Good location, have a to weave around a bit to get to it, but it's accessible being hidden by the toll road. This location seems a bit smaller from the outside, tho one inside it's standard fare for size and appeal. The layout is the same as the others I've been too. Very clean, everything today was put away, not to much out of place. I went in to look for Fiesta Ware, tho it seems they no longer carry them in house. Disappointing. Cant' really hold that against the store tho, stores carry what sales. This store I did have some staff send greetings, they were kind and welcoming. Wasn't very busy during the lunch hour. We've always enjoyed Kohls for some of the inexpensive pricing they have on certain clothing, always seems to be a sale going on. read more

Kohl's was a nice place to shop despite the high prices of non-clearance items however the Kohl's credit card payment services DO NOT allow their members / customers to utilize financial software like Quicken budgeting and payment software or Intuit's Mint (Sadly going away). Since I have a multitude of creditors and bill's like utilities, streaming services, etc. I set up Quicken to help me manage payments through my bank institution so I can keep up with payments and budgets for all my creditors. Kohl's is the only department store that will not allow me to add the credit card. Kohl's sure does not mind selling my personal information to anyone they choose but not this. I'm closing my card immediately and will never shop there again. read more

I have TRIED to find something positive about Kohl's for YEARS! So..I tried again yesterday. I have a wedding to attend and just needed a top to go with some slacks I already own. Their clothing options for an in between full/regular size woman are horrid. Their clothing is either too young, or too old. And the few items they do have that were my age rage were picked thru and not enough sizes available...either too big or too small. So once again, after walking around for about an hour and in/out of the dressing room with hands fills of clothing options THREE times....I walked out empty handed and honestly...defeated. I will say...they have good options for men sizes and shoes. But woman's clothing....I've never had luck...and considering this place is supposed to be amazing, seems it's only amazing to a certain body type. And if you are full figured, which I'm not quite into...the options were frumpy and boring. I'll still go back for shoes and mens clothing but I'll most likely never peruse their woman's section again. read more

Every time that I find myself here, the shopping quality is good, the merchandise varied, but for the love of all things holy, it takes forever to get checked out... They had three lanes open today and I totally watched one woman take FOREVER to fill out an application for a Kohl's Card.... subsequently, the line never moved. The other lanes had a cashier that spent their entire time chatting with the customer and admiring the purchases. That line moved pretty much not at all as well. The third line eventually got two guests through, but the check out process is freaking tedious! Did you find everything you were looking for? Do you have any additional questions or needs? I decided to go in to check put the big sale on athletic wear. Nike was 20% off and there was some new summer colors that went well with my Nike sneakers. I'm a fan of the dri-fit brands, works well during heavy cardio days. There was so much to mix and match so I totally went for a complete workout wardrobe makeover. Noticed that they even carry the Lauren Conrad items, just noticed and wanted to check the collection.....not impressed. Even though Kohl's isn't one of my favorite stores to shop at this trip was worth a once and whenever least possible stop. Went to Kohls Hulen last Friday am 1/28/2019. Been buying at various Kohls with our card for years. Wanted to buy 2 pair of Lee jeans as you had to buy 2 for the sale price. They only had one pair of 36's and I asked the lady at the back entrance desk if there was anything she could do. i.e., discount by using my card, any specials I didn't know about or even the scratch off. Nothing. Nada. Nothing she could possibly do. Kohls staff have always found work arounds; even small ones. She may have just been having a bad day but it wasn't my fault they didn't have the inventory. 25 miles one way too. read more

I'm only giving a one star because there is nothing lower. I have never felt so irritated by my experience at a department store before. The floor was messy and nothing seemed to be where it was supposed to be. I don't know how many times I tried to go down an aisle and almost found myself tripping over things on the floor. The clothes were scattered everywhere and the employees seemed uninterested in helping anyone. I had been standing at a register for more than 15 minutes before an employee walked up to me and explained that side of the registers was closed. On the other side of the store, the line at the register was a mile long and the poor woman at the cash register was calling for help the entire time and nobody came to her aid. I like to come here for Nike women's clothing because it's usually cheap. Plus there's always some weird coupon combo cash back whatever they are running which brings my bill down even more. Occasionally they get hard to find fiesta ware items in the kitchen area. It's hit or miss here and sometimes I just avoid the place all together because it can be overwhelming. read more

Went to khols today for and exchange before I went I called and asked if I didn't have the receipt if I could do an exchange she told me yes. Just bring it in. When I got there she told me to make sure I got the stuff from the same area department so I did. When I get to the register she tells me I can't get it because it's not the same price I told her that I was going to pay the difference which was $2 dollars. And she told me to go look for something else. It piss*d me off because she could have told me that over the phone or when I got there just like she told me to get something from the same department. I could talk for days and days about how much I love this Kohl's department store. Whether it's a church I need to look spiffin' at or I'm going to Downtown Round (my local hang out), I can rely on Kohl's to deliver to my needs. I used to come to this one all the time, and I wanted to make sure I left a review about how much I love it. The dressing rooms are always clean and I feel secure when I change into some clothes that I may purchase. I'm usually very self conscious about this, but Kohl's always makes me know I have privacy. The prices can be kinda high, but I got a lot of coupons. The customer service is better than mediocre, it's great! They treat momma nicely, and they always have a smile on their face. Also, once I lost my boy (he likes to hide in the clothes), but the security found him in under an hour... brat! 5 stars! Will shop again! read more

I went in on Jan. 4th to use my Kohl's cash and to check to see if there were any cute clearance Christmas outfits that my granddaughters could wear next year, fully expecting the store to be is disarray after the holidays. It was very clean, as always, but extremely organized. I used to work in retail so I know that this can be a challenge any day, let alone after a busy holiday season. I found one item in the size that I needed, but another item that I found was only in a smaller size. I asked for help to see if they could find the size I needed at another location or online and they were happy to help. I actually had two very nice ladies (one of which was a manager) helping me. Although you usually have to ask for help at the checkout, they almost always are glad to help! read more

After spending an embarrassingly huge amount of time researching bath towels online, and after multiple store visits, I was exhausted and about to call it a day. Fortunately, I decided to make one last stop at Kohl's, where a I happened upon a fantastic deal. The towels I purchased are as good, if not better than some that I had considered at other high end stores. They were also half the price of the others I was considering. Kohl's even gave me coupons to use for later. Very happy with my purchase and very happy to be finished with my towel quest. read more
