They have promised "next week" twice and just today say that all jerseys were shipped but they have no tracking info and recommended that we just dispute the charges with our cc company since they are not sure when they could issue a refund. They also told us this was the leagues fault although the truth is the league doesn't even see these orders for parents jerseys and Rover was shipping direct to us. The owner of this company retired about a year and a half ago and you can see by the reviews that the trouble started almost immediately. Warning: Do Not Use This Company I personally ordered uniforms and hats for the Texas Bandits at the end of February 2025. The uniforms finally arrived at the end of April, but we never received our hats. After weeks of unanswered emails and phone calls, I was finally able to reach someone through Messenger at the end of May. At that time, I was guaranteed a refund within a week. Two weeks passed with nothing. Then I was told there were "issues with refunds" and that I would instead receive the refund via Venmo within another week. Since then, I've reached out every couple of weeks and have received no response. It is now mid-August--still no hats, no refund, no communication. This is not just a minor inconvenience. My boyfriend placed an order back in March for parent jerseys to match his son's team. The website clearly stated that processing would take up to two weeks. It's now the end of May, the season is wrapping up this weekend, and he still hasn't received the jerseys--despite having paid $100. He's tried reaching out numerous times over the past three months, and only just got a response today. The woman who called said they still haven't received the jerseys and don't expect them for a few more weeks. When he asked for a refund (understandably), she said they'd only start issuing refunds after contacting everyone who placed an order. Why they need to delay refunds when they were so quick to take the money in the first place is beyond me. I ordered from our League Store and it's been 2 months and have yet to receive my order. When I asked for a refund the representative said that I would have to send an email request due to their no refund policy, she then said the league representative would have products no later than Friday and I told her that the season is over, I didn't need my fan gear anymore. I placed an order totally roughly $700 on April 14th of this year. From then on, I received ZERO communication from this company. I was initially told 3-5 weeks, and after roughly 8 weeks I started calling almost daily. I got ahold of the remote secretary maybe 1/5 calls, and he would always say "I'm passing this message to our team" or something to that nature. I received one follow up phone call from these calls from someone named Shon, and she was fired a couple weeks later. Other than that, I NEVER received a response via phone call or email. On July 2nd of this year, I filed a dispute with my bank on the two charges I had with RoverPusNine (intentional typo), and thankfully they were both completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Just spend a little more money somewhere else, trust me. Emails will be responded to you in an average of two days and will contain no answers to your questions about their product. They'll say "we need your colors first" when it was a question about the difference in fabrics. I had to send two emails each time like "hello anyone there?". Rachel was the lack of email responder and Jim ended up speaking to me for way too long about how their company is a backed up freeway right now and everything is bumper to bumper and Monday should be better... Monday was worse. It took nearly two weeks to get towards the end of a simple mock up. I mailed them a check as their website says you can *DONT* because they wont start anything at all until they receive the check and cash it, so I said fine no prob I'll call in my credit card. They said yes but we're closed now (after waiting 3 hours for a reply) call us tomorrow morning. WHEN I CALLED IN THE MORNING JIM SAID HE DOESN'T WANT TO FULFILL MY ORDER AND TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.... I have never ever had a company so horrible. He went on about how it was my fault because of reasons that had nothing to do with their delays. Extremely durable, look great, and aren't too heavy and hot. I bought the blue Cubbie pant for our police softball team and they're great. Doing business with Rover was great and Phil is the man. I used Rover plus Nine to order sublimated baseball jerseys for my Mens team 2019. They were quick to get them done and the pricing was fair. I chose them primarily based on all the graphics options and I was happy the quality of pair of pants I had previously purchased in like 2008. Every year I know order additional jerseys from them and it seems to only take 2 weeks. Perks of sublimation vs other options. Phil is has always been very responsive with the order. I'll start off by saying the product (full-dye jersey) is great as is the initial customer service when you place your order. Unfortunately, that's where the positive review ends. When I ordered the product, their website advertised one price but when you went to actually order, they were charging another price. I politely let them know this and instead of honoring the advertised price, they quickly removed the ad from their website. This should've raised a red flag but I read all the positive reviews on Facebook and figured it was just a fluke. When I ordered, the website said four weeks production time from the time the artwork is approved. When I got the first email back with the artwork, it was still four weeks. Unfortunately, they missed some directions in the design our team wanted and they had to redo the artwork, costing several more days. When I got this artwork back, the time in the representative's email signature had changed to five weeks production time. After waiting for over six weeks and not hearing anything from the company, I contacted them. I was told that our jerseys would probably be done the next week. I politely expressed my dissatisfaction and asked if there was any way we could get the shirts by the following Thursday as we were now four games into our season. The representative got back to me a couple of days later saying they'd call me to discuss shipping options if they were done in time and they'd throw in some free t-shirts. I said to keep the shirts as I was only concerned about getting the product I ordered by the following Thursday. Late in the afternoon on the following Wednesday, I was contacted by someone in shipping. As a customer, I was thinking they were going to bend over backwards as they say they will on their website to make this right. Unfortunately, the phone call was simply to ask if I wanted to upgrade the shipping at my cost. They didn't even to offer to split the difference with me on next day air! So, we started with a four week production time and they ended up getting the jerseys done in seven weeks! I have them in hand at about eight weeks. I've found a couple of reviews on Yellow Pages online dated around mid-May that all say the same thing as I've just expressed here. In summary, excellent product but they don't live up to the promise on their website to bend over backwards for you. The customer service was very good when I placed the order and immediately afterwards but there was no follow-up to let you know that they were behind and to give you an update. No effort (other than a few free t-shirts) was made to even meet me in the middle and make me a satisfied customer. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this transaction as I came in with such high hopes for a great experience. Unfortunately, in the end, I couldn't wait for the experience to be over. read more

I have had a few guys at our sports complex try to get my business by asking how much and offering a lower price, but with the level of service I stuck with Rover plus 9 because I knew exactly what I was going to get. I'm not too sure about their rewards program, and would like to see some sort of referral deal from them because o would definitely be willing to vouch for them even more.
