel and they literally had 3 hats, 1 t-shirt and 1 CJ Stroud jersey. Yet, the NEW ORLEANS saints had 2 entire racks of apparel and memorabilia. Never ever going to this store again. Ridiculous read more

The service was awesome. I purchased the wrong size online and I was able to select a different size with same day pickup so the selection was great... they have a lot of sport apparel. I also made a purchase with the assistance of the staff...very much appreciative for the service and value of the ladies there!! They helped me in a pinch! read more

We have shopped in several Rally House locations but this one took the cake! We loved the selection of Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys, along with all the schools in Texas! Very cool, we will be back! read more

I shopped today at the Rally House located in Arlington Texas and I was assisted by Krista and Vivian who I'd like to give five stars They did everything a retail store should do. Nowadays, I don't get the full associate assistance, but today at Rally House I did !!They greeted me, supported my needs to help me find the perfect ensemble for my gift and searched for sizes I needed! Krista wouldn't let me settle for less than perfect! read more

Jackson was so helpful. Extremely professional employee and went above and beyond. I'll come back because of him.

Hello, I shopped at the Rally House in Arlington on 8/4, the young man that assisted us was amazing and went over and above to accommodate our needs. I originally went into the store with a voucher; I was given by Crystal, store clerk when I returned some merchandise previously purchased. There was another worker present on tonight, I'm not sure of her name but she wore glasses with dreads, African american who went out of way to make our visit horrible when trying to check out. I was given Crystal name bu the lady working on tonight. She could read that but could not read the number or amount on the receipt. Even after the young man informed her he was already assisting me with the transaction. She stated that she had to make a call in order to get the voucher numbers because she could not read them. After 15 minutes she was still on hold with no response. My husband left out the store since it was taking so long and stated he would be waiting in the vehicle for me. After, 10 minutes I was still in the store waiting so he came back in to check to see what was wrong and the lady stated she was on hold still waiting on someone to answer. The young man managed to read the voucher and receipt and enter the numbers off the voucher on order to complete our purchase. When he informed that he had read the read and entered them she acted surprised and asked him how did he do it??? He was doing his job as he told he could do. Upon leaving out of the store, facing directly toward my husband vehicle across the street was APD, so I assume that was the call/answer she was waiting for, we were not approached cause there was nothing wrong done, beside the lady labeling us. However, It just seemed very odd at the time. Needless, to say prior to that my husband was by the fitting room, I attempted to locate someone to open the door in order for him to try on his garments, she was behind the counter and when she approached the dressing room, she didn't speak or anything. Her people skills were unprofessional. The young man had previously informed her that he was able to handle our needs from the beginning, but she she seemed like she had a problem with him helping us as soon as she noted the voucher. I am an Alumni of the University of Arkansas and LSU. My husband is a hard core Cowboy fan so that is the store we normally shop at regularly and spend a lot of money. I fell that situation should have not taken place and the lady needs some education on customer service with treating all customers the same no matter what the case may be at the time. The lady did all that behind $51, so sad. read more

Krista the manager went above and beyond for me. Really House has a real gem working for them. I will always be a loyal customer because of her. Thank you Krista!..Shut It Down!!!.. read more

The selection is great and customer service is very friendly, but it's just way too hot in there and I can barely focus on shopping because of it. read more

This place is amazing! So much selection of tops, bottoms, jerseys, hats and everything else for your favorite Texas college and professional sports teams, as well as several other teams from different states. Prices are fair and comparable to Fanatics or any of those other online shops. If I didn't have to pack it in a luggage I would've bought half the store. Worh the visit if you are in the area to get yourself some gear before the game! read more

See all

I went in on a Saturday to find a T-shirt but wasn't sure what I wanted so I walked around the store for awhile. It was bit overwhelming for me because it was packed full with merchandise. But when I did find what I wanted I found someone to pull down the shirt size I needed and was on my way pretty quickly. The cashier/salesperson was friendly. I have going to this Rally House for several years and will be back. read more

First time being in this store and they have a variety of merchandise for universities. I like that when you first enter the store you are greeted. I like that the store is sectioned of by university colors. They have a small sale on selective items throughout the store. I checked out my alma matter's section and ended up buying a small wooden Texas Tech keychain. As I imagined Rally House is pricey however there are some reasonably priced mementos in the store. read more

Needed to return a jersey, they were so helpful. Fantastic customer service which we don't find very often these days. I'm a fan!

