Kohls has merged their checkouts with their returns and their product pickups (items already purchased but you pick up instead of having it shipped). I had purchased a couple of Christmas dog toys online that totaled $6 and a mattress topper. I had to stand in line to pick these up. The line was fairly long, so i was surprised they removed the separate pickup line. Me and my daughter were out shopping and happened to come across Kohl's. I wanted to go in because the spring weather surprised me with an unexpected temperature drop. I headed to the clearance section and found a super cute sweater. Even though it was on clearance I was able to use my digital Kohl's coupon to take 15% off the already lower price. So basically I got a sale on top of a sale. I enjoy shopping at Kohl's. For me the dresses, handbags and children's clothing are a huge hit. Kohl's is one of my favorite places to shop and their rewards program is pretty fabulous. read more

3 Stars seems about right for a Kohl's. I went here with my mom recently because she has a Kohl's card -- and you should have one if you're going to shop here, because it's pretty pricey without it. There's always coupons and discounts but you really benefit with the credit card. I'm not about to open an account but my mom has had one for probably over a decade, sooooo, every now and then we'll go browse. Sometimes it's nice to have that old-fashioned department store feeling. Clothes, shoes, toys, home decor, and kitchenware all under one roof. Plus makeup and fragrance and all. I had to do an Amazon return and the lady who helped was a doll! She played with my grandson and gave my daughter some coupons to Sephora

I don't usually shop at this Kohl's, but I ordered to pick up here since this was the next nearest place to me that had a necklace I wanted. Staff were kind and helped me; however, I was puzzled when I was told self pick-up was wayyy in the back corner where Amazon drop off is even though online pick up is at the front. That's fine, I mean every Kohl's does things their own way, cool. It's a bit weird Lol but cool. What makes me upset is that they package and give me an item I purchased online that was already discolored on one side of the necklace chain. Unfortunately, I noticed once I got home & to have to drive all the way back there for that just wasn't worth it. But this is BASICS people - your customers trust you to give them quality products, especially ones they buy online that they can't see in person. So for y'all to give them something discolored is unacceptable. I'm not sure if it's just so they can sell it out or lack of proper quality checks, but either way, I'll definitely think twice before ordering from this location again and stick to the Kohl's at Keller. 1 star is only for the friendly staff, but it's honestly not worth coming here if customers get crappy items. The older Amazon return lady did not do our return correctly. We had three dresses with two Amazon codes for return, and she only scanned one code even though I told her both were different. When I did not receive the confirmation from Amazon that it was returned, I noticed she did not do the return correctly. I came back to the store hour later to let them know the return was not done for the third dress, at first She kept saying it was not her that did the return. Even though it was her. After back-and-forth, she remembered it was her and she finally did the return for the third dress, but did not confirm it was in the box. The lady was rude with an attitude I will not come back to do Amazon returns at this location. Do do not go here, at least not with that lady. It's the holiday season so we're all out shopping for that perfect gift. Yes, it can be much easier online, but sometimes you just want to browse, looks at merchandise, do the "touchy-feely" thing and just have the experience shopping in a real store. The store was clean and well organized and the staff was cordial. There was one issue, and I am not sure how they didn't catch it. When we got home and checked my wife's "New Balance" shoes, it had a anti-theft tag on it that the clerk forgot to remove. I don't know why the alarm didn't go off when we left. I now wish it had to we didn't have to make an additional trip back to Kohl's to get the tag removed. Overall my wife and I had a very nice shopping experience. read more

