Okay Target in Burleson, early morning pick up order and it was pretty smooth. This was my first pick up order so the lady working customer service walked me through the process. Thank you for that. She went to get my order gave me time to look at all the Black History month items they have on hand. I'm for it, so I had to buy a shirt to support. Self check out, easy breezy. Check the way I like it. Oh ya....the BATHROOM is clean and they have a defibrillator at the front door (need to know for an emergency). read more

We just moved to Burleson and Target is my go to for a clean, organized store. This is probably the most unorganized Target I've been to and the employees have zero customer service skills. (Dressing room and check out) Someone needs to come in to properly train the staff, and rearrange the home decor section & shoe section. read more

This is the closest one to where we live so I stop in when i need things that I dont want to have to drive further to get. This location including the parking lot is always clean and organized. They have a few checkers but for the most part its self-checkout which I am not a big fan of. The prices are decent but a little higher than your local Wal-Mart but they have better options. Starbucks is located inside and it is usually super busy but nice to have the option. read more

I do believe it's time for a Target update!!! But to be honest with the holidays near the line are super short and they have everything I could imagine. I recently went in for two gallons of their Apple Cider and was upset because they were out. However the associate assured me that plenty would come in and to check back soon. Chung in the pharmacy is the absolute worst. If I see her behind the counter I just come back. Slow. Rude. And does not know what she's is doing as a pharmacist. It's hard to get controlled substances transferred so I have to suffer. Rang up my other with one price when I told her I had a coupon for cheaper. Then said she couldn't do anything because she's not a manager. CALLS THE MANAGER and doesn't even mention it and still didn't fix her error. Meds are high enough as it is read more

I was shocked at the 'customer service' here. The cashiers were all yelling inappropriate things really loudly in front of my child. The cashier was throwing my glass plates around and kept rolling her eyes when I asked her to not to. Just get rid of cashiers and open up self checkout if you can't properly train your staff. read more

Wow, this place is brand spanking new and very clean. But, this place looks "picked through," and we were never greeted or asked if we needed help. Perhaps, this may have been because we came here on Christmas Eve, so I can't say too much about it looking so disheveled. After all, I'm sure there was a mad dash to get all of those last minute items. But, that is still no excuse for the lack of help. We were obviously lost, confused, and needed help. And, even though we were the only customers in the store (or at least in that section), and multiple employees passed by us, including a manager, they all avoided eye contacted and actively seemed to move further away when we went to approach them. But, as this was our only experience here, and it will likely be our only experience, I'll leave it at three stars. All in all, if you're in the area, it's a Target. read more

I don't live anywhere close to this store but anytime I'm in town I always stop here. Today, especially the entire staff was so helpful. I was asked several times if I was finding everything okay. The customer service team and even the Starbucks team were standing in the aisle greeting everyone when they weren't busy. Several team members were restocking shelves as I walked. Not busy at all and felt very safe with all kinds of safety precautions. Thank you Target for all the nice, friendly staff members!!! read more

This Target has the best Starbucks, workers are beyond friendly towards my daughter and I. Shortest lines and very fast, I would so much rather come here then sit in the super long lines at the Starbucks across the street. I went it last week and two young girls were working both with M names ( I noticed because my daughter and I both have names that start with M ) One worker proceeded to have small talk with me while she made my drink as someone who doesn't go out much I very much so appreciated it. read more

Gotta love Target. Between this store and the HEB across the street, I can find everything I need without stepping foot into Walmart ever again. The store is always clean and it has a cheerful atmosphere. I enjoy the snack bar and the coffee I can get from the enclosed Starbucks. The employees are always nice and very helpful. This target used to have my favorite shampoo at a low price (acure shampoo @7.99$ a bottle) , they recently changed the price to $9.99 which makes me sad. Other than that the store is well stocked and the employees are friendly. I come to the pharmacy a lot here and the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter needed a new car seat and this Target didn't have a pink one is stock. One of the managers took time out of his day to look in the back and get us the one she wanted, but they didn't have any on hand. So, he helped us find the one she wanted and helped us order it online. I'm so surprised at his kindness and giving spirit. My only disappointment in the Burleson Target is that it's not a Super Target. Still it generally stocks the items I am looking for and at a good price. The staff is as helpful and courteous as any store I have been in and have often gone out of their way to be helpful. The fruit and vegetable selection is an absolute joke. They don't even have carrots. They have strawberries and raspberries, that's the ONLY fruit they have. I've never seen a more awful selection when it comes to healthy food. There's a lady named Pam that works there, and she is the sweetest lady though. This target is always packed but it's not a super target. It may be because it was back to school season. The bathroom was as clean as most Target restrooms. I can't say I've seen a clean one. The store was pretty scattered but the staff helped my find a few things I was in search of. I'll have to update this review after another visit. read more

