This mall was one of the first one I visited upon arriving to Texas. They have good parking, clean restrooms & numerous eatery places within close proximity The stores in general are great customer service & are really motivated to make super good deals for their customers. I always return, whether I'm shopping for family or taking out of town friends shopping. There's a Buccees just across the street & of course that in itself is shopping extra for all kinds of paraphernalia souvenirs. Plus the BBQ food fest! We love it! read more

This was our third year coming here for Easter pictures because it had become a family tradition, but unfortunately the experience has gotten worse each year. Last year, they had computer issues and asked us to move our appointment time after we had already arrived with the kids dressed and ready. We understand that things happen, but having to waste an extra hour with little ones in full Easter outfits was incredibly frustrating. Fast forward to this year, and somehow the experience was even more disappointing. We scheduled our appointment for 11:30 and arrived early at 11:15 with our whole crew ready to go, only to walk into complete chaos. They were unable to print pictures, had staff on speakerphone asking for help, and were checking families in in a way that came across as rude and unprofessional. The first appointment of the day took nearly an hour just to receive their prints and leave, which immediately backed everything up. What was most frustrating was seeing walk-ins taken before scheduled appointments while staff appeared to still be setting up on Easter weekend. Again, we understand that technical issues happen, but the lack of preparation, professionalism, and communication made this a really disappointing experience for our family. What started as a tradition is now something we're seriously reconsidering for next year. read more

We've been visiting Tanger for many years now an outdoor mall is always better when the weather cooperates and isn't too dagum hot. So today was perfect with the added bonus of the Artisan Market setup in the center.We were able to browse the stores and enjoy the vendors and mingle with local merchants for future trips around town.A good visit with friendly local vendors is always a plus. The only drawback here is the racetrack across the way backs up traffic if there is any events there and of course weather can make it uncomfortable at times. read more

I came here recently over a weekend and the outlets were packed. There was limited parking available, however they have a lot of parking spots in the Tanger Outlets. The outlets are clean and spacious as I remember with more stores available. They had a big Christmas tree in the center with decorations which added to the festive atmosphere. They have a couple of spots for getting a quick bite and a coffee kiosk which is nice. I checked out Coach which had some good deals, bath and body works which didn't have good deals, Francesca which had some good deals and Vera Bradley. I ended up picking up a couple of things from the stores I visited. I love having outlets nearby and look forward to returning. The staff at the stores were friendly and attentive as well. read more

Manager Hailey & Zales corporate team are refusing to take accountability to replace it with the correct size. Very good outlet with all your local favorites stores! It does get busy on weekends as usual but I love the variety of stores. Allen outlet has similar stores as well but I prefer the layout of this area because all the stores are in one area and it feels like less walking. Plus the lululemon outlet is great! Great selection of stores, open air, setting with plenty of seating areas, food selections are minimal but if you like pretzels, there are two on site. Under armor, Nike, Lululemon, Ralph, Lauren, Gap, and many other brand names available. The one drawback is a few stores, locked their doors and closed 15 minutes early... I understand the desire for employees to leave, but if the hours that are posted are not store hours it needs to be posted. Lids and the Calendar, Toys & Games stores were both closed early. read more

This outlet is a great addition to the area! Buc-ees is next door, the racetrack and several restaurants. It's a win-win location for me! I love the variety of stores and people watching, of course! I don't need a thing, just browsing and of course the first store we enter has the best sale. After walking around with several large bags we decided to call it a day. came here from an hour away to visit the lululemon outlets and the other stores around. very well maintained outlet! there's ample restrooms , vending machines selling water and soft drinks, and a few food varieties. i also enjoy the number of fast food and restaurant options conveniently located around the outlets. there's even a bucee's practically next door! it honestly made the hour drive worth it. my friends and i were able to find great deals at the stores we visited. read more

This is one of the shopping areas I'd love to have closer, as i't's a long drive from Cleburne to this location, tho this one is so much nicer and cleaner than some of the others. It's another outdoor mall, shade is scarce during mid day on a hot summer, tho it can be found. The deals are good in some stores. A lot of stores are just smaller extensions of their main counterpart with a few clearance item and not the truly discounted outlet prices. There is a food hall, clean bathrooms, and light outdoor music playing. It's a great location. read more

