Put the men's razors and beard trimmers back by the men's clothes. Stocking them next to the vacuum cleaners makes no sense at all and it took me a long time to find them. Also, if a customer is obviously frustrated it might be nice to actually walk them over to the vacuum cleaners instead of just saying, "they are near the vacuum cleaners" and walking away. read more

I ordered something online but it was the wrong size. I went online to see if they have a bigger size and they did and it said there's in store free pick up. I went to the store to exchange it and get it since it said it was in store. 3 different associates told me they don't have it in stock but it said online that it was in stock. They said they can't find it anywhere. They then told me the only thing they can do is return it and then have me reorder it online. I did that. As soon as I got home I got a message saying it's ready for me to pick up. MEANING THEY HAD IT IN STOCK THE WHOLE TIME. read more

I have been going to this store for years and today, they may have lost a customer. I realize it is Christmas time and it's busy, so you should know to step your service up as well. I had jewelry and a pair of jeans and went to the jewelry counter to check out, as I have many times before. The associate told me she could only ring up the jewelry and I know that is a LIE! I have bought stuff there many times without even buying jewelry. I stood in line for about 10 minutes then dropped my items and left. This location has a lot to choose from and is always fully stocked. It is well organized and there are almost always employees around to help without having to search too far. The thing I love most about this store is that they always have ample cashiers on hand so you rarely have to wait in line too long. read more

My mother and I went into this Burleson Khols yesterday and I was in shock at the mess it was in. This store is usually a great well merchandise store easy to shop in but not this time. It looked like no one has worked on the floor in weeks. I have worked Macy's retail in management and I wouldn't pass a department without making it look shoppable Lets just say a night crew to help might be the answer. I am only giving two starts because i was given a sort of refund...though its a gift card so i can only be forced to go back or give it to someone else. I went into the salon i told them i wanted a bob they did not know what a bob is apparently NOR did they listen when i said i didnt wnt my hair this short...and i question if the girl that did my hair actually went to school because she cut my hair so that the length is extremely NOTICEABLY uneven. she shaved the back of my head, PART of my neck, left the shaved area unevenly shaved ..left lines in the back and cut my overall hair so short it will take months to get back....she thinned my hair without my permission... keep in mind i cant see without my glasses and this woman had me turned away from the mirror. when i wen back for my refund because it had been to late at night to get it the day before a manager was nice but i would like to point out one thing said to me. "it is your job to tell them" 1. its your job to cut hair you should know how to do it. 2. when i tell people i want a bob and i dont want it that short and indicate the length i want and the flip i want i expect to get it. not shaved. 3. IF i'm not told there is an issue i wont know until its to late and all i can do is worry how the heck it's going to get fixed her first HUGE mistake was shaving the back of my head and leaving an obvious line at that point i couldnt have saved my hair if i left...i thought she ws going to shave my neck...nope...head. and another thing...leaving me with a line of hair at the neck then balding the rest is obviously a serious lack of education or care. read more

Someone went into this kohls burleson store and checked out with $679 on my kohls credit card. They did this WITHOUT my Kohls card. I get sooo upset when I think of how maybe more "checks" could have been taken before that transaction was completed. read more

Cashier associates are very nice and do their best to provide a good shopping experience, but managers are not helpful at all and have been very rude. Ive even seen a manager treating one of the cashiers badly infront of myself and other customers. I would stay away if I were you. read more

Very unhappy! I understand with the holiday season everyone busy......Today I went in to get stocking stuffers from the jewelry department not the kind in the case but by the time I was done shopping it was every bit of 150.00 worth. I was on my lunch break crunched for time so I asked the friendly looking cashier wearing a Santa hat behind the jewelry counter could she ring me up. Her response was NO not unless you want to wait until I help my customers "my customers" umm I am a long time faithful customer of Kohls and she had just finished checking out the only lady who was ready everyone else there was still looking! I was upset at this time I asked the other shoppers are y'all ready to check out everyone of them responded no. the cashier again said I have to asset my customers before I can ring you up. At that time I made an ass of myself threw the jewelry down on the counter said that's fine I didn't want any of this anyways. Retail is all about the costumer service treat every costumer like the best costumer you've ever had don't pick and choose. read more
