This place is really super cool for "Army Surplus" store, tho they carry more than just "Army" stuff. We went to look for props for a movie that we were acting in featuring Marines in the Kabul Airport attack. They had the BDU's that represent that time period and the prices weren't to bad for most of the items. Being a Marine from an earlier time, I was explicit on making sure it was legit as possible, and they did actually carry BDU's and other uniform items that had the Marine Corps EGA on the tags, tho I didn't find the EGA in any of the digital camouflage. They had covers, tactical gear, dress uniforms, badges, web gear, all the accouterment. Staff was ok, not super friendly but they did answer questions. They do carry an amazing line of tactical backpacks and daypacks that I've not found anywhere else. Outside is full of all sorts of old used military equipment, including an old prop and an old WWII jeep. Great place to visit and see some neat stuff.

INDIANA JONES IMPERSONATOR MIKE GOLDBERG LOVES OMAHA SURPLUS !!!

Even Harrison Ford Impersonator Impersonator & Magician For Kids ( Mike Goldberg ) on cameo or gigsalad.com needs an extra C-3 shirt for his adventures when accidents happen like a wayward boulder !!! So, I emailed several Army Navy supply stores with no possible results, but, Brad & Charlie Williams of Omahas Surplus came to my rescue!!! They even emailed a photo of the shirt along with it's measurements just to make sure the journey from Keller to their store located just southwest of downtown Fort Worth was not in vain. Whoa!!! Whether you're a veteran like myself or not, you'll be captivated by all the keepsakes and relics of military history that are displayed... "It deserves to be called a museum!!!"

Hands down the BEST military surplus store in the DFW!!! They have everything, old and new. The facility is clean and organized. The staff are friendly and can point you in the right direction. This place is also reasonably priced. I got a pair of brand new combat boots for 1/2 of what is sold on base.

This is the store I was looking for: A REAL army surplus store! I was questing for some ammo cans, to store coins. My last foray, to Haltom City, ended with the knowledge it is possible to buy BRAND NEW ammo cans. Yesterday I chose not to go to Omaha's, because it was a bit too far away (I was in Haltom City for something else). Big mistake. All I can say is drive the extra miles and go to Omaha's. This place satisfies every requirement of a surplus store. Tons and tons of cool, and odd, stuff. And actual ammo boxes, and multiple grades. I found a grade 3 (lowest grade, poor condition), in decent enough condition, for $4. There's also a grade 2 and a grade 1 (see photos). I browsed for over an hour, taking in all the sights (and the back room). So I got my can, and a great new place to shop for surplusy things, and no, I won't be going back to Haltom City. Bottom line: Damn, I forgot my free (with any purpose) pajamas (see photo).

Omaha's has moved due to the construction on white settlement road to its new location a block over on Whitmore. I popped in as I headed home from my workshop to pursue this interesting army navy surplus location, and the amount of inventory and its Range is quite surprising. I was on the hunt for a military style messenger bag (heavy duty and durable to hold my normal plethora of books and materials) and instead found a parachute which I promptly purchased, project for which I will use it is to be determined at a later date. Loved listening to the older 76 years young vet talk about service and his purchase - shop army navy surplus for durable goods that will last for years! This location now in the foundry district, totally worth the stop - and thanks to the 2 young men who humored my questions patiently.

Pretty big surplus of mostly new military-related gear or gently used military gear. Well organized, just not many "deals" here and absent customer service. Nice place to piddle...

My husband was like a little kid in a candy store. They have everything and more.

What can I say about Omahas that hasn't been said already. I really enjoy going to this place in finding anything from knickknacks to patches to uniforms and all kinds of military trinkets. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and you definitely won't be disappointed after you go and explore the awesomeness that is Omahas Surplus.

This one isn't quit that big, but it is still full of all the name brand items that people are familiar with. They always have some good clearance racks in stock and they always give military discounts which is helpful. Mu first bike came from Sun & Ski, a mountain bike, they offer free labor when you buy your bike there, I believe they still do, it's worth asking about it. The service area is so helpful when I need help with the aging bike. A few times I've brought parts in for some simple help and they didn't even charge me for it. They even helped me find a place online to find parts that they don't carry. They do cycle their stock based on the seasons, ski items do show up in this store, but it's limited and distinct to the winter time. It's a good store and has some good staff.