The reviews on this location in regards to messiness seem to be spot on and the same can go for service. It's hit or miss. Sometimes it's more organized than others but the clearance sections look better than they have in a long time. Sometimes the employees seem happy and helpful and other times I can hear them complaining to one another and I actually had an employee at the register tell me she was so thirsty and didn't know when she was getting a break. I went and bought her a water and told her I hoped she had a better day. I see employees offer coupons to some but not all. You definitely need to have a credit card or rewards card to get fair prices and be prepared for the ever-desirable Kohls cash to be that dangling carrot to get you back in the door. I guess at some point you have to either give into the coupon game and just hope its not expired so you don't have that awkward conversation about saving a couple of bucks. Or, go somewhere else for lower prices and know you don't need to dig for a coupon to benefit. I think some consumers are tired of the pricing games and would like to just see a set price instead of being made to feel like I've got to work to get a deal. Ok, maybe that's just me but I'm willing to bet there are others who feel the same. In fact there was a man in line with his wife laughing hysterically at all the "savings" on his receipt and when she started explaining Kohl's cash, he really cracked up and made a joke about how exciting it was, making a mockery of it and I have to tell you, it really has become a bad joke. I have a love hate relation with Kohl's. The prices are good. But the store is over crowed with clothes. You have to dig your way through the aisles and zigzag around displays. They do have a lot of different items to choose from. So that is good. Kohl's also has name brands and their own brands. Customer service is only at check out. No help on the floors. And they will give you the run around on returns. Some reason they need your driver's license number. I do not see a reason to give that personal information out to them. Kohl's has a good web page and they do have good discount and cash back specials. This store is like all the other Kohl's that I have been to. read more

This location is clean and organized. Check out lanes are fast, efficient, and friendly. Customer Service (payments, returns) line, can sometimes be a drag and slow. I don't blame the employees but the guests who just don't seem to understand return policies and procedures. Its one of the few stores where I can find XTall shirts and pants at reasonable prices, and trendy. Store has great clearance racks, I have purchased shirts at $3, and denim as low as $7! This is my second time to order online and do in store pickup. They have a nice personal parking spot and a special online pickup desk next to the customer service. There are plenty of workers around but as I wait a long time there's no greeting or "we'll be with you in a minute". Just no service and a long wait. Eventually I was taken care of, but a little training would go a long way. In the end, one of the many people who passed me by without a greeting offered me help with a smile. read more

Oh, Kohl's....why has thou forsaken me??? A couple of years ago: I shopped here every week. Loved all the styles in the missus dept because they actually covered my body and looked hip, too. Girl's clothes were modest and age appropriate. I got 15% off at least each time I used my Kohl's card regardless of if I had my coupon available or not. Now: I only go a few times a year because.... The styles in missus are now totally different (maybe the buyers changed?) and no longer fit right or look good. Can't find clothes for my daughter that are modest (sad, she's 9) and if I find bermuda shorts I have to pay $20 per pair (um, no.) Must have a coupon in hand now to get any discounts. They have a great selection and even greater sales and HELLO kohls cash..$10 for every $50 u spend..score! They also keep everything nice, organized and well stocked. I get lost in here I really do but in a good way. I love the jewelry section, the shoes, the lingerie, the purses, the home section. Evertime I come...i spend at least 2 hours here because there's so much to look at!! And yes I must see it all lol. Their prices are very reasonable on most everything. Kohl's North Richland Hills accepts Amazon Returns & the Return process is 5 star customer service. As of December 2019, The Amazon Return Counter is found at the very back of the store and in the center of that aisle. So precisely, the Returns desk is in the middle of the entire Kohl's store but at the back. There's an associate ready to collect your returns. He/she will wrap & box item/s for return if you don't have the brown Amazon box with address label that your item was delivered in. However, ensure how you got your item/s is how you're returning it. Out of all the Kohl's I've visited, this is the worst. The store is messy, even though it's tiny. You always have to dig through the clothes. The Keller and Southlake stores are so much more nicer and cleaner. The associates here aren't as friendly as the other stores. They sometimes don't even acknowledge you're there. Where it goes bad really bad is trying to get my rebate. The form from the store does not have the complete address. I called the rebate phone number 888-976-8104 which gets you in a computer loop which never gives the address. I went on line which I could not find the address. I called the store today I advised Ben of trying to get the address he advised its a known problem. He advised me to go on line. I had already advised him that I had been there.
