Old Navy has grown on me through the years.They are a regular when shopping for Birthdays and Christmas the service has always been friendly a d helpful for us. Their products are good quality and we've never had any issue with them either online or in store. Reasonable pricing for durable and well made clothing keeps us coming back. read more

Urgh I love old navy. It's just easy, in and out. Their clothing is ok I think. I love this super stretchy onesie for my daughter though. And that's the only thing I buy here. Anyway.. this store is not in and out. Cindy (she might be some kind of manager) is sooo pushy in that old navy credit card. I know it's her job. But man.. she asked like 20times, and she's making you feel bad and guilty when you keep saying no. I hate dealing w her to the point I walk out when I see her in the register. read more

The whole store is so non ADD/ADHD/Autism friendly,all the corners of the store were sharp hard to go around and hard to navigate,kids were screaming the entire time (PLEASE LEAVE YOUR KIDS AT HOME). The restrooms were hidden away in the back of the store which caused me to have an painic attack and become overstimutted. There was awful pop music and tiktok sounds play over the pa which couaesd me to have another painic attack. read more

I've been a big fan of Old Navy ever since they were one of the first "trendy" stores to start carrying plus sizes. It has been hit or miss with their clothing the last few years, but I love their jeans and keep coming back here to get a pair when I either lose weight or they unfortunately stretch out. The customer service is hit or miss as well with some of the staff being super kind and others not caring that you are there. This occasion was a mix of staff that were helpful and staff that just were not super helpful. I keep coming back because of the prices and the good selection of jeans. read more

This Old Navy store is HUGE!! One of the biggest I've been in and I've probably been in most Old Navy stores in the DFW area. It's really sad that I have to give this store such a crummy rating. The staff seems fine and the store is conveniently located near the mall. The biggest issue is that the store looks horrible inside. I don't normally take pictures inside stores (most stores don't like people doing that), but in this case I took an exception to show a small sample of what I saw. (go see the pics attached) Now before you think this is the entire store, please note that these photos were just the Clearance area in the back (and I realize that Clearance areas usually look disarrayed). But the rest of the store was in pretty dire shape too (on a Monday evening). There were a lot of merchandise shelves messed up everywhere. And there was so much stuff messed up, I have a hard time thinking that it all happened in one day (but I could be wrong). I think the problem is that this store is really BIG, but they seem to have very little staff to handle it (I noted about 3 people and that includes the cashier) so it's regrettable that I have to rate them so low when there is probably no way of controlling it. Hopefully someone in charge will see this and do something about it because this store was just embarrassing to see. read more

Yes we are in he holidays so long lines are expected. I found the cashier was really nice and they had a guy just dedicated to running around the floor and assisting whatever was needed with the cashiers. Good team work! read more

Tien at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Store was well organized and has a variety of clothing in a variety of sizes.

Haven't been here forever and now I realized why. The wait was HORRIBLE!!!! It's a Thursday night and there were only 2 people in line ahead of me. Tell me why I waited in line for 20 minutes???? The workers are slow and lazy!!! Customer service sucks, I hate you Old Navy. Bye!!! read more

This used to be my favorite Old Navy back in the day and where I got my first store credit card. The clothes selection was seemingly endless and always in style. Maybe that's my 18 year old self talking but things have seriously gone downhill for me in the last few years here. The lines are always long, employees are scarce, and forget about customer service of any sort. You would think that as much foot traffic as this store receives that there would be more employees to assist but nah. read more

Sometimes I love Old Navy. Sometimes I don't. Pros: Cheap cute clothes Great sales Cons: Awful refund policy. I returned a jean jacket and some jeans last year, but I'd lost the receipt. I expected to get at least store credit...nope. Had to fill out paperwork for a gift card to be mailed in 4-6 weeks. It never came. Store is often messy and disorganized. Never enough employees. Nobody on the floor to help, only one or two cashiers with a line around the store. read more

This is the worst Old Navy in the metro area. The day after Christmas there were 2 checkers! TWO. The store is always in complete disarray with no organization whatsoever. Clothes are thrown everywhere! Need help finding something? Well good luck because the ONE worker on the floor is too busy stacking Pixie pants in piles 5 feet high in random sizes order to be bothered helping you. This store needs new management and a complete overhaul. It's like a Ross in a bad neighborhood. Ugh. read more

Every time I come in here... It takes forever to check out.. With 1 maybe 2 cashiers...and a very long line and I come here a lot.. Please try and fix this..I feel like I'm on the episode on Zootopia with the sloths... How slow they all are.. Very annoying and I love old navy.. read more

I had a good time at this Old Navy. I just browsed and bought some of the famous 2 buck flip flops. It was a lot of fun. It is messy in clearance, but you know women....they go pretty nuts over sales. o.o;; ...and Old Navy has some good as hell deals at times. read more

The store itself has a good selection and is well taken care of. What I have had issues with are the ridiculously long lines that form in this store. I'm not sure if they are under-staffed, but I have seen lines wrap around to the back of the store 20 people deep..on a random weekday afternoon. read more

Old Navy has great promotions which draws in a crowd! It can be aggravating to fight through the crowd especially when the clothes are on the floor or not organized. (I don't blame the sales associates). Old Navy has great quality clothes for a fair price. I normally shop in the clearance section and scope out the promotional deals. A couple weeks before school started, they had a buy one get one free on childrens pants! This deal really made me excited and because of it, I now shop and Old Navy regularly. read more

I love shopping at Old Navy online and occasionally I need to go to a brick and mortar store to actually try on clothes. This location is big and somewhat organized. I cant imagine having to refold and rehang all the clothes all day long. The staff is helpful and they really have a tough job. They are always friendly and helpful. The only downside, and it is really out of their control, the store can be so messy on Saturdays. It's because the majority of the shoppers just wreak havoc! I don't understand why people are so lazy! The staff has a huge job of constantly picking up and they do it with a smile on their face! Went to return a shirt that I bought and after one washing it ripped in the seam. They would not exchange it stating if the item has been washed or worn they will not take it back. I tried to reason with the cashier that the shirt was defective that it should have endured a washing. She radioed her manager that I could see and she said no to me exchanging the shirt also. I emailed Old Navy customer service and they were extremely helpful stating that they will except washed and worn clothing if it is deemed defective and that I should go back and ask the manager to take a look at the shirt and they should exchange it for me. I went back and spoke with someone who said he was part of the management team and told them that I had a defective item that I would like to exchange. At first the said no and then I told him I had emailed their customer service department and was told that they do accept returns for defective items even if they had been washed and worn. At that point he then agreed that the item could be returned. I did not have the receipt so I was told I would only get the clearance price $7. I found the same shirt and ask if I could do an even exchange but he tried to tell me was different. It was the same shirt!!! So instead I got a different shirt and paid the difference of $23. Old Navy Customer service contacted me to find out if I had been helped upon my return. After sharing what happened they told me they were sorry and that because the item was defective I should have been given full credit for the shirt. They are sending me a $20 voucher. It is ridiculous that I had to go to this length to return a defective item that I had recently purchased. read more

Great big clearance section but almost everything I liked didn't have a price tag on it, and a lot of the items were the last ones. Kind of annoying to keep having to ask an associate the price of an item. read more
