It smells like old socks and cat pee in here…read more But if you need anything softball related you can find it here! I do like the options- high quality brands and the cheap stuff if you're ballin on a budget. They have alot more kids stuff in here than adult in my opinion- but they have odd things you can't get at Academy or Dicks. We come here for glove conditioner and bat wraps mostly. They carry the Nikoma brand leather conditioner. They have a large selection of gloves, bags, apparel, and training gear but they lack in the softball bats. I think the prices are comparable to other sporting good stores. I don't ever feel like the service is top notch- it's always a young girl who is glued to her phone behind the counter- knowledgeable but not what I would say friendly.

This is a cool little place to come visit if you like softball. They usually have everything that…read moreyou need and more. When I come here I'm like a kid in a candy store. They carry different brands, from low to high end stuff. The store is small but has plenty of merchandise. Gloves, bats, training aids, clothes, batting gloves, helmets, shoes, etc... It's a bit hard to find it if you don't know where the store is located. You can't see it from cooper but if you call and ask they will give you directions on how to get to the secret location lol. The parking situation is a bit weird but I've never had a problem when I come here. The store does have this weird odor, not bad but like an old warehouse type. Don't let that push you away by any means. The place is a great stop and the customer service is top notch. They don't always know everything but they make sure to find out for you. Next time you are in need of softball/baseball stuff this is a must check out place!!

We were walking by this place when my six year old daughter says, "daddy I want to get my ears…read morepierced, so I can be more like mommy.". First, I'm proud that my daughter wants to be more like here wonderful mother, second I tell her it's probably going to hurt some, gave her full disclosure of what that meant. She insisted so we went back and told the clerks, she wants her ears pierced, can you guys do that? They talked amongst themselves for a moment, I think to plan how to best do it. Then we walked to the chair at the front, she sat with the Claire bear, picked out her earrings, and let two girls walk up and pop them in. There was a moment of shock, but it was done. Not a tear. The clerk gave us a coupon which we used to buy a ton of earrings for later, when she can use them. She gave us a cleaning solution, etc for her ears and very clear instructions. Great experience. Now, I do wish they had a better location, honestly, this mall is fair, but it's really small also. They probably don't get tons of business due to the location alone. But that's not effecting the store itself from being awesome.

I went into Claire's to get a second hole in each of my ear lobes. I selected black Crystal. As you…read morecan see in the photo it is not black crystal. Also I placed the dot on my ears myself, after she pierced them, I could move the piercing out of the way and see that the dot that I made was at least 2 to 3 mm away from where she actually pierced. I requested a re-pierced, she be grudgingly did it saying because I place the dot myself she wasn't able to do a re-piercing I let her place the dot on the rear piercing and the repierce was even further away from the dot that she made. Now I have to remove the piercings and wait at least three weeks for them to heal to get them re-done without any refund.
