I'm a long time Nordstrom's Rack shopper and the Parks Mall one is the one closest to my home. It has great customer service and a great selection of size 11 shoes for women. I will say that Southlake is better organized but I dont think it is used as much. Maybe I'm wrong. I'm also a size 14 in clothes and am able to shop both the plus size and regular sizes. Came to this store due to the sizes that fit me RARELY ever being available online. Sales are great but not when you can't buy anything that fits you. 2XL of most things are sold out but they have unlimited smalls and mediums (know your buyers better stock on the sizes you obviously are selling more of) also there isn't a big and tall selection standalone like most every other store has instead every size is just randomly thrown on the shelf or rack and have fun digging only to find they don't have your size in this product either. The store is extremely clean the workers are very helpful and kind. Store just actually needs to be organized for sizing (other than the underwear that section is top tier organized) I'd stick to "attempting" to buy online and just buy enough for free shipping. read more

Placed my order on Nov. 29th, 2024 and Duluth had no problem taking my payment. My order was updated on Dec. 6th, 2024 and stated that a label had been created. It's now Dec. 16th, 2024 and the tracking number still says the carrier is not yet in possession of the package. I've tried calling every option, live chat, and even called at 7:01 am, they open at 7:00 and was put on hold with an anticipated wait time of over 2 hours. I walked into the store and was very surprised and excited about what I seen. The store was very clean, organized and colorful. I came to shop for underwear because that's what us advertised on the television. However, upon arrival my shopping intent changed. Now I saw people working; however no one said anything to me. So do y'all remember when I said this store was great because of their warranty and how much they stand behind their products well when the bill came due I was told that stance dropped off after a year. But it's stamped on the belt lifetime durability that doesn't mean anything. Computers only hold the receipts for a year, meanwhile the rest of the world's internet is infinite. Your product is only as good as it can be within the terms of 90 days. If you don't stand behind your product just say so up front it's not stamping things like lifetime knowing it means absolutely nothing. I guess I'll take my business someplace else. Life spend $80 on a belt that you're not going to guarantee Nordstrom and Bloomingdales returns products after a year for crying out loud. Never again. read more

The staff at this location need a lesson in customer service! They were so absorbed in personal conversations (Sunday Dec. 8, 24) to the point that they needed to be interrupted to be asked a question about a product that is being sold in their store! The resulting treatment I received was a Huff and an Eye Roll! Then when I went to check out I waited in line behind another customer for 10 minutes just to get to the counter and be told abruptly that "this is not the check out, its over there!" I was clearly waiting to check out with an armful of product and could have been politely directed to the other end of the counter... Sadly this store is NOT worth shopping from. I had to go see what Duluth Trading company had to offer. I have seen the commercial. I really like the commercial makes me laugh. They are mostly a men's store but they have a small women's area. I have seen the web page so I new the prices are steep. And the prices are steep at the store location. To some people the price may seem fair I think it is a little high. You can get pants, shirt, shoe and work cloths and a big thing they have is men's underwear. The store is not real big you can walk through and see everything pretty fast. Nice new clean store. You have to take the exit Matlock before you get to the location or you will have to loop around. I had to loop around. The store was nice I just like better deals on clothes. read more

If you are a fan of quality clothes that are well-constructed and made to last, then this store is for you. Duluth Trading Company in Arlington, TX is fairly new to the area, but I hope that it has staying power because the store is fantastic! It's so clean and well organized, too. The store offers clothes for both male and female in styles that are simple and functional. If you check out their catalog, you'll crack up at their wordplay, especially for the male line. From my pictures, you can see the variety of merchandise that they offer which includes shoes (like Teeva), underwear, socks, grooming essentials, dog toys, books, and cups, mugs, etc. If you shop with someone who is not in the market for new clothes, then he/she can hang out in back and indulge in a free cup of java or an ice cold bottle of water. I received the women's Shoreline Fleece Parka for Christmas that I can't wait to wear. I know that I will get good use out of it for years to come. read more

