He called his norther and she couldn't find the receipt so they were not able to do anything. The front desk person kept calling Cody, the manager to the front. Finally he came out. He was eating cookies the entire time talking to us and offered no understanding but wanted to argue with me that their store has one of the most lenient policies. When I asked about exchanging the shoe and whether it could be ordered in my size, I was told "no" very bluntly, no explanation, no apology, no effort to help. It felt very dismissive. Later, after finding another pair I liked, I waited at the register while the same employee and I were literally looking at each other. I was told the computer wasn't on, yet another customer behind me was helped and checked out first. I was then told to move to a different register. Overall, there was a lack of basic communication, courtesy, and organization. I wasn't expecting anything special, just basic customer service. After experiencing this and seeing the existing reviews, the low rating unfortunately makes sense.