Ahhhh, this shopping outlet is so much fun! I love how clean it is and the actual store brands are so good. I normally visit for the Zales and Michael Kors stores, but I will take the time to drop into Cookie Company one of these days. I also want to go inside Sketchers. Another perk? It's right beside Bucees, so if you have run through all the stores and still can't find something go there! I can't imagine anything better than shopping!!! How about shopping at a discounted outlet mall....yeeeees!!!! I found the Tanger Outlets kind of on accident. I was at the Nascar races in Fort Worth and decided to take on the area. This area is perfect if you are visiting and want to do a lot of things at once. There is a QuikTrip and Sonic right down the road (in walking distance), right in front of the outlets is Buc-ee's, and in the same parking lot is Popeye's and Chic-fil-A. To top it all off, there was a 7-Eleven located right inside of Texas Motor Speedway (oh, thank heaven :)) Being that, you can just park and walk around, I loved it!!! The outlet is outside, so prepare for that. I did park closer to the stores I wanted to go in, but I ended up walking around, as I wanted to see all the stores. I am a MALL person, so what makes this mall different????? I am glad you asked!!! Grapevine Outlet Mall is my favorite of all times and I passed that one up to get to the Tanger Outlets. Would it be worth it if you live in the are to drive that far? Yes, only because it has stores that most of the outlets do not have. Yes, a few unique outlets that you won't find at the other outlets. Trust me, I go to the others. One store in particular that I was interested in - the Sperry outlet. I am a shoe gal and I do heels, sneakers, and everything in between. So, I was excited to go to the Sperry outlet for those out of season shoes that I can't order online anymore, not to mention they are now discounted 50 to 70% off. I was also excited to see a household outlet - wooohoo. I wanted to see if they had unique pieces that I haven't seen around. Did I mention the waiting area with seats that you can plug into!!! Need to talk??? No worries, charge your phone right on spot in a comfy chair. Anyhow, it is worth the visit. I spent about $250 bucks and got a handful of bags from your favorite stores (check the pictures). I won't post pictures of the outside, as it has already been done soooo many times. I will say, go and walk around. Experience it!!! There weren't many food options at the mall area, but I did grab a sno-cone from the truck outside in the parking lot, and there are so many food options within walking distance - less than a few feet - so it is really not necessary. read more

Nothing wrong with a new Outlet Mall 20 minutes from my house. How about one with fire pit outdoor seating, laptop-friendly seating with outlets, and Mid-End fashion and home decor stores with factory outlet pricing? Located less than 10 minutes drive north of the Heritage Trace Parkway shopping area on 35W, Tanger Outlets is just over a year old, with some of the stores being open for less than that amount of time. It feels quite new, large, and nicely appointed. The selection of stores includes most of my favorites: H&M, Express, Forever 21, Columbia, Francesca's, Charlotte Russe, Lucky Brand, and lots more. Aside from a pretzel shop and candy store, there's no food here. A few counter-service restaurants or food trucks would be a nice addition. The mall is an open air design with mostly covered walk ways between the stores. On a rainy day, an umbrella would be helpful, though enough cover exists to be able to dash between stores. On the longer concourses, the walkways are completely under a high breezeway. Along one length can be found a large group of chairs and couches around a fire pit. Along another, a series of counters with stools having outlets at each one. I'm a fan of Tangers and find myself coming back here more and more! read more

Ample parking. It was super hot out today so it was nice to be able to quickly run between the stores for a/c breaks. There were good deals at MK, adidas, Vera Bradley and Kate Spade. It was nice to knock out gifts for Christmas early on. There were virtually no other shoppers. We stayed for a few hours and it was a good time to get all that we wanted done. I've been here a few times and I've never been impressed. My wife was super excited about this place opening up and we were quickly let down. Now with that said, its pretty, clean, and the staff members are personable. I definitely appreciate the wide open spaces that are kept very clean and there are a good amount of stores to choose from. But that's where the good stops. For whatever reason there's no food here. Cookie places, Aunt Annies, and vending machines don't count as food. I PROMISE if there were restaurants here it would be a much more enjoyable experience. The stores are 'outlet' stores, but apparently that means that they are their own brand. Outlet used to mean last years clothes at a discounted price. Now its high priced, reduced quality stuff from name brand stores. No thanks. I'll spend my cash at Buccees. read more

Went here last week. Plenty of parking near the entrances to the outlet. Plenty of stores to go through. Found a kitchen store. Can buy stuff you see in commercials. Bought 200 dollars worth of stuff for 60. Its located on the south east end of the outlet. Also walked into a sunglass shop to check out some of them. The salesman offered to tighten the temple piece screw and clean my glasses. They felt like they were new. Some of the walkways are covered and have giant fans that run when it's hot. Lots of seating under covers and out under the sun. They offer outlets for chargers at some of three seating. Bathrooms are super clean. Loved that they had a chubby hole behind the toilet to put your purse or bags instead of having to use a hook or place it on the floor. Was amazed at how clean the entire place was kept. The people working at the tommy hilfiger store are horribly mean. They seemed like entitled rich children who are used to getting what they want. It took 30 minutes for them to go to the register and check me out. I had flagged them down multiple times. The girl who ended up checking me out did not say one single word to me. read more

We went a couple of weeks ago during the week and it was not crowded at all. I cannot speak for the weekend. I'm sure it gets packed. A few things to remember: It's not indoors. The stores are but you have to walk from store to store outside. If you burn easily, maybe wear a little sunscreen because it's not shaded in a lot of areas. Bathrooms are limited. It took me forever to find a bathroom. I gave up and asked Old Navy if I could use theirs. Most people make commission or so it seems. In every store we went in, the employees were a little like vultures. It was kinda scary. I am obsessed with Sperry and while shopping, a guy who works there was hovering over me asking me a million questions about the shoes I was trying on. I LOVE SUGAR - A great store (that's what it's called). Who doesn't love sugar? Its a huge candy store. There are a lot of outdoor places to sit but they're mostly in the sun.
