He was eating cookies the entire time talking to us and offered no understanding but wanted to argue with me that their store has one of the most lenient policies. When I asked about exchanging the shoe and whether it could be ordered in my size, I was told "no" very bluntly, no explanation, no apology, no effort to help. It felt very dismissive. Later, after finding another pair I liked, I waited at the register while the same employee and I were literally looking at each other. I was told the computer wasn't on, yet another customer behind me was helped and checked out first. I was then told to move to a different register. Overall, there was a lack of basic communication, courtesy, and organization. I wasn't expecting anything special, just basic customer service. After experiencing this and seeing the existing reviews, the low rating unfortunately makes sense.