Part of a small local chain with substantial online presence one would be hard-pressed to name a more jammed-packed store than Rally House. From The Cowboys to nearly all of Central Texas' College Teams, Stars and Mavs these guys have it combined with excellent customer service. read more

Just left this store. Extremely rude sales women. Literally drove 4 hours to come to this location before the rangers game. The lady working the customs print jersey refused to help me and then the older lady with short hair at checkout did not want to help me at all. Finally when I asked to see a jersey behind counter she was so rude then completely walked off and wouldn't check us out. So disappointed!!! However the young guy at the counter was nice. read more

I would like to say that this and the Mansfield location are nice when you come in and polite when leaving however after spending 500 dollars for various presents you would expect consistency with their return policies two gifts we purchased needed to be returned one was for my father in law for Father's Day gift the shirt ran a bit small so he returned it with a gift receipt they refused to let him exchange it and forced him to get a refund and repay for his gift I got the refund on my card but he was required to pay for his own. Second return (three days later) same store, This item was for my brother In law to exchange down a size the shirt was sold out in the smaller size and when trying to return it now the clerk stated we could only get a refund if that card was present after confronting them about this flip flop in return policy they became rude and no longer wanted to help us I later returned the item to the Mansfield location (no receipt or anything ) and she was able to refund it to any card I desired makes me wonder how these stores are managed and ran. Selective return policies for each customer and just plan rude when we called them out for it save you hard earned money and time and shop somewhere else read more

If you are looking for sports gear, don't miss this store. My kids and husband are huge OU fans, so they have a hard time finding OU gear in Texas. The Rally House always has a nice selection. read more

I went to this location on Friday June 9,2017, I purchased items that equal to $200.87, I had only $200 in my pocket but I had $.87 in my car, I told the cashier who name was KYLIE KYLIE KYLIE KYLIE KYLIE KYLIE that if she could just close me out and I would bring the .87 cent right away but she said that she couldn't allow me to do that, I told her, I can't believe you don't trust me that I would not bring $.87 back, I just gave her $200 and I only owe her $.87 that was currently in my car. This type of person is the reason why America is so screwed with racism, prejudice and discrimination. Passive aggressive personalities don't work with me. What really was stupid was she asked for my email address after I completed the purchase but we all know they have to ask for the email address for News updates, with the treatment I received, I could care less about mingling with these inconsiderate assholes. "if I was in her same situation I would have trusted the customer because the customer damn near paid for the item with 200 bucks and only owed $.87." Some People have no commonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Your customer service was exceptional! Tara helped me narrow down some Dallas Cowboy gear for my family's gifts. She helped me price compare, and allowed me to check on prices from two other locations before purchasing clothing from Rally House Arlington. She was very attentive and patient. I appreciate her focus on my requests. Great customer care Tara! read more

When your family alone has some affiliation with every Texas and Oklahoma big 12 school this place is a dream come true. There's something for everyone. The beginning of the store starts off with your professional Texas Teams so of course I have to start my trip off with a new Cowboys and Rangers attire! Perhaps I'll pick up some Stars and Mavericks gear just in case! Then continuing along in my bank account clearing adventure I make my way towards the back for the Texas Tech treasures. The struggle is real when it comes to deciding on what will get chosen to grace my closet walls! Hands down this is one of my favorite stores around. The contents alone are enough for me to love it but their customer service is the icing on the cake. I have never been in here and not experienced a friendly and helpful staff. They make my insane amount of time in the store that more enjoyable. For everyone who has never been here you need to change that immediately! read more

This place has anything you could want with your favorite pro or college team logo on it. The prices are cheaper than pro shops, but still up there. Granted, they have a larger spectrum of quality choices- and it my experience with jerseys you get what you pay for. They have the cheap ironed on jerseys but also carry the high end sewn on game day official gear. I was able to snag some offical game day cowboys jerseys last season for half price by going the day after the last game. I was super excited about it. They send out emails if you sign up- but I have had better luck just being in there at the right time and digging through all the merchandise for sale tags. The staff is always helpful, without being too clingy. read more

My family and I have affiliations with TCU, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. Rally House is my go-to shop for Christmas gifts, birthday presents or just whenever I feel like treating myself to a new OU or TCU shirt. The store is perfectly designed into sections for each school/professional team which is perfect for someone like me who might suffer from slight OCD. Last time I visited here I was just looking for an OU metal emblem to place on the back of my truck and ended up leaving with several new shirts for OU, TCU, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Stars. It is just way too convenient of a place for me to not stock up on my favorite teams apparel. They also have a lot of random things as well that make for fun gifts: garden gnomes, picture frames, golf balls, etc that are affiliated with your favorite school or team. I highly recommend Rally House for anyone who needs a quick gift or wants to spoil themselves. read more

LOTS of stuff. Prices are high. You'll definitely find what you need but be careful - some items are poorly made, my $40 tank top ripped apart in the washer. Staff also very young and unhelpful...didn't know what was on sale. Manager was not friendly or apologetic when I returned my purchase. read more

Great customer service. Always friendly. Happy that they have Razorback items. Would really love if they carried UTD items at this location.

Really sad about my experience. I didn't realize I had wasted my time trying on clothes until I came to check out and the ladies at the desk 1st said they don't take debit cards? And then they tried to ring it up anyway. The card didn't go through and they said their system messes up a lot. I made sure it wasn't me and I had the money on the correct card. All they said was I'm sorry. Basically I can't purchase anything because the system is messed up. No one tried calling a manager for help or anything. I wonder how often customers come in and this happens. They must be missing out on a lot of business. Hope someone actually addresses the issue. read more

Great service and ample supply of products. My family was in from Delaware and wanted a T'shirt that only had the Dallas name on it not any of the football brand graphics and Rally had it. The sales lady was kind, knowledgeable and forward thinking in suggesting she put two shirts on hold for me. I will always use Rally House Arlington the first resource for quality souvenir purchases.
