Btw the online ordering was a catastrophe. Sadly the frustration with Boot Barn I see for reasons including poor customer service, order fulfillment problems, and a complete nightmare in ordering and perceived low product quality relative to price is out in the streets! . The unhelpful, slightly rude, or simply avoiding customers staff while congregating near the front occurred in three differences stores! Management must be in their offices working on their other income generators! I spent 2 hours trying to order in line, one can't ever get customer service! I had questions with the 10' grandchildren's sizes. ABCD understand?!!!! Adult or child?!!!!! Order problems: simply it cancelled my order ..... gone without clear reasons, and a lack of communication from customer service was never received upon numerous calls and request! It really is a darling little store that carries a lot more merchandise than you might assume considering its square footage, but there are plenty of clothes for both men and women, hand-made jewelry, hats, and even some college t-shirts. Plus, I don't find the prices to be quite as costly as you might initially think. I picked out a beautiful, ivory, lace + crochet sweater (?) that you can easily wear in the spring and into the summer (if you're inside, of course). It only cost $45, which I thought was fabulous due to the quality. I love it! I think sizes may run a tad small here, at least with this particular piece of clothing. Just ask if you can try on whatever you're eying. When I visited there was only one employee on the clock, and she was very sweet and helpful when I had questions. The style of clothes here seem to be vintage, but definitely laid-back. Nothing's too fancy, and almost everything you see is made in earth-tones. Lots of browns, tans, and ivories. Flowy sort-of flower-child kinda pieces. Right up my alley! There are plenty of candles for sale that smell earthy and spicy and full. I do so love boutique candles... they may be super expensive when you're used to buying jumbo candles from Walmart for $3.50, but nothing beats a beautiful, fragrant, dainty boutique candle! Epiphany, I'm a fan. I think this is a great place to pick out some unique pieces of clothing or find a special gift. I'll definitely be back.
