She does the prettiest hair color I've ever had. (And I've had a LOT of hair colors!) Also she uses natural products which was important to me when I was pregnant. Finding a hair stylist who will do what you ask (instead of giving you the hair cut they think you need) is pretty much priceless, which is why I won't go anywhere else. I've seen another girl there, Rene, doing hair and it looks like she's really good too. She's never done my hair, but *if* I was ever going to "cheat" on Elizabeth that's who I'd go to. It's usually pretty easy to get an appointment.

Very quick to throw you under the bus and make everything your fault. My haircut was terrible! Owner ditched me when I came in for appt and tossed me to someone new to "build up her clientele" so basically I was a Guinea pig. When I confronted her for putting me in a very awkward situation she basically said she normally doesn't take new customers unless referred by existing customer, however had no problem taking my appointment!! I'm having to go to a different hairdresser and get it fixed. Then proceed to post my hair pictures acting as if she color corrected it, and it absolutely wasn't at all color corrected. The employee didn't even answer me, except immediately leaving me there at the register and asked amongst her band of fellow troglodytes in low whispers who happened to just be sitting around like immovable objects getting my service requested strewn amongst them as if it was this vile thing to set upon them and muttering countless denials which I could hear. After the counsels meeting in their chambers had been adjourned I was told "no, I'm sorry they're all booked." When I received the news which happened to be no surprise I honestly found myself completely perplexed that I was lied to and that I was denied a service from this mediocre salon. "Walk-in. Get denied , Rock out." Very unpleasant vibe given. Unsatisfactory customer service ever. I do not recommend this place.

Your kids can play in the kid area and if they have an accident there is a changing table with wipes and diapers in the bathroom! The inside is very nice with exposed brick and wood furniture. Great job refurbing the space. I've been twice so far, once for me and once for my son. My haircut turned out great and I liked the attention to detail. They use a straight razor around your neck.
