I was on a mission to find the cutest Pocket Bac Keychain Holder. It was the Christmas Teddy Bear one. I couldn't believe they were sold out so I had to go in person to see if it was true. This location is very busy and Parking can be an issue. So, grab the parking spot you find, right away. I walked in and was not greeted. I browsed around no one offered to help. Finally, an Employee with the cutest Pocket Bac keychain holder, The multicolored Macaron Snowman said, Don't you look cute! I was like Thank you! Then I asked, where can I get one like yours? She said we are all sold out but, I can check in the back for you and she was digging around to help find it for me but no, such luck. While, I was waiting , this older Gentlemen who was a Bath and Body works customer smiled at me. You don't usually see men working at Bath & Body Works or Senior Citizens either. Glad to see he's taking on the challenge. There was a lot more Hispanic customers than I'm used to seeing at this location. Even guys were out doing their shopping! This one guy was telling his bud about the new Football scent and explaining their buy 3 get 3 promotion. You don't see that very often. There lots of men follow their girlfriend or wife around the store. This store is pretty small and vintage. The floors are worn and needed to be updated. I'm surprised it's that kind of condition? This is a popular upscale Shopping Strip. I was not able to get what I wanted but , I did appreciate their friendly staff. Now on to the next Bath & Body Works. Lol read more

I love coming here not just for the shopping but the staff is always so welcoming! The older gentleman at the entrance is so helpful and funny. He's like a ray of sunshine there honestly! The candle wall is very neat and everything is organized. It's a smaller store than the white barn locations but they staff there seem cold so I come here always! read more

Gotta love Bath & Body, especially on the most wonderful day of the year.. the day that their fall scented 3 wick candles go on sale for 50% off and are only $12! I showed up on this auspicious day and an employee immediately greeted me and asked what I was there for. But she knew. She could see it in my eyes. She was already reaching for the 6 pack candle holder! I ended up buying 9. These candles are just the best -- the scents are so strong and delicious. I got several of my favorites: sweet cinnamon pumpkin, cider lane, pumpkin vanilla creme, pumpkin clove, apple pumpkin.. and my ultimate favorite, LEAVES. Nothing smells better than Leaves you guys. Don't sleep on the fall scented hand soaps or hand sanitizers. You can usually get 6 soaps for $26, or something like that. Maybe it's 5.. either way it's a great deal for these scrumptious soaps that are so foamy and moisturizing, and the scent actually lasts on your hands. I typically find Bath & Body to be overpriced, so I always wait for sales! read more

I went to the Hulen mall location. It was really crowded. I ask a girl there for help finding an item. I had to wait until she was done talking to her friend, before asking for help. She started yelling at me as if I should know the lay out of the store. I had to keep my cool in front of my son. It was a terrible experience. If I feel the need to buy something I think I will shop online or something. I ended up walking out without purchasing anything. This location is very organized and nicely stocked. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and given a basket for my items. The cashier even gave me a coupon for my purchase. Bath and body works is a one-stop shop for beauty junkies on a budget. It's hard to resist the many wonderful smells of soaps, shower gels, splashes, shampoos, scrubs, body lotions, creams, oils, candles and room sprays in lots of great fragrances(vanilla, pineapple, coconut, strawberry, juniper, passion fruit, lemon, cherry, cucumber...etc). They also have make-up and facial care products. I came in with a friend to smell the new fall candle scents without necessarily planning to purchase (I have almost 40 candles at home ). I generally only wait for the candles to be close to $8 a piece when a sale and a coupon is used. Today they were around $9.60 a piece, not bad but not the best. The best sales and coupons don't usually happen in the fall anyway so I wasn't expecting a steal like around Christmas. As with many other locations we were immediately greeted and asked if we wanted a bag which we turned down. I won't give you an exact play-by-play but the main reason for the lack of stars is because of the salespeople. I understand they work on commission but they were like vultures on us! Each one had to tell us about the great scents and how cheap they were if we had the coupon. And if we didn't have the coupon in an email we could go on Retailmenot to get it. One tried to pick out scents for us which is nice but we had been there for at least 20 minutes by then- we've smelled them all at least twice. Now don't get me wrong, every salesperson was very nice and happy to share all of this information with us. Independently I don't have an issue with any of them. What really bothered me was how every one of them had to come up and tell us the same thing. I only need 1 person offering their help. Or if you're not sure if I've been helped just ask or say "can I help you find something?". I can't give everyone's name when I go to checkout and they ask who helped me. Aside from the salespeople I always look forward to the candles. While I wasn't overly impressed with the available scents- lots of options just none I really wanted- I ended up purchasing 3 to use my $10 off $30 coupon. A few scents I was looking forward to smelling I later found out were online only. How can you choose and candle without knowing what it smells like?! The best part about bath and body works is that if you don't like it- even after you burn in- you can return it. I've never done it before but it does give me a little more confidence to purchase online if shipping were free. read more

I am a huge fan of the candles here. Every few months they have a 2 for 22$ sale and I stock up! As far as the body products, not so much. They put gluten in the hand sanitizer. WTH. But the candles are the best. At halloween and Christmas they will also have really adorable themed candle holders. The staff is nice. Parking is a pain. read more

We had a great experience at this sore. Mark (the store manager) was so helpful in the store-pointing out sales and answering questions for us. This store is in an area without any public restrooms and my 3-month-old daughter desperately needed a diaper change. When I asked about a place to change her, Mark let us know that there was not a public restroom, but was nice enough to let me use the employee restroom to change her. He didn't have to do that and I was very grateful!! That's the kind of customer service you don't see very often. I know most people only give feedback to complain and don't actively seek out places to compliment the people that deserve it, so I wanted to make sure and give credit where credit is due.
