There are no questions asked, and they even pick up the item directly from your house if it is too large. They offer free delivery as well as free assembly for items when purchasing on the website. I particularly enjoy the garden section, where they have an abundance of items for your home garden. The prices and value are very competitive with local stores, and I believe they do a great job keeping keeping items affordable in this time we live in. To all the active, retired, and military veterans, they offer a 10% discount when registering your information through their website. They have self check out along with cashiers in place to get you in and get you out without all the waiting in lines for service. This Lowes is in a prime location with ample parking and is convenient for the community to handle any home project or upgrades to their house. You cannot treat paying customers that are in the middle of shopping like that. If the row is already closed so be it. But to run people out, shewing them to get lost? Come on. For the managers, this was around 5:00-ish pm just so you'll have an idea of who to two male workers were. I left and went straight to Lowe's to finish my shopping. Those two guys lost multiple sales for you because I was not the only one that got ran off. Then, their store response is to ask me to go fill out a bunch of forms. Nice.

Way back in February, I ordered two boxes of 3M N95 respirator masks from this company. A month…read morewent by and still no masks, but I did get a message saying delivery would be delayed due to the shortage of masks at that time. Okay, that seemed pretty normal. Then, more months went by, and I had to contact this company to see where my order was. This went on each month thereafter. I had to contact them each time. If I hadn't, I would have gotten NO communications, just silence. Each time, I was given assurance that the masks would be arriving soon. They FINALLY arrived mid~August, five months after the order was placed. When I opened the boxes, I noticed the loops looked as if they were attached the wrong way. I emailed the company and sent photos. I thought they were defective. The company explained that they were supposed to fit over the head and not around the ears, which absolutely does not work for me, since I have very long hair, making them very impractical for me. They also tried to tell me that, since there was a "disclaimer" on the product page, they were not at fault and tried to pass the responsibility on to the manufacturer. I was told that there are photos on the 3M web site showing what the product actually is, and how the loops fasten. My questions here are why would I go to the manufacturer's page unless told to do so, and why were those photos not on this company's product page? This business also had the opportunity to explain the loops in the product description as well as with photos, where they are nowhere to be found. All the photos of this product have the loops tucked, so that you can't tell how they are attached to the mask, which is at the top and bottom instead of at the sides. Anyone would assume they have ear loops, as is the norm. In my mind, that is not quite representative of the product. It is deceiving. It is false advertising and, so, not the product I thought I was ordering. If I would have known about the loops, I would never have ordered these masks. Perhaps that was the point. I was told the manufacturer was not accepting returns. I do not understand what this has to do with the company I ordered them from refunding my money. I did not order them through the manufacturer but through AFT. I did not receive the product I thought that I was ordering, because it was misrepresented. This is not my fault, as it is the responsibility of the company to meticulously describe the products it is selling. I am extremely unhappy with the outcome of this order, with this company and with the product they sent me. I am sure there are others who also feel the same after having received a product they did not order or want. I sincerely hope this company will remedy this in the future. P.S. At the time I placed the order, the part about no returns or refunds was not there. In fact, I was twice offered a refund in email, all of which I have saved. Now, I'm told they will not honor any refunds. On the positive side, when I did email them, they replied fairly quickly and politely but always wrote in ALL CAPS.
