Went in yesterday, nobody said Hi, carried around my clothes while the store workers walked around. Got my own dressing room and was just done and left. Nobody said anything as I left as well. Never been to a Athleta that wasn't amazing until yesterday. Will never return. read more

I discovered this store a couple of years ago and have since purchased almost everything they sell! Love the selection, the staff is super friendly and helpful (LOVE Carla ), and they have great sales. I feel like I get similar quality to Lulu but better value. Highly recommend! read more

Absolutely awful location with even worse management. I have witnessed Linda, the store manager, degrading her hard working employees in front of shoppers. I had to leave because I was so embarrassed to even be shopping in the store. I'll continue to shop at Lululemon. read more

Occupying over 1/3 of the former Barnes & Noble site, Athleta has plenty of retail space to offer a very impressive selection of goodies from their print & online catalog. I love being able to feel the fabrics, try on the tights and interact with the darling girls that work in-store. They were very friendly and super-helpful in finding my size and paring up products to my preferred methods of exercise (running & yoga, if you're interested). Ordering via catalog through the store offered me Free Express Shipping (3-5 days compared to 7-10). Returns are a breeze, too. Can't wait to shop this location again! read more

Most people know Athleta is on the higher end for workout clothing but they're worth every penny! I've had nothing but fantastic clothing without and rips or tears. The clothing fits and feels great on. This location has always been organized and warm and welcoming. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful offering suggestions for sizing and putting together an outfit. I cannot remember everyone's names that helped me today except for Linda. She ensured a good fit on my contender 3/4 camp pants, offered suggestions with the cutest cinnamon colored pants and checked us out. Ask about their credit card and the perks if you shop here often. read more

I shopped here a few days ago and was pretty disappointed. One, I didn't need any assistance, but multiple employees bombarded me constantly the entire visit. It seems like they can't get customer service right, based on other reviews. Extremely frustrating. Two, the product mix is pretty disappointing. Tons of street/coldwearlther/yoga wear, but only about 4 pairs of regular running/spin leggings in the store. The fabrics in general are mediocre; the entirely recycled product method unfortunately just means a large dip in quality that they have never recovered from. Positives - this location used to be terrible with sizing (only ever had xxs and xxl), but there was an actual variety this time. I have had two of the worst shopping experiences in this store. The first time, I tried to ignore it and move on with the lack of effort or customer service. This is now the second time going into the store, with absolutely zero effort or help from ANY of the employees. Holiday season and I went in to purchase something for my wife. She likes the store and has found some items that she enjoys to workout in. So I tried to surprise her for the holidays with something new from their store. NO ONE made any effort to greet me, offer to help me, find something for my wife, the entire time I spent in the store was an awful experience. Since this is the second time I have been treated this way, I knew it was time to provide a review to my experience. 1. The store was almost empty when I was there. 2. I counted three employees working but I think their was actually four (one was sliding hangers on a rack and I believe she was not shopping but their working) 3. Twice the worst shopping experience 4. How challeging would it be to say hello, welcome to Athleta, what brings in you into the store today?" Is their anything I can help you find? Only once or twice a year would I get some level of treatment or this type of service from anyone, anywhere. If or when it happens my normal response would be to leave and not give any money to a store or business that conducts themselves in this manner. However, I really wanted to surprise my wife with something for the holidays. read more

This is a high-end athletic clothing store for women. It is owned by the same company as Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy so you can use any of your store credit cards as well as any of your rewards points from those stores here at Athleta. This store is very clean and presents well. The clothes is really cute, well-made, and yes - a bit pricey. They have a good variety of clothing for yoga, yoga mats, and lots of other athletic clothing for women. There are lots of women working in here who are ready to help you with anything that you may need. They keep extra sizes in the back and if you can't find your size in a style that you want, they will order it for you online and have it shipped to your house for free. My favorite thing about this store is their bathing suits. They have lots of really cute suits that are well-made and not flimsy like some out there on the market. The tops are well made with support in the bust and they have many tops made in "bra sizes" instead of just the generic small, medium or large sizes.... After you've had a few kids, that becomes super important.. Know what I mean?:) They also have really good sports bras. :) Finally, made sure you check their sales rack out --its hidden in the back where the dressing rooms are. It's a pretty big selection -- an entire wall length-- of sale items. I mention this because it is not readily visible unless you stumble across it as you're going to the dressing room to try something on. read more

I often go to this specific location because everyone is so sweet and helpful! It's been over 3 years of giving them business and I've loved every part of it. Every now and then they have a girl that is not the greatest out of the floor, during the holiday season it was a young lady with rap concert attire and did not greet me or even try to help, but luckily one of usual employees noticed and took charge with absolute grace. Fortunately she is no longer there! Can't wait for my next visit! read more

I love Athleta- most of my wardrobe is from here. However, this store seems to have gotten new employees and the customer service is awful. The hours were posted online but when I arrived, they had locked and were closing early. When I stood outside they stared at me and finally came over after 5 minutes. The employee rolled her eyes and rudely told me they were closed. This isn't my first time with bad customer service at this location. I hope it turns around. It really makes me think twice about shopping here. read more

Best service, FRIENDLIEST employees & cleanest, most organized Athleta I've EVER been in! I'm a petite hard to fit athletic woman, the employees went way overboard to help me find the right things for my upcoming trip & workout regimen. They even comped overnight shipping as my size wasn't carried in the store & needed it quickly. I'm totally a regular now & love being greeted by name when I walk in... the line of clothes are fabulous & being treated so well makes this store even MORE amazing! read more
