I have felt so warm and welcomed at every visit, and I have explored so many new art mediums and ideas because of Jerry's and the kind, patient staff who keep the place running. I feel so lucky to have a store like this that makes stocking up on supplies or testing something different such a seamless and enjoyable endeavor. I have the most wonderful collection of Artfinity and Posca markers from here. The oil brushes are to die for. Prices are very competitive and there are constantly various promotions, discounts and even clearance items available at times. The Mother's Day special was phenomenal this year. I look forward to supporting Jerry's for years to come and encourage you to do the same if you're lucky enough to swing by the area!

I have shopped James Avery before and it has always been a great experience, but nothing like what I experienced before! When I entered the store I was greeted warmly by "Kari" who became my sales consultant. She was amazing! I explained to her what I was looking for and what I imagined the gift would look like and she guided me right to what I was looking for. ( I would say what it was, but my family member it was for might read this!). She explained the pros and cons of each style I was looking at and all the particilars and even asked another sales consultant that was similar in size to the person I was buying the fift for try it on so that I could see an idea of what the piece would look like on. I wish I knew her name as well because she was a great sport and a true team player. Anyway, long story short, the customer service here was amazing and that made for an amazing experience for me! Thanks James Avery and Kari!

We ended going for this heart shape ring they didn't even pack it for us she just handed the jewelry and told us to have a good day... I really love James Avery and their jewelry but I asked my partner not to buy me no more rings from there. It's said because James Avery majority customer base is Hispanic.

At least that's what my limited research has taught me! Anyway, this Mardel is directly next door to the enormous Hobby Lobby off of Cooper and Highway 20. It's a pretty big store filled with mostly Christian bibles and books about the bible, Christian educational materials, and Christian-themed gifts like trinkets and t-shirts and home decor. It kinda feels like a Hallmark mixed with a Hobby Lobby. This stuff isn't my style but there are plenty of people in my life who would enjoy it. They sell gift cards, too. The store overall is well-organized and the employees are really friendly.

I will say, I have THE COOLEST KIDDO!!!! She wanted a Pennywise (IT) backpack. I intend to deliver. When the movie was released, Box Lunch and Spencers had the IT paraphernalia, but Hot Topic was king. That was the first time I saw said "Pennywise Backpack." Of course, now all of the stores are pushing something else. When I checked in with the adorable shy human that was folding clothes she suggested I discuss it at the register. Susannah (sp?), at the register, was so wonderful. She ordered it, and even did "Site to Store" so I don't have to worry about it being taken off my doorstep. When I showed her the photo of what I wanted from their website, she noticed it was discounted online, and did a price match. So astute. TRUE LOVE, Susannah! Thanks to my wonderful experience, my kiddo will have said Pennywise backpack, and for that, I love Hot Topic like a young Cassidy Brady did in the late 90s/early 2000s.

I like how they have changed it over the years to appeal to a more wider audience, and I also like how they have expanded on the type of products available. They have more pop culture stuff now than ever before and I love it. They also have lots of cute cottage core stuff and outfits that I am in love with. They also have lots of cute boho/witchy stuff, and i am here for it. unfortunately They have lots of cute jewelry, but unfortunately for me they tend to tarnish my skin and turn it green so I tend to stick with hair accessories. I like how they have plus sizes and you can order stuff online and pick it up in person. Now, remember this is at the mall so it does tend to get crowded over the weekends with kids and families.

It seemed like he often got a lot of people coming in just to see what the store was about and it was not what I was expecting! He basically has miniature models of scenes that you can paint to create your own world for a game (the name escapes me), but it seemed to be a very customizable hobby. He had a few regulars and coworkers in there with him and they were all nice and introduced themselves as well. All in all, seemed like a very chill place and could be where you pick up your next hobby!
