If I could give Zero stars I would!!!!! My daughter was about 5 steps away from me looking at muppet bears. This very elder Caucasian man that works there, asks her "Are you going to buy that if not put it down" I was in fact going to purchase the puppet for her along with some other items I had picked up. I put it all back. That was very rude and he is OLD enough to know not to talk to customers that way. Just came there yesterday, I had to buy soccer cleats. I picked the ones I wanted... I get to the cashier. And she tells me that she can't sell this to me bc they haven't been released yet??? What does that even mean? Why are they on the shelves if customers can't buy them?? I was so confused. Absolutely the worst service possible. The floor folks are all teens that try to avoid you. When you get them, they have no idea or care how to help you. They charge top dollar and you get zero service. Managers are no better. This place has definitely went down hill read more

I'll give this location 2 stars because it has what I was looking for, which no others within 20 miles did. The customer service there is very meh. The cashier was attentive to the person he was helping before I walked up and I heard him pleasantly greet the gentleman after I walked away. I couldn't get as much as contact as he tried to check me out while still helping the previous guy. I politely told him I would wait until he was done helping that customer but was met with a snarky "I can multitask", I was willing to let that go but then he seem to also get mad when I asked him to lookup my rewards by name. My name isn't long and isn't common, always a quick find. Dunno maybe I've been spoiled and now expect to be greeted by the person taking my money, and not receive attitude and sarcasm for a simple request. read more

I'm giving this place 2 stars not because the store itself sucks, but because I didn't have luck finding what I was looking for here. I was looking for workout shoes and with the ones I was interested in, they really didn't have my size. They also didn't really have many women's options. The ones I did try on weren't as comfy as I would have liked for them to be so I had no luck. The man servicing me in the shoe area was super nice though. Knew a few things about shoes and while I tried them on, told me stories about his pet monkey. I wouldn't come back here for shoes, but probably for another sporting type item. read more

As a person that have had very little experience with purchasing firearms, I'm very disappointed to find that Im unable to upgrade my fire arm. On Saturday I purchased a 22 rifle thinking I was getting the right rifle but I was wrong. I went back to the store less than 24 hours to return it and was told no, but I might be able to upgrade to what we would have like which was a deer rifle. Well guess what? I was told no, I couldnt do anything but go to a gun show and sell it! I'm so hurt, confused, and in shock. Also, the scope on the rifle does not work but they said I could come in to change it. If the sale is final, I would suggest that it is place in the gun area so that when unsuspecting people like me comes in, we will know. 2nd time that I've gone in there and waited for 15 minutes for any presence there in the shoe department. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought that someone else was being helped, but I saw no one being helped. I even saw other employees walk by and say nothing or even get on their walkies to say that people needed help in shoes. The employees on the floor don't seem to give a crap. read more

Yesterday we went in to look at treadmills. I'm pretty confident that's the most expensive thing they sell within the four walls. I wouldn't know for sure because no one, not a single, solitary person that works there ever acknowledged us, other than the time that the teenager told me with zero intonation to stop touching a machine that was on the sales floor. I was trying to figure out what it was. Turns out, it's not for sale, it's not exercise equipment, or so I assume. I suspect it was something they use to secure tension bands. But I wouldn't know, because despite my standing on an $1800 treadmill and wondering aloud to myself, "I wonder what's different between the $1800 and the $1400 machine?", no one had the time to help me. I gladly walked out and am actively deciding where else to spend my money. I can't imagine a thing that they sell at Dick's that you can't get elsewhere. Apparently, the name holds true. read more
