Im new to the area and i was looking for a salon who could color and cut my hair. I looked on yelp, google, bing, everywhere i could get some sort of idea of where to go. I found Elite Salon on yelp along with 3 other local salons and i decided to email them. I emaled each one from their web page just to ask some simple questions and to set up a consultation to talk about my ideas for my hair... All 4 emailed me back, but Connie at Elite Salon was the only email who actively engaged in conversation about what i wanted. We emailed back and forth prob 6 times and we set up a consultation. At our meeting i could tell this was not her first time! Lol... She was great with awesome ideas! I was super excited for my appointment! A few days later i got a 3 color foil and a hair cut... My hair has literally never looked so good! My hair looks so good i have had prob a dozen complete strangers come up to me (at the movies, in the grocery store, at the lake, at the post office) and ask where i got my hair colored. Yep its that good! Elite Salon is very clean and very inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and i felt welcomed there. I will absolutely, defiantly, positively be going back! Called Elite with a hair EMERGENCY (another salon totally screwed up my hair that day) and the owner had me come right in so she could take a look to see what she could do. I came in with orange and blonde hair (originally asked for highlights and lowlights on my already dark blonde hair). We ended up doing a treatment on it to keep it soft and strong, and then fixed my color with some lowlights. They were all super friendly and hospitable. They didn't make me feel nervous, like my situation was that bad (I had been crying before I came in). I felt very comfortable and trusted their judgment because they are very knowledgable. I liked how the owner oversaw the stylist doing my hair "repair" and even stayed until we were finished (which ended up being after their normal hours). You can't even tell my hair was "messed up" by someone else! It looks so good. She left behind highlights and covered the orange with a shade of brown that was so close to what I wanted in the first place and I no longer have orange hair and no damage!!! I can't say how thankful I am enough. I will definitely be coming back to this salon next time I go. They really know their stuff here! read more

We recently moved to the Weatherford area from Houston and found Elite Salon online. I called and spoke with a very pleasant woman and she scheduled my appt the very next day. I needed a root touch-up, a few highlights, and a trim. My husband and I were greeted by another very nice woman and she let my stylist know I had arrived. I met Melissa and she listened to what I wanted, she asked questions and provided specific details about my hair, the color I wanted, and where I wanted highlights. She nailed it!! I am so pleased with the results! It's like she has been doing my hair forever! I am Very picky about my hair too! The atmosphere of Elite is professional, warm, and inviting! No loud obnoxious music, it's clean, and uplifting! My husband decided to get a haircut ( he doesn't have much hair!) while he waited for me and He was very please to find Lindsay could provide an older guy a conservative haircut!! Money well spent! Nice salon! When you need a trim or just need to gussy up for an event, this is where I go. I do have Chris Moore in Aledo do my color though. Elite might do just as good of a job as he does, but since I trust him and have had nightmares and ruined hair in the past (not from anywhere local), I'm not willing to risk it. For a cut and style, Elite is reasonably priced and I've never been disappointed. I might even try color one day if I can swallow my irrational fears. I have no reason not to trust them. I've never seen a single unhappy customer here. As for as the "spa" goes, I don't understand why they even advertise it? When I hear "spa", I think facial, mani, pedi, massage, and amazing relaxation. They offer waxing a few other small services. I would not call it a spa. You cannot come here for a facial or massage that matches the quality you'd expect from their salon. You have a great salon. Stick with that! read more

As a former customer at Elite, I concur with Bill. I was a customer for over a year, and in that time I noticed the salon's condition continued to deteriorate until the point that I could not stand to go to my favorite stylist anymore. Thankfully, unlike Elite's claim, they do not employee people, but are a Lease Salon and she left as soon as I told her I was unhappy. Please, if you don't trust Bill, trust yourself, poke your head in and see the condition of the salon. If anything he said was not true, I would believe the salon may have reason to sue for libel, but his words are straight and true. Paying $500 to be advertised as the best salon in town just wont cut it when the salon is owned by someone who has very little business owning a business. Also, Yelp! made a mistake by allowing owners to review and rate their own salon. I have lost a little faith in this site because of this. read more

I use to work at elite salon and I can honestly say they have amazing stylists. And Connie is a fabulous stylist and owner! The only reason I had to quit is because I moved 3 hours away :( I loved working there because the salon is modern and unique inside and the environment is always friendly :) it is clean and relaxing. I am writing this review because I feel like there are two reviews under this one that are very misleading. Maybe the people who wrote these reviews are trying to savatage Connies business and that it is just not right to lie. It's very sad, but I wanted to write an honest review and let everyone know that the salon is clean and well managed. read more

I've been going to salons in Weatherford since 1986 and Elite Salon for the past 5 years. I walked in on a Saturday without an appointment and desperately needed highlights, color and a cut. Connie and Keely greeted me when I walked in. Keely stayed late to make sure I was completely satisfied and I've been a loyal customer ever since! Each 3 to 4 weeks I've visited the salon at various times during the week and have always been pleased with the professionalism of the stylists as well as the quality of the salon in general. I have been a customer at this salon for over three years. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the salon. My hair is my crown, and I am extremely particular about how the color is done. Connie, the owner, has perfected my color preference, and I would not choose to go to anybody else. The salon is decorated in a rustic style where customers can feel relaxed. unfinished floors. no baseboards. no receptionist. owner yells at her husband in front of the stylists and their clients. overflowing trashcan. broken clocks on the wall. no toilet paper in bathroom. no flow or functionality. this owner appears to either be lazy or content with their salon appearing half finished at best, or dilapidated at worst. this town has plenty of other choices, any of them would leave you feeling better and more relaxed than when you leave this place. read more

I have gone to Elite Salon for many years. Connie is my stylist and is also the owner. I love how Connie really cares about what I want and has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy! I always get compliments on my hair, usually from complete strangers. I think that speaks volumes. Also, the salon is a warm, inviting atmosphere with great stylists. Tandi always does my hair exactly as I envision it. I have blonde hair and she uses only the best products for my hair to keep it healthy. Tandi always gets me an appointment within a short notice which goes a long way with me because I am not a planner.
