I've put in online orders to pick up here, I've returned items, and purchased many products from this location. Never once have I had an issue. In fact, I bought some furniture last night from this location, and the two ladies working at the store stayed late to help me order some extra pieces online and check me out in the store for what they had available onsite. They were very patient and kind. I have not had a bad experience at this location, and in fact, they have some great sale items to choose from and the store is always well-organized and clean. I only visit once or twice a year. For every $100 spent you receive a $5 coupon. The offer is only good for 2 months. Most places keep pts on your account for 6mths to a year. I would be more active throughout the year if I received offers for the items I purchase. Plus, they don't honor the birthday reward. I am glad I found universal yums. My family uses fragrance free everything: laundry detergent , dish soap, body washes, shampoo/conditioner... well, we found Raw Sugar brand FRAGRANCE FREE shampoo AND conditioner for $3 each! These retail for $10 each. Needless to say, we bought 23 bottles and won't need to buy shampoo or conditioner for a Looooooong time! Store was so neat and tidy! Blown away by the organization in the books! Kudos! Cashier was WONDERFUL! So friendly. Engaged in conversation. As a Texas native, I historically feel I have to go to San Antonio for this type of pottery. I just got back from San Antonio recently and she had a couple same items (priced same or a little cheaper) and many different pottery that I didn't see in San Antonio (where shops tend to carry the same things). It reminded me of the shops in the Mercado in San Antonio except I didn't have to fight the crowds of people. The owner was very helpful and showed us different items and colors. She wasn't pushy. While we were there, some of her regular customers came in to shop. It's in a funny spot in the parking lot. But the signs are there and easy to find. I think it is next to an insurance office. If you are looking for lizard decor, cool pots of all sizes and colors, birdbaths, funny peeing dogs, and excellent customer service...then Rosa's is your spot. Shop local. Shop smart.
