I'm just glad there's a good makeup store near me. I can order online or do pickup in store with some items. This Ulta is smaller than some others, so sometimes this store will be out of stock of items that I want. But, it is conveniently located in a strip mall with a huge free parking lot. I also like the promotions they offer. I've scored some high quality and pricey products at great deals. Also, there's always an Ulta coupon somewhere online that is also accepted inside the store. The store has been clean each time I've visited. I also like that I can test some of the makeup for myself when there. I truly appreciate the areas in which clean swabs, tissues, and sanitizer are kept for product testing. Customer service is good here. I've only asked for location of products and other general inquiries. And, who doesn't love samples? Sign up with them and you often get a nice sample with your purchase. read more

I can never stick to my budget when shopping here! They have so many products, so many brands, so many accessories, all of which I end up I feel like needing once I step foot into this store. If I do manage to stay focused and stick to the one thing I'm shopping for, 9 times out of 10, they've got me covered. I looove they carry Bobbi Brown products! The store itself is usually well kept and organized. I've had to make a few returns here, and never have I ever ran into trouble receiving a full refund. This is great, because sometimes products apply differently at the house and/or curling irons don't perform as expected. The aisles can be kind of cramped and with products stacked on shelves from the ground up means sometimes having to squat in order to find what you're looking for. It's usually pretty busy, but in a buzzy, upbeat type of way. It's nothing like Sephora where the vibe can feel totally manic and claustrophobic. read more

Sadly, I see why other reviewers rate this store so low. Customer service. My sister made two appointments, one for her and one for my niece. These appointments were confirmed, both for 3:00pm, by text. One was with Gloria and one with Christine (or Christina). When we arrived, we were told that the appointment was with one person, one after another, not at the same time. After waiting 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the so called stylists, we left. Leaving feedback to the manager. She was very nice, but ineffective. After about 30 mins answering all my questions about hair and how to keep it healthy, she convinced me to buy a dry shampoo to try out since it was on sale. Had such a great experience here. Went in for roots and all bleached out and haircut. Gloria was amazing and did such a great job. All in all it was a great and fun experience. Her personality was way beyond and was so fun and easy to get along with and joke around. I felt well taken care of. Hands down, one of the best Ulta Stores. It's very clean, neat, and organized, but strays away from the typical Ulta set up all the other stores have. This store has a lot of clearance and sale items places all around the store, so keep your eyes open! This location is stocked with a bunch of cosmetics! Probably the first Ulta Store that I've been to that had everything I needed and wanted in-stock. The workers were the reason why I did not give a full five stars. There were very few employees (on the floor or at the register) to help or inform me about new makeup products and where certain makeup products were located at. But the employees that were working at the time were very nice and kind. Pricing for cosmetics here vary on what you're looking for. Typical "drug-store" or unnamed brand cosmetics are normal priced, sometimes you can use the coupons on these items! Just check online to see what products are able to be purchased with or without a coupon! Most of the time, you CANNOT use a coupon on high end products. Be aware of that. Also, specials and promotions are offered here! A sign will be placed on a specific type of cosmetic or brand, offering you a free gift if you spend a certain amount of money. There are a lot of colognes and perfumes, of all different brands, sizing, and pricing sold here as well. Perfect gift to give to anyone! I just want to start off with how all the workers don't really know what they're doing. Maybe 1 in 10 workers really know what they're doing or how to deliver customer service. I went for the brow bar to come get my brows done. The lady doing the brow bar completely ignored me and every other work that walked passed me has ignored me as well. I can tell you I've been standing for at least 10 minutes to get some assistance. If they're not helping other customers they're taking to each other at the end of the aisles. read more

You should get a message to confirm before the appointment and u can reply through text. Super easy and the girls in the salon can use all the makeup in the store for applications so you get the best. Every season the salon gets special training to learn the new looks, makeup and hair. I have a love/hate relationship with this location. The positive is the staff. They're almost always really helpful when I go in there. The negative is the organization. The majority of the price tags are wrong. The deals listed on them will be expired, the items in the wrong completely wrong spot, or the deals completely vague and confusing. Yesterday, I encountered what looked like a pretty good deal. I had an associate verify the parameters of the deal. I selected my items and took them to the counter and they rang up $18 each instead of 2 for $25. The girl at the counter couldn't even tell me what exactly was included in the deal so I gave up. Every time I come here, I have to put items back because they ring up higher than what the tag said. Now, that being said, the manager was friendly and honored another item that had the wrong tag (she might have with the other items, I just didn't want to press the issue). The girl behind the counter was really nice, also. So, I think if this store could just get organized and stay on top of the price tags, they would be a great place. read more

If I could give a zero rating I would. The Lake Worth store is by far the worst Ulta I have ever been to. The past 3 times I went to this location I have had issues. I gave them another shot today because it's close and I needed something. I was looking at concealer and a lady came to help me. She sat me down and applied a sample said hold on a second I'll be right back. 15 mins later I was still there looking like a clown with makeup under one eye. Went to get my haircut, the stylist that I was given only had one week of experience. She was nice but seemed very nervous. I told her to cut 1 inch off of my hair when I looked in the mirror there was atleast 3 to 4 gone. When it was time to cut my bangs she had no clue how to do them. After snipping away for a few minutes she went and got a manager to finish my haircut. When I am paying $50 for a haircut I expect a certain amount of experience! Had a horrible experience with the Sage Trl. store Which prompted me to drive almost 30 minutes to this location, so it was refreshing to have such trained and exceptionally positive staff. Everything was very easy to find. Organized and well stocked. Every few minutes an associate would stop by and ask if I needed help and one offered me a bag. I took my cousin here to get her makeup done before prom. One of the employees of the salon insisted that my cousin had an infected eye, after we told her she did not. My cousin was born with a lazy eye and her lid can appear swollen because of the shape. It was in no way infected, and they stylist insisted that it was, as if she was a doctor. After we told her it wasn't, she said "are you sure?" And "I'll do what I can." She acted like she didn't believe us, and that my cousin was unsanitary. My cousin has felt self conscious about her eye her entire life, and to have a stranger, who you trust to make you look and feel beautiful, not only point out but continue to insist that there is something wrong with your face is heartbreaking for a young person. I understand there might be protocol in place to not service someone who is ill, but after the situation was explained to her, she persisted and made me repeat myself about my cousins eye, in a soon full of strangers.
