Ummm yes. Pretty little store. Fully stocked with the normal bath and body stuff. VERY helpful staff. I was greeted shortly after coming into the stores when I got to the register I was told to step aside so I could download the app and check it to see if I had a coupon because many members were coming in with a coupon from their app. Sure enough I found a coupon for a free item plus 20 percent off on my app. Gotta love that. We took our time shopping the store and the employees were very helpful about telling us the best scents and then how to get the best price. I'd shop here again for sure! read more

The store itself is great, products you expect are stocked here. The employees on the other hand are awful. Rude and rush people along.

I made an online purchase for products that were discounted down a week later. I brought the items in and requested a price adjustment. I was then told that my options were to return the items and wait for the credit to hit my account (in 3-5 business days) or process the return and repurchase and get an in-store only gift card for the difference). This is an absolutely ridiculous policy. I don't have my money back and I can only go into another store to make purchases, even though my original order was placed online! There are other stores nearby that I will go to in the future, it definitely won't be this one. read more

The cashier was not accommodating at all she wants me to bring all the 12 candles that I bought today so I can get my free birthday item which is the small bottle of hand lotion 8.95 even I showed it to her my receipt. (I can't claim my free when I bought the candles coz I can't connect on the website ) I told her she can just type the number of the items on the receipts but she's lazy she said I need to scan it all. I told her I fall in line to go inside the store and fall in line to checkout and now I need to carry the two bags of candles for her to scan. And start over again. The last time I ordered online too 16 items I went to store to pick it up in the afternoon the following day it's not even ready they said they didn't started it yet it takes 2 full days before I picked it up. We came in 10/19/12. Gloria was very friendly an knowledgable I the product. She let us know about the iPhone App for specials and more. She showed us other fragrances we would have never known about. Only 30 minutes later I had my Eucalyptus Stress items and was smiling out the door. Great experience here. read more

we went on the site location for Weatherford. Said store hours for business and they were open.we drove there. Note on door said we are temporarily closed. I called the phone number. Said they were glade to be open. And wait on the line for a representative. The "note" on the door says temporary closed. No one answered the phone!!! read more

Love this location. It seems to be less crowded than other locations, there are always plenty of staff members walking around to assist, and they are so helpful & sweet. They send out lots of coupons in the mail, so sign up for those if you like this place. The savings are usually pretty significant. read more

Love the products at Bath & Body Works but the customer service at this location is always lacking!!

This was our first time visiting the store. We came here looking for a single candle and walked out with 3 candles and some accessories for them and saved $13 on our entire total. While in the store we saw a young lady called Amanda handling a disrespectful customer with a large amount of professional care. We talked to her afterwards to encourage her on how impressed we were with her way she handled that obviously rude customer. She was extremely friendly and graceful with us and gave an amazing impression to us of the quality of service this store has to offer. Definitely a great store. read more
