I disagree with the negative reviews. I have followed HH on Instagram for a while & was passing through so I was EAGER to go to HH. As a boutique owner myself, I had expectations. I had an idea that it was possible for how ritzy and boujee the shop is that the girls would be snooty(that's typically exactly how it is in boutiques that are super cute) and I was going in with the thought that if they are, then it's fine, I'm still shopping. I went in though and was so surprised to find that the employees were actually really nice. & the store was As cute as I expected and the stuff in store was to die for. Really cute! We love Hale House! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the warmest Fort Worth welcome, setting the tone for an amazing shopping experience. Rachel (big smile, long blonde hair!) and Natalie were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making it easy to find exactly what we needed. What stood out most was how they treated my friend's two young kids--so patient and kind, never making us feel rushed. My friend had been eager to visit after loving the website, and the experience far exceeded expectations. She's already raving about it back home in Tulsa, and I'll be spreading the word too--Hale House is truly a Fort Worth gem! We'll definitely be back. read more

Without a doubt the rudest retail experience I have ever had. No one greets you when you walk in. Never asked if we needed help or were looking for anything special. Instead watched us like hawks as if we were going to steal something from them. Most of the merchandise is loud and tacky and very trendy, not something you would wear past this current season. The experience ended up working out fine as my daughter was able to find all she needed for an up coming trip ($3,500 worth) at another boutique. Don't give them your business or any of your hard earned money, they don't deserve either. read more

Wow. After about 9 months of seeing the videos on Facebook , I just had to go check this place out and see all the pretty clothes. I was so excited to finally get to go. The selection of clothes is beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. However, the rudeness of the staff really threw me. They acted pretentious and snotty. I couldn't believe the way I was treated. They are half my age, but I can still wear the cute clothes and they look good on me. But They treated me like I wasn't good enough to be in there because I wasn't younger like them. I Was very friendly and told them I love their videos, and they just blew me off and acted like I didn't exist. That's a shame because I could see myself making a lot of purchases there, Had I not been treated that way. I did find a beautiful dress for Easter service but I doubt if I'll be back. This place has cute clothes no doubt, but customer service is apparently not a requirement to work here. Unless, of course, you look like the most stereotypical southern belle, with your pearls and cowboy boots, and heavily highlighted hair-then you might get some service. Y'all do realize that people come in all shapes and sizes right? And deciding not even to acknowledge people because they don't fit your idea of an aesthetic actually loses you money? It's 2022, y'all have super cute clothes but to the owners stop hiring people that only service dolled up, southern white women. read more

I purchased a one size fits most dress from an IG post from this boutique. I received the dress and it DOES NOT fit - I'm tall and it's inappropriately short on me. A representative from Hale House emailed asking how my order was and I stated that I needed to return the item....she quickly said to email the returns email address. I've been waiting for two weeks for any sort of response and have also emailed the original person back again....NO RESPONSE. I'm not located in Texas so returning in person is not an option. Ignoring me is unacceptable and despite the interesting merchandise this store carries I WOULD NOT recommend dealing with what seems to be very underhanded people. read more

I was excited to shop for a dress and tried on multiple but didnt get offered help nor to get a dressing room started. This place is really eclectic. Furniture, clothing, jewelry and all kinds of home decor. They have decorated trailers out front covered in hippy flowers and swirls- It's hard to miss! The location it's at has been a few different things over the years- failed pumpkin patch, Christmas tree lot etc. I really hope this store sticks! They have lots of sales and frequently update Facebook with new finds. If you come in and purchase on Wednesday you get a free box of whoopie pies for whoopie Wednesday. Too cute! read more

I was REALLY excited to try this boutique. Recently moved to Dallas area and I have best friends in Fort Worth. I love all the boutiques in DFW and love how they all model the clothes on Instagram and their own apps to give you an idea of how they look. I was really excited making my first purchase and chose to pick up in person so I could shop. I wanted to get clothes for my annual trip to Naples, FL, Easter and I also needed to get a birthday gift and a fun engagement gift. I planned on trying to get it ALL there. When I got there a RUDE blonde girl said hi while looking right past me. I told her I was there to pick up an order and before I could finish my sentence she shouted "what's the name." I gave her my name and she disappeared. She came back and shoved the bag in my face never once making eye contact. As annoyed and offended as I was I thought I would look around any ways. I did three laps around the store (which is adorable) with all the other workers walking by me....not one asking if they could help. I was about to buy a Jean jacket for myself and jewelry and tops for my friends when I got so annoyed I just left. I'm sorry but I follow other boutiques with similar (and in a lot of cases the exact same) items and I could not justify giving Hale House my business today! The dress I ordered is super cute and is a keeper but I am over this place. I'm also unfollowing them on Instagram. I ended up going down the street to the shops at Clearfork to get a glass of wine (to clear my frustration with Hale House "employees" and do my shopping). I probably spent more than intended at those stores but the associates were nice, friendly and helpful so it was worth it! The store and merchandise are adorable but it is soured by the girls working!! I worked retail while getting my Masters and would have never behaved like that! read more

This will be my first yelp review, usually I do not have time to set up an account just to write a review about a negative experience because I work retail myself and manage a high-volume retail department. Therefore I understand customer service and feel very confident in my understanding of what good/great customer service is. With that being said I'm VERY aware of what BAD customer service is. Sorry for the rant but NEVER have I felt so unwanted , unwelcomed and just like I don't belong . Basically I felt just like Julia Roberts in pretty woman. Now I will say I was on my day off and was dressed so under par, and no makeup on and I just looked not the "norm". So I guess I can understand the skepticism. I hate to be so negative because the store is so adorable and has so many great things with great prices , but to be looked at and treated like a peasant/and or scammer (thief) it's just absolutely disappointing. The only reason I went to that boutique is because of an add posted in one of the local magazines ranting and Raving about adorable Christmas gifts.
