We had a wonderful experience at our Tractor Supply!! Kim/Kimberley was phenomenal! We had called to make sure they carried straw to use for our outside dog/cat houses in order to prepare for the severe weather and Kim took the initiative to set the last bale aside for us! We didn't even have to request it of her!! When we arrived Jose went the extra mile and checked everywhere but couldn't find any straw so he made sure we knew a truck would be arriving in two days. As we were leaving Kim appeared and asked if we were the ladies who called and brought us the bale she had saved!!!! I bought a bag of Purina Equine Senior that had huge chunks of mold. They did refund my money but wouldn't open a bag to let me check it for mold. The cashier told me to go down the street to Mansfield Feed and get it there! Not going back to this store and hoping no horses in the area get sick from moldy feed! read more

I've been buying hay and feed here for years and never had a problem, Dec 22nd 20221 bought a round bale close to closing time,the weather was really cold and I wanted to make sure my horses had hay before I went out of town for Christmas. I went to barn to unload the hay in there cause the horses were in barn voluntarily due to the extreme low temperatures.After unloading I started to pull hay off for few horses that are less dominant and immediately I was getting stuck by stickers, it was so cold my hands were burning,I felt bad leaving this hay for them and didn't think it was that bad,when I return from my parents I went to pull more hay off and every handful I was getting stuck,this was Monday night. I thought that I should let the store know so I was told to take a video and send to manager, the file was too large and wouldn't send so I took screenshots of video, after I showed a girl the pictures she said to bring a sample of the hay,so I took a bag of the hay to store, they replaced the hay no charge, manager said their supplier guarantee no stickers and they could lose their contract, he was outside when my replacement bale was being loaded and told me to let him know how that one is. This was Jan 1st when I got the replacement and I noticed the horses weren't eating much of it so I gave them some square bales I had plus few days later I bought square bales from tractor supply, the quality wasn't good, they were yellow and had shiny blades like rye grass, didn't even smell like coastal bramuda,the horses did eat that hay but the round bale was barely touched. I had a emotional breakdown over this and called corporate today. They say you have a 30 day return policy but didn't offer it this time and I'm not so hard up on money but this is about respect now and defamation of my character, I don't care about the money at this point I just want an apology.. I have never in my life been treated this way over something iv bought. WORST PLACE TO FILL PROPANE TANKS!!! although they are the cheapest per gallon, every time I go they have some excuse as to why they can't fill them...the manager couldn't see at night (even tho it had a giant spotlight over it, another time a manager left early, another time there was someone there who could fill it but refused because there wasn't a second person who could fill it!?! Most of the staff is high school aged girls who know nothing about anything in the store, the managers are far less than friendly and helpful. read more

Stopped in today for some dog food. Their brand of dog food is amazing and doesn't break the back. They have a good selection of western clothes and animal meds. I also get the coband for wrapping wounds there. It's much cheaper than drug stores and they have cool vibrant colors. Kids like that much more than the plan ones you get at frog store. I ordered a product online for pickup and it was ready fast. I recommend you telling one of the kind ladies at the front that you're there for a pickup. After signing a pickup confirmation form they give you the product. Pretty simple as that. Prices will vary by store and I found out about this after the fact. Spend a few minutes checking the various stores for the lowest prices. Only downside is location. There aren't any in DFW so you'll need to drive out a bit to the nearest Tractor Supply brick and mortar. read more

From the very moment my family and I pulled up to tractor supply an associate by the name Steve or Steven seemed to have an attitude. Provided poor customer service through the entire time he was supposed to help us with our purchase of a Liberty gun safe. Even when he was having to help load our safe onto our trailer, I was just wanting to inform him that our trailer may have been too short for the fork lift. When I was calling to talk to him he was completely ignoring me so I assumed he couldn't hear me so I made a whistle in which he drove his forklift over to where I was at and had the audacity to yell at me and tell me that he heard me and that he doesn't answer to whistle in which I told him If he heard me the first time why didn't he answer and that i only whistled so I can inform him about the issue. And apologized if he mistook my whistle for being rude. In which he proceeded to argue and walked back into the store without helping me. Then another store associate decided to come out and help us get our safe loaded onto our trailer. But had that associate provided customer service and realized that we were just trying to help him and just pick up our order and go home right away. Not waste my time and energy with that terrible associate and leave a bad name for my experience from that store. I hope y'all can reach out to that store and let their team know about that associate because he wouldn't even provide me with his name when I had asked him. read more
