For some reason, when the package arrived in Memphis, it was sent to Florida! I live about an hour from Memphis! when I contacted Avara, I was pretty much told to wait & hope it arrives. I paid extra for shipping protection. I was told that was to insure my package against loss or damage. Well isn't it lost? Overall, the process lacked transparency and accountability. Between lost items, incorrect charges, and missing credits, I wouldn't trust them with high-value pieces again.
