Went to Jos A. Bank to find my wedding suit (I'm the groom). When I walked in, a male employee…read moreasked if I needed help. Told him what I was looking for, and he picked a suit jacket and pants out. Didn't seem very interested and his attitude seemed like he didn't wanna be there. Went to the fitting room and tried it on. I asked the tailor if she could tell me my measurements, so I know what to look for because I was still shopping around different places. The attitude changed when I guess she realized I was not immediately buying the suit there. So she told me she couldn't. All she can do is mark the suit where it needed to be altered. So I asked, "I need to buy the suit before you can tell me anything?" She paused for a second and said that's all she can do and I'd have to buy it. She then sort of told me how it's supposed to fit, but still didn't measure. She then told my fiancé "I'm sorry I have to get back to my job". We immediately left. I went to men's warehouse down the street and was immediately greeted, and measured as soon as I walked in the door (His name was Austin). He told me my measurements and was very excited to help. He stayed with me the whole time and picked out exactly what I was looking for. He talked to my fiancé to get good ideas and gave his opinions on the look as well. I ended up paying 3x the amount of what I would have payed at Jo's A. Bank, but in the end it was worth it because it was perfect and the experience was awesome. I don't understand how it's such a difficult task to help people and make them feel welcome. Not to mention (not sure if it's store policy), everyone at men's warehouse were dressed in full suits and looked sharp. Compared to polo shirts at Jos A. Bank.

Old Navy has a variety of styles and sizes for the whole family! It seemed like they had a larger selection of plus sizes. The items, I was interested in purchasing, had tags but not price tags. This was a bit disappointing. The Clearance Section was out of control. There was clothes on the floor, clothes piled up and clothes trailing in the aisles. They are understaffed and it showed. Lol. It looks like they hired two people to help with zoning the store but, they could not keep up because, they kept chatting each other up. They were really nice though and they both tried to help me find my Resting Grinch Face Tee. The short Hispanic guy, told me, We really want you to find what you want, so you will come back. Aww, that's sweet. He caught me off guard when he said that. I'm not used to that response. That's the spirit! The sale brought lots of big families in to shop. That was complete nonsense because I found the exact same dress at another prom shop; for a cheaper price! It's one thing not to carry my size, but it's another to lie and make me feel bad about it.