Superior customer service! Greeted at door and promptly assisted. The greeter answered our questions and directed to the correct department. After shopping and not seeing my size, she offered to check in the back. She was able to find the size I was needing. Upon checkout we were once again surprised by the smooth and quick checkout experience. Busy holiday weekend with light lines but it went quick. The employees at checkout had to have been tired, but were friendly and quick. Store was awesome! Larger than I thought. Had lots of goodies for men and women. Highly recommend. It's so nice to be able to touch & feel the products. It is hard ordering from their catalog as their sizing tends to run big. I like I can return items ordered online here. Great store experience - and I say that as the sort of person who almost exclusively shops online for everything but groceries. It checks all the basics (clean, well-lit, good assortment, etc), but the customer service makes it stand out - all the employees I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful (in contrast to many experiences I've had at other stores.) Special thanks to Greg and Carl, who made my trip worthwhile. My first Duluth store visit was actually in Duluth, MN when I was hiking up there last summer, and the experience there and here was very consistent - both times the employees were friendly and eager to help me figure out what product solved the problem I came in for. I'm glad they now have stores in the D/FW area. As a hiker / backpacker, staying cool on warm days is important - but it's hard to find clothes that help me stay cool. Some of the places I hike have significant insects (especially ticks), unfortunately making long-sleeves imperative some of the time. I wore some Columbia PFG long-sleeve shirts into tick country on my last backpacking trip (in the North Woods of Minnesota), and wasn't super happy with how they performed... they were not very cool at all. Carl, an older gentleman working at the Duluth Store, spent a significant amount of time walking me through Duluth's Armachillo, Breezeshooter, and CoolMax offerings so I knew what my options were. He was able to provide specific, tailored recommendations for both pants and shirts (and underwear!) that would keep me cool while hiking (but still be durable enough to fend off wayward branches, rocks, snakes that took a liking to my ankles, etc.) When I was heading to the fitting room, another employee asked if I needed any help, but I told him Carl had already given me plenty. Then, when I was checking out, another employee (Greg) helped me process an online return with no hassle, and retrieved an order I'd placed online for in-store pickup. There was also a sale on $75+ purchases that day, and when I saw something else I wanted after checking out, he gave me the discount on the additional item without me having to ask for it, even though the item was only $20 and didn't technically qualify. Duluth is somehow also the only store I've ever been to where I don't feel awkward buying underwear... maybe it's something about their enthusiasm for the product. It's expensive, but it's well-made, and I say that not just comparing Duluth's Buck Naked performance briefs to typical Hanes/FTL cotton briefs that I wear on a daily basis, but also comparing their boxer briefs to more expensive "athletic" brands like Under Armour, etc that are the same type of nylon/spandex mix, that I usually wear when working out or hiking because the legs help prevent chafing/sweat and the fabric holds up way better than cotton to sweat and repeated stretching in various directions. Duluth seems like a better value proposition at the same price, as the UA compression shorts and fitted shorts I've bought have had very different quality from batch to batch, and they certainly don't hold up as well over multi-day treks as Duluth's products in terms of keeping their shape, not getting gross, etc. Duluth's boxer briefs (even the "Bullpen" ones) of course don't have as much support as compression shorts, but I can make up for it with a jockstrap on top of or underneath the boxer briefs to get it to that maximum, briefs-like level of support, which is a personal preference of mine that most guys don't seem to share. The only thing that I didn't love - several of the styles / products, the store didn't seem to have enough stock in smaller sizes (or even make smaller sizes, period). I know that as a smaller guy (5'7 / 5'8 and usually wear 29 or 30 waist slim-fit or skinny jeans), I'm not really Duluth's "core" customer, but the store had tons of S sized underwear (28 - 30) in all styles, which fits me perfectly, yet many of the pants didn't seem to come in a 30" waist - either online or in store - and some of the shirt SKUs don't seem to be offered in a small at all, either online or in store. Even some of the "small" shirts were massive on me - so even though I don't really care about my appearance all that much when I'm hiking and wouldn't object to a looser shirt than I usually wear, they were simply too big to be practical. So I ended up buying the Armachillo undershirts rather than t-shirts for hiking, as the t-shirts seemed unnecessarily baggy (i.e. extra weight) - again, as a smaller / slimmer guy, I'd like to see more offerings in the "Trim" fit rather than just the "Tradesman" fit, and also just more offerings for people with 30" waists in general. Nonetheless, if you're a slightly bigger guy than me (or you just don't mind baggier clothes, or you're a gal), then this is a great place to find performance-oriented clothes that stand up to whatever outdoors activities (work or pleasure) you have in mind! read more

The location is a bit challenging to find and navigate to, given what appears to be a quickly expanding area. Quality and Service: I have been a HUGE fan of their products for the past several years. Recently even getting Jr. introduced to the line of boxers(he's now a fan as well). Pricey to the competition, but you are getting a darn comfortable pair of drawers. My DTC inventory goes beyond underbritches (sorry I am currently in TX, trying to stick with lingo). Their button downs, shirts and jeans are top notch as well; although polos are a bit too casual for work and jeans are "heavy" during hot summer months. My favorite product line is the Armachillo and I own pretty much every product in that line. So lo and behold when a button came flying off a $60 Armachillo shirt after wearing it for only the second time, I was a bit upset. So lets cover the customer service and NO-BS guarantee! I proudly walked into this store, missing button on the shirt I was wearing (traveling this week, so no spares). I proudly exclaimed that I was here to test the no BS guarantee: Wanted to replace my "defective" shirt with a new one. The salesperson smiling the entire time, looked up my name in the computer and I proceeded to take the shirt off my back( I think she stopped smiling at this point) and proceeded to take the tags off the new shirt and put it on(smiling returns). Now try doing that at Macys! So not only does DTC have a customer that loves their product, now its been 100% reaffirmed that this Company really LOVES its customers! The prices here on so many items are way over priced. So many of the men's shirts I have seen for years at the Tommy Hilfiger outlet, Macy's etc. Yet being fashions that are a bit dated, the price is still VERY high. Having been there during their grand opening and now again on Black Friday, I have to say they have wonderful customer service, but the prices are terrible. Someone needs to help the buying department maybe buy current trends. It is a real shame they did not have some better sales today on Black Friday. I saw way too many customers leaving the store without making a purchase. Seriously doubt this store will be open much longer..... read more