This is a nice Target. The store is well kept. The restrooms are clean. We had a nice lady help us with the self checkout. They have a nice Starbucks inside the store. This Starbucks was also well kept up and clean. Everyone is addressed with yes sir and yes mam. We are from California visiting Texas. This hospitality is sometimes missed in stores in California. I love this place!!! I went in a few days ago trying to look for makeup for a wedding, Alyssa helped me tremendously!! She not only helped me pick my shade, but even gave me advice on how to apply it because i had never tried to contour before. Now I don't have to worry about my makeup anymore. I spent over an hour doing grocery shopping online. When it came time to check out, a little sign popped up saying I couldn't order over half of what I had in my cart because their refrigerator was full. As my schedule is rather tight, I called to find out when I could place my order. Their response: I don't know when it will empty out. I asked a few hours, a few days, maybe next week? Their response: I don't know when it will empty out. Maybe you should try another store. After calming down, I called back to speak to a manager (after all, if a manager doesn't know they have a problem, they can't fix it). She said no, it wasn't policy to send customers to a different store, but they had a small refrigerator and it was full. I asked if there was a way to place my order and pick it up at a confirmed time. She said no. She also explained they were going to get a re-model next year so they could have a larger refrigerator. Hmmmm, Maybe they could even change their policy to accommodate their customers who have to drive 30 minutes to get to their store. Luckily for me, every other other grocery store has a policy where I can schedule my time to give them my money. MAYBE I will shop with Target next year, after they get their refrigerator enlarged sufficiently to accept my order and can handle my shopping needs. Like their employees, I just don't know. This is totally based on the rude cashier. The store itself is nice and well stocked. I found exactly what I needed and even more that I didn't need. I love target. However, when I went to check out..... I found some Shoes on a 70% off rack but they were not like the others. So I found a price check and scanned, it the scanner could not find the item. Before the cashier started ringing up my items I asked her for a price check..she scanned the item, it said no item found. I assume this is because the item sku was dropped. She looked at the price tag and looked at me like I was an idiot and read the price out to me. I told her where I found them. She sighed and scanned it again and started punching in the numbers and gave me the 70% off. Then WHILE I was talking to her, she yells out behind her "WHAT TIME AM I GETTING OFF??!" And another rude cashier yells out the response. Once done with the transaction, the cashier starts to put the bags in my cart, I said I would carry them. I love Target. This is the only store I can shop in and not feel like I want to hurt someone or rush to get out. It's clean, bright, not crowded, has many lanes open & has a Starbucks. This Burleson store is my happy place. Thank you Target for keeping me sane while buying the essential crap I hate spending money on. Also thank you for the dollar (and now 3 dollar) spots. Your stuff is cute and kudos for always making me spend way more than I planned to and still leave happy..not sure how you do it! read more

I walked straight into the Starbucks inside Target and no one was at the front but I saw a group of employees just sitting and chatting at the table. I decided to stop there on my way out and just shop for the avocado and honeycrisp apple I intended to purchase first. The apple selection was grim at best. All bruised and a mess but I finally found one that seemed decent. When I finally get to work the apple tastes funny and has this nasty bubble of softness on the inside. I throw it away. I move on to the avocado and it tastes woody and super watery. The peel color was indicating it was ripe but the meat of it was hard. I will NEVER go to this Target again. It's a clean store but its a little more expensive than Wal-mart. Depends on which you prefer.

Clean store, well stocked and friendly staff. The prices are higher than walmart and they certainly don't have the selection. But higher prices = higher quality and I am willing to pay for that as well as what feels like a safer environment. Beware when you shop through the app and pick up curbside. If the item you clicked on to purchase is not available, they will CHARGE you for it anyway. Trying to reach someone through customer service to deal with it is an absolute nightmare. Trying to fix it online does not work either. They have a choice - fix the item - but when you try, you cannot click on the item that was unavailable to "fix." Thus causing you to have to call in. They took the entire amount out of my checking account. Then after 2 hours of trying to reach someone the next day after seeing the entire amount had come out of my checking account, I found that the customer service rep could not do simple math to tell me how much was going back into my account. He continued to say "the system will do it for you" and "it will take up to 5 business days to get a refund." Normally I am a very very satisfied Target customer, but this is not acceptable. Instacart does not do this - if an item is not available, you do not get charged for it and you don't have to wait to have it refunded. This has totally caused me to rethink shopping by app and curbside with Target. Too bad. I really like them. But I don't like this policy of holding up my money in my checking account. Beware and if you do shop with them, use a credit card instead. read more

This is ridiculous. 2 check out lines open during lunch time. Where is the manager? Nowhere to be found. 3 customers with 1-3 items waiting for people with entire baskets full. There is no self checkout, no cashier for less than 20 items.. nothing. This trend is continuing in Burleson & every other town. Customer Service sucks most of the time. I went online to look for Scotchguard or KIWI Camp Dry to waterproof some fabric. The Target website said that the Burleson store it had both. I went on Dec 21,2018 in the evening after the Christmas crowds were thinning. I could not find it and there was no one around to help me. I tried to use the red phone that you can use to get help and no one ever answered it . I found a salesperson in electronics and told him what I was looking for. He pulled up two apps on his cellphone and confirmed that I needed to go to Aisle 32A.......I did and neither product was anywhere in sight. Some sort of cleaning products. So this morning I ordered them online to pick up at the store later today. We'll see if they come through. read more

This is a great Target store. THeir grocery selection is small, but always value priced. The associates present themselves well and make you feel welcome. They also have a snack bar, so if you get a craving for one of those awesome toasted pretzels, now you know where to go. They have many clearance racks, many are hidden on end caps toward the back, usually unmolested and priced to sell. read more
