When I picked it up everything was packaged in 2 large bags, so I asked for some small bags. Without even asking me if they were for gifts or how many I needed, I was rudely told no. I can only assume the look on my face, as she quickly said they were low on stock, but yet they had plenty next to the registers. The longer I waited the more upset I felt that my Mother's Day Gifts would not be in Bath and Body Works bags, because let's face it... who's not excited to open the bag and see what you got, right? On the way out I asked to speak with a manager, and asked for extra bags. I really should not have to explain I just spent over $300 in gifts and would like a couple of bags to package the gifts since they were for different people. To someone else this maybe a trivial thing, but to me it was ludicrous to begrudge me a couple bags for gifts. I will never shop this store again, and will take my business to Cedar Hill or Arlington.

My family uses fragrance free everything: laundry detergent , dish soap, body washes, shampoo/conditioner... well, we found Raw Sugar brand FRAGRANCE FREE shampoo AND conditioner for $3 each! These retail for $10 each. Needless to say, we bought 23 bottles and won't need to buy shampoo or conditioner for a Looooooong time! Store was so neat and tidy! Blown away by the organization in the books! Kudos! Cashier was WONDERFUL! So friendly. Engaged in conversation. We are a member of Ollie's Army and had a couple 15% off coupons in the app so not only did we save big already at Ollie's, we saved even more with the app! Highly recommend.

The taller man who seemed to be giving the bids on goods offered me a "courtesy" bid of $20 on ALL of my items. I will try and list pictures/links for as much merch as I need to prove my point. I brought my stuff packed in a double rifle case. It included a Magpul rifle sling, a ATI ghillie camo poncho, 2 boxes of shotgun ammo, and 11 different video games that were WII and Gamecube games. He said he couldn't offer me more on the case because they give them away. I understand.... I used to work in the industry. When we sold rifles/shotguns we would give away the single zipper cheap-o-depot rifle cases. This is not that..... I told the gentlemen that my rifle case was $120, he to my face said "No it's not." without even verifying on his computer. They have more pop culture stuff now than ever before and I love it. They also have lots of cute cottage core stuff and outfits that I am in love with. They also have lots of cute boho/witchy stuff, and i am here for it. unfortunately They have lots of cute jewelry, but unfortunately for me they tend to tarnish my skin and turn it green so I tend to stick with hair accessories. I like how they have plus sizes and you can order stuff online and pick it up in person. Now, remember this is at the mall so it does tend to get crowded over the weekends with kids and families.
