Selection and fitting for a custom suit for my husband went well. They called to say the suit was…read moreready, and to let them know when we were stopping by. We did. I sent my teenage son in to pick up the suit. Twenty minutes later he came out and said they wouldn't even look up at him. That they were laughing and joking with other customers who were having drinks inside. He politely said "excuse me, I'm just here to pick up my Dad's suit." They brushed him off indicating they were busy. So I went in with my son and stood around a LONG time while this guy in the straw hat proceeded to ignore me as well until he heard me on the phone with my husband. Then all of a sudden he said he'd be with us in a minute. Keep in mind by now we've been here 30-35 minutes just waiting to pick up a suit. He said he had not yet steamed the suit even though we made arrangements for the pickup. We agreed we'd never use them again even though the manager apologized for the straw hat character's rudeness.
