She told me she was the manager and a short hair specialist. I thought okay this should be good but right from the start it was bad. Not one did she section my hair. She cut the back way to short (it should have been a bob cut). On the sides I told her I like them longer. I don't know what she was thinking but she took a chuck out of both sides. My bangs were all messed up and nothing blends. When I got home I had to fix it the best I could. Never going back and don't recommend
