If you are in Fort Worth, or even anywhere in the DFW area, you simply MUST book an appointment to be styled by Gabby immediately. (I drove an hour and a half from Frisco and it was 10000% worth it just to be styled by her) Gabby is not only intentional with her clients and makes them feel valued, but she truly listens without judgement or force, which can be a difficult task in retail. She will listen to your likes and dislikes, and cater completely to you and what you want. When I arrived in store, Gabby had already handpicked clothing and created personalized outfits for me based on what I said I was looking for via the styling link. Before even going through the rack Gabby customized in the dressing room for me, she told me to go grab anything I like throughout the store first so I could have options based on my own choices rather than what she thought I would like...and consider me read to filth by her keen attention to detail, because I walked back into the dressing room holding multiple of the same clothes Gabby had already pre-selected for me! Not only does Gabby have an exquisite eye for style, but she goes above and beyond for the clients she is styling. I can never find ONE thing that fits me right, let alone, multiple outfits?!? And I didn't settle, it wasn't just good enough for the event, I felt good and I looked good in each individual piece, as well as the outfits she had created that I could've never even thought of. Gabby took the time to run back and forth between the back and my dressing room, and even grabbed pants off the mannequin so that she could have multiple sizing options so that everything would fit me just right and I felt secure and confident in my new wardrobe for school. It can be difficult in environments like this to ask for what you need, and with Gabby, you don't have to feel guilty asking for anything, or feel anxious because you want to try the same thing on "one more time to be sure" because she's already a step ahead of you, going above and beyond, to either get you the thing you were about to ask for, or encouraging you to try it on again so that you feel as good as you look! And trust me, if you are styled by Gabby, you will look good no matter what because her taste is impeccable as well as individual to meet the needs of each person, as a person. And I can honestly say the same for every employee working at the J Crew in University Park Village! Everyone in the store had upbeat energy and alleviated all the stress that comes with shopping as a young woman. They hyped me up, went out of their way to find sizing or colors for me if I walked out not feeling like it was IT, but they were also very authentic if I said I didn't like something, there wasn't a push of "No it looks good", it was "No I see what you're saying," and immediately I was met with alternative options and solutions by multiple employees. Shopping for professional clothing and finding something that truly looks good on you can be extremely overwhelming, and this is the first experience I've had in years where I didn't just want to cry in the dressing room. Every employee there wants you to not only look good, but feel good too! I walked out of J Crew with 100% more confidence than I had walking in, thanks to the kind and helpful staff, and Gabby's dedication, compassion, extraordinary work ethic and commitment to her job, as both a stylist, with an intentional, fashion-forward eye to create an aesthetic better than you ever imagined for yourself, and an angel on earth in customer service, I have never been treated with such kindness, respect, and most of all: consideration as to what I wanted and how I felt in my outfits! You will not regret going to this J Crew for your styling needs, and you MOST CERTAINLY will not regret requesting Gabby to style you!!! She is the greatest!! J Crew always has those classic pieces we all need. A good pair of jeans. A little black dress. A stylish winter coat. Their prices are up there but not crazy, it's accessible high-end fashion. Typically very colorful clothes and accessories. The staff here is attentive and will ask what you're looking for. I can always find several items I think I must have when I come here, but overall these clothes are too "dressy" and bright for my taste -- I'm more into earth tones and black. J Crew is more popular with my husband who can always find pants and a belt and several shirts. read more

I live very close to this location. J. Crew is doing that thing where the prices are different (usually less online) online vs. in store. I needed a hat for a vacation and even though online had a bigger discount I was gong to buy it from the store if they had it in stock. I called. Was put on hold for 10 min. Hung up. Called back and was treated very rudely with the lady telling me she got a line at the counter and asked me if I still would like her to check it. Of course she needed to put me on hold again but the same thing happened. In the time I was on hold I could have driven there or ordered online and paid and expedited fee knowing I would actually get the product. End of story...after 10 min the second time she finally came back online and they didn't have my size. So frustrating. I would not give the customer service the store a high rating. Not sure what I'll do about this hat yet. read more

JCrew is a higher end clothing line often carrying unique patterns and colorful pieces. They are quality clothes and you definitely get what you pay for here. I love their winter coats - they usually have lots of colorful options (other than your standard black or grey) are very well-made. They also have some really cute accessories here. I had a great experience at this store! All of the people working there were extremely nice and helpful. I loved the selection too. Jcrew has some really awesome stuff this season! I got a bunch of sweaters. Their cashmere sweaters are the best I've found anywhere. Definitely a must check out kind of place! read more
