Very quick to throw you under the bus and make everything your fault. My haircut was terrible! Owner ditched me when I came in for appt and tossed me to someone new to "build up her clientele" so basically I was a Guinea pig. When I confronted her for putting me in a very awkward situation she basically said she normally doesn't take new customers unless referred by existing customer, however had no problem taking my appointment!! I'm having to go to a different hairdresser and get it fixed. Then proceed to post my hair pictures acting as if she color corrected it, and it absolutely wasn't at all color corrected. I've asked twice for the pics to be taken down because it's misleading information, and she won't. My hair is destroyed and breaking off. Absolutely terrible service from Hannah.

I was greeted warmly when I arrived and was offered a complimentary drink from a drink menu. Sarah C. was my stylist and she worked some serious magic on my hair! She listened to my hair concerns and worked with me to create a look that met my goals. The shampoo with cooling eye mask was amazing too! Yesterday, on April 1, I got a hair cut and I also added eight strands of their tinsels as an added service. This is their new location and it's quite spacious. They have about one or 7 chairs for people to wait in. They had a very clean restroom that smelled fruity and looked clean(Yay, who Durant like a clean restroom). Jaime offered a container of toys to keep my little one occupied and it worked. Their prices are the most affordable I've seen so far and there is plenty of parking. I highly recommend Jaime.
