Extremely dissatisfied with my haircut and VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!…read more The owner is very rude and unwilling to take any responsibility for her stylists and is very quick to blame the customer. Very quick to throw you under the bus and make everything your fault. My haircut was terrible! Owner ditched me when I came in for appt and tossed me to someone new to "build up her clientele" so basically I was a Guinea pig. When I confronted her for putting me in a very awkward situation she basically said she normally doesn't take new customers unless referred by existing customer, however had no problem taking my appointment!! Goo luck to people looking for satisfaction at Elite Salon!!!

I'm having to go to a different hairdresser and get it fixed. Then proceed to post my hair pictures acting as if she color corrected it, and it absolutely wasn't at all color corrected. I've asked twice for the pics to be taken down because it's misleading information, and she won't. My hair is destroyed and breaking off. Absolutely terrible service from Hannah.

I had really long hair and was scared to cut and he only cut to my clavicle, and I have never felt better or received more compliments in my life. My husband, who has NEVER noticed a cut before and has always said he preferred very long hair, has complimented me 4x worried he hadn't said anything and I've gotten a plethora of other compliments from friends and family and even from random people! Yet, even on top of all that, he is just genuinely a great person and wonderful man. I've always hated the way I looked and hated looking in the mirror. He made me feel so at ease and even comfortable with myself. THAT is true art of skill and heart. Thank you, Noah!

I used to be married to a stylist, so my expectations of what service should be like at a salon or…read morebarber shop are a bit above average and this place does not disappoint. Most of my family uses Hello Darlin, or specifically our stylist Pam Gomez, and we have always been pleased. It doesn't matter if it is my short, feathery greying hair, or my son's thick, long flowing locks, neither one of us has failed to receive compliments when Pam is through working her craft. As soon as I walked in to work after my last appointment, I was met with a chorus of compliments. While Pam is amazing and I would highly recommend you ask for her, it was not just her alone that impressed me with the salon. Built in a former home, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the salon is clean and seems well organized. When observing other stylist that work there, I noticed that their interaction with customers was very similar to my experience with Pam. They are all very friendly, engaging and capable from what I have seen. I have heard many customers explain what they want in terms that I could not decipher, just to see them beaming with pleasure at the results the stylist produced. I would highly recommend Hello Darlin' and Pam Gomez specifically if you are in need of anything from a trim to a complete rework of your look. Pam Gomez: (817) 247-3593 for scheduling.

The inside is very nice with exposed brick and wood furniture. Great job refurbing the space. I've been twice so far, once for me and once for my son. My haircut turned out great and I liked the attention to detail. They use a straight razor around your neck. This is the only place in I don't know how long that hasn't missed the hairs around your ears leftover from the edge clippering. This is a great barbershop!
