My husband's favorite place to shop!…read more Treat yourself or treat the special man in your life to the ultimate in concierge service for men's couture clothing. There simply is no comparison to the level of attention and service you will get at this shop. Don't like shopping? Not good at picking or matching clothing? Things don't seem to ever fit right? Not sure what style fits you? All these problems are solved when you walk in. The salesmen here will talk to you, get a sense of what you like, what you wear to work, where you spend your free time, and start building outfits that suit your personal style, and maybe even open you up to styles you haven't considered. Your picks can then be fitted and altered to fit you perfectly, as only custom pieces can. Understandably, pricing can be an issue for some. However, well made clothing that is altered to fit you has far more value and will last longer than "off the rack". A wardrobe is an investment, so do expect to spend between $200-$300 for an outfit. If you need to be in a specific budget, mention that to the salesman so he will know what clothing lines to pull from.

I only treat myself to a visit when I know I have plenty of time to browse and ponder. I'm no expert in designers or brand names, I just know what I like and think looks cool hahah, and to me this shop appears to be really thoughtfully put together. The folks at Shiekh have every kind of sneaker/boot I could want...all at reasonable prices. Came in for a pair of olive green Dunks or 1s, and they were sold out. Dude at the counter suggested I try out a pair of Nike Tokis. My response? Never heard of 'em. After seeing them on the shelf, I told dude I couldn't even pull them off. He convinced me to try em on, said they didn't look bad on the foot, and well...he was right! Olive green LRG cardigan, relaxed straight Levi's, Dexter frames, and my Tokis?? Everyday fresh. My most recent experience Jesalyn showed me some items she thought I'd be interested in (I WAS!) and was super helpful. My husband found a great pair of boots there and Jacob showed our kids how he shapes and fits hats which was a big treat for them. Lots of college aged kids there and more life experienced staff there makes for a good mix in my opinion. My only complaint is that the fitting rooms (although tended to) need to be renovated (c'mon corporate) and I think the store could benefit from more square footage as it's pretty crowded especially when events are in town. If you have a for any western items or a night out ladies, see Jesalyn. Boots or custom fitted hats go when Jacob is working, it will be worth it.

Since I was going to be spending a week there I decided to make a trip to her store so I could see these beautiful African prints for myself. I went in looking for possibly a jumper or a pant or a maxi skirt. The prints I really wanted weren't available so I perused what was. The owner greeted me and gave me a tour of where everything was. She was doing some work in the back and that was fine because I prefer to figure out what I want. She did suggest a one shoulder type dress that I didn't consider at first because I don't like my arms out (I'm working that part of my body image). I tried on a number and a pair of pants. I was sold on both but the pants were calling me more. When I decided to see how kind the mirror would be, I decided the pants were coming home with me but though I'd grab that dress to try on because, hey, it couldn't hurt right? I. Am. So. Glad. I. Did. That dress looked amazing on me. It was so very flattering that I didn't mind my one arm being exposed. I felt flirty and feminine (I'm more of a tomboy). The African print was beautiful and the colors so flattering. I decided on the dress instead. of course, when I got home I regretted leaving those pants. I will definitely be back to get those pants and I'll definitely be back to see what else comes in.
