There was busy but they were amount staff to handle all the customers if every staff members were helping a customer but they were not. Some were busy talking with each other then helping customers. I had to wait for a while to be helped but I was helped by very nice and friendly gentleman. He helped me with picking out the pants in the colors that I wanted and the size I needed. And then he measured me, so the pants could be tailored. Now the problem...I am US Army Veteran. The Men's Wearhouse has several displays in the store for collecting donation for veterans. So Men's Wearhouse collects donations all year round but it turns out they DO NOT offer discount to veterans...only once or twice per year. And they have the nerve to ask for donations to veterans before you can complete your transaction at the payment screen. To me that seems to be money making for Men's Wearhouse scam and not to help the veterans. As a veteran, I encourage all veterans and veteran organizations to boycott Men's Wearhouse!

The attitude changed when I guess she realized I was not immediately buying the suit there. So she told me she couldn't. All she can do is mark the suit where it needed to be altered. So I asked, "I need to buy the suit before you can tell me anything?" She paused for a second and said that's all she can do and I'd have to buy it. She then sort of told me how it's supposed to fit, but still didn't measure. She then told my fiancé "I'm sorry I have to get back to my job". We immediately left. I went to men's warehouse down the street and was immediately greeted, and measured as soon as I walked in the door (His name was Austin). He told me my measurements and was very excited to help. He stayed with me the whole time and picked out exactly what I was looking for. He talked to my fiancé to get good ideas and gave his opinions on the look as well. I ended up paying 3x the amount of what I would have payed at Jo's A. Bank, but in the end it was worth it because it was perfect and the experience was awesome. I don't understand how it's such a difficult task to help people and make them feel welcome. I Ubered over here after dinner (it's 8:08 PM) and you're closed. I called the location and it says you're open until 7 PM. I guess I should have checked the DXL website so, shame on me. But I've run a few businesses and it takes about 5 minutes or less to update your Yelp page. So please, whoever has the authority to do so, UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON YELP!!!!! I sent my teenage son in to pick up the suit. Twenty minutes later he came out and said they wouldn't even look up at him. That they were laughing and joking with other customers who were having drinks inside. He politely said "excuse me, I'm just here to pick up my Dad's suit." They brushed him off indicating they were busy. So I went in with my son and stood around a LONG time while this guy in the straw hat proceeded to ignore me as well until he heard me on the phone with my husband. Then all of a sudden he said he'd be with us in a minute. Keep in mind by now we've been here 30-35 minutes just waiting to pick up a suit. He said he had not yet steamed the suit even though we made arrangements for the pickup. We agreed we'd never use them again even though the manager apologized for the straw hat character's rudeness.
