There were some really friendly associates and they were not so friendly associates. Most of the people shopping were in good spirits though. I love the layout of this mall. It's one story, it goes in a circle, so you can't miss a store and you will remember where you parked. Lol. Every few steps you take, there's a Restroom and Vending Machine. There are some tables outside the stores, to take a break, if you get tired. There's also a water fall in the center that has oversized Chairs around it that is very popular. People like to take pics there.. If your in the area check it out. Tell me what you think.

Overall, it's an outlet so you may have to take your time and just wonder the store to check out all it has to offer from kicks to clothes, but it's worth the trip. I was greeted with "Everything 50% Off" signs upon entering, tempting me to shop for myself when I came here with a Christmas agenda. But, MANN that's a great sale. It's hard to find something at Express that I *don't* like. If there's anything, it's usually the overly-preppie, generic conservative stuff, like a $50 v-neck sold wool sweater. It's more than I want to spend on a basic I can get at Old Navy for half the price. Jeans here are my sweet spot, from the business variety to the distressed styles. And the t-shirts are nicely made and cut well, but $29.95 is still more than I want to spend. Enter HALF OFF. Now we're at $15, which is more my speed. The store was very clean and nicely organized when I came in the morning. I didn't buy, but the staff were helpful and conversational without being intrusive. Overall, a big winner!

And basically takes the suitcase from us tells us for future reference don't put the bag over the suitcase because we ruined it and she has to trash it now. She said you can't just roll them around the store like that. And she kept saying loudly "She stretched it out. We cannot sell this now." What?! We asked if we can just buy it and she stared at us with a blank face so we said...I guess not? So we were leaving and in a very very condescending way, she says, "bye have a great day." Zero customer service. Extreme sarcasm and very loud. I asked what her name is, and she said, "Zi, I'm the assistant manager." I said that's why you're an assistant manager. Again, she said, "bye, have a great day." The crazy thing is that we wanted to purchase both items, and I always shop here; never again. There is probably a bunch I left out but the point is, she was so rude to tell us to never do that again for future reference even though we wanted to buy them!
