I have been wearing Marc Jacob's Perfect which is still a favorite but last time we came my husband was looking for a new fragrance and I was considering a new fragrance I had gotten a sample of. The associate that helped us was Maritza and she was amazing! Not only did she help my husband find fragrance, he got King by Dolce and Gabbana and I ended up getting Libre Flower and Flame by Yves Saint Laurent. Next time I am looking for a fragrance I will look for Maritza to assist me because she gave great customer service and made sure we had what we liked.

The owner and her assistants did not inform us that they do not offer a certain size and failed to mention all sales where final. That would have made the difference in a purchase. Sales staff apparently are not professional enough to treat a potential repeat customer with honesty. After a purchase of over $200.00 they would be more incline to rectify situation but it seems they are content in misleading and misrepresenting.

Benetric fitted me and was incredibly insistent on getting me the exact right shoe with the exact right fit. I was expecting good customer service but that expectation was blown out of the water- Benetric knew what I needed before I knew it myself, and she wouldn't let me lift a finger through the whole process. She proceeds to tell me that I can't have the items because they had already been refunded? I tried explaining to her that I had not been given a refund for the items, but she refused to believe me. Then she refused to give me the items and didn't want to give me my receipt. I told her it was my receipt with my information and she then said "you can take a picture of it" ummmmm NO MA'AM! I told her she could make a copy and keep the items, but I was not leaving the store without my receipt. She finally gave me the receipt and I asked her to give me the number to customer service who she claimed she call, to which she said "its on the back of the reciept, I said the back of the receiot is blank. She finally gave me the number. I go out to my car and called Customer Service and they instantly refund my money. Debbie treated me like I was a criminal, trying to steal a $50 purchase! When I go back in the store to tell her that 1) they refunded my money and 2) when she called they had told her to either refund the bras or give them to me to ship back for a refund and that she had lied when she said they told her no to leave with the bras, she refused to come out of the back. She is racist, and would not have treated a white woman in the manner in which she treated me. So they just lost a long time customer, because I do not deserved to ge treated like that, nor will I tolerate or reward her behavior by continuing to shop there. I will also be calling their corporote office a filing a complaint.
