They never have EOS lotions in stock, their skin care and makeup isles are messy and unkept with products opened and scattered. Their clothing isles are messy as well, but not as bad as the makeup section. Employees are hit or miss when it comes to being helpful and polite. Just go to Walmart instead. Their items are normally $1-2 cheaper than everything there is at Target anyway.
