Came in to pick up some odds and ends for my dad after his heart surgery. I use the restroom, and three of the stalls had no toilet tissue when I approached an employee who was standing next to register. She rolled her eyes at me and said she'll be sure to let somebody know. RIGHT While I only have three items which means I qualify for the new target, we don't trust you line. The line was so long it was unbearable. They only have one register open in this entire store. It is so sad and ridiculous if I did not need to get these things for my dad I would've walked out of the store. If that's not enough, the toilet paper in the women's restroom on several of the stalls is nonexistent. I was able to find a few filthy rules on the floor when I ask one of the associates that she could call somebody because they needed to put toilet paper and she rolled her eyes at me . read more

I love trying new Target stores in different areas. While some are similar, none are identical. This one certainly didn't disappoint! The first thing I noticed was the substantially larger grocery area than other Super Targets in the area. Along with that came a better selection of both dry and fresh foods and beverages. Their in-stocks were also excellent, something some of their counterparts have been struggling with lately. I also noticed this location, for some reason, had a disproportionately large selection of products geared toward male guests. I found grooming products in a special men's section that I've never seen in a Target before. I also found that the guys' apparel area was notably larger than other stores in the area. In addition they have a much more interactive and wide ranging electronics department. The store is big and clean with plenty of staff. Definitely a win! read more

I love this place. I've been coming here for thirty years from before it got remodeled into a super Target. It's always very clean and the staff is very friendly. It's very busy so I suggest going late or early if you are uneasy in crowds. But I went on Saturday, and we got into a few cart traffic jams, but the checkout went really quickly and smoothly. read more

Don't shop here unless you want to buy extras. Holy moley! I actually brought my shopping list today...and I was an adult because I bought everything on my list. However....Halloween merch is out in full force. Yep! I had to buy some outdoor decor and candy and candy bowl (you need a new candy owl to pass out candy!) Still felt like I did ok, until....toward the front of the store is the makeup section. Ughhh. Well, I guess I do really need new moisture, primer, and foundation. Yeh, I made it out and don't have to refinance my house to pay for it all...but...I am here to be a lesson others. BEWARE! Also, there was only one open checkout (unless you self-checkout). But, the day crew is monitoring line length and they Nailed It. They quickly opened up another lane and moved people through quickly. read more

Super Target is great! This location (and I think most of their Super Target locations now) have a good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables that the regular Targets don't necessarily seem to have. It is a clean nice store with a good selection. It is getting more expensive than it used to be but that is probably more the whole world just Target. Overall it is a good place to shop. read more

It was refreshing to have someone who WANTED to help and didn't shy away or run from it. I'm NOT the one to even ask for assist me, utilizing the help of maps of the store or even just circling as I did, but I was running short on time. Please make sure to tell Marcus hello or have a great day if you see him. Also, the ladies at customer service were friendly. I overheard their conversations with a difficult customer and they handled the situation like professionals. The overall store appearance was clean and kempt. As I was circling the store in pursuit of my find, I noticed employees within their departments willingly assisting customers. Okay, we all know that Target is bae, but sometimes some locations are better than others. Stopped by this one on my way home from work and was digging the layout and how spacious it was in general. Good to know! I did notice the aisles were a little tighter here, because they have lots, but not crazy tight! I frequent the Irving store, but they are hit and miss with some items that most Targets carry regularly. That can be frustrating at times. I was happy to find everything I needed here with ease, and hop back on my merry way. I even got $10 off unexpectantly using the Target app and red card. Gotta love divine appointments! The store itself is usually decently clean and well-stocked. The carts maneuver well and mostly clean. The women's bathroom is an absolute disaster! I've never gone into the bathroom in more than 10 years when it was clean. Menstrual blood, feces, and urine on the toilet, walls, and floors. Diapers waded up "sometimes" and left on the floor or sink. I'm so disgusted and disappointed in women that they can be so foul and unsanitary. I'm always in Target for hours so it's inevitable that I'm going to need the bathroom. I always have hope that it will be clean, but it never is. Please do better. read more

Decided a few days ago to get a few groceries.. I wanted to visit a "super" target vs my local spot which is significantly smaller and has less variety, and I'm so glad I came to this one because I had the best experience. During Covid-19, Target is only letting a certain amount of people into the store at a time. You have to wait outside in line, 6 feet apart, until someone comes out. It's very well organized and the line honestly moves pretty fast. Hallelujah for pretty decent weather, too. Oh god, I'm not looking forward to the summer heat.. Trying not to think about that! While in line, a manager came out to address us, asking if we were looking for anything in particular and giving us the status on popular items like toilet paper and hand sanitizer (they had both so I got a couple of each). He was so nice! If anyone was wondering about a specific item, he'd ask on his walkie talkie and then let you know ASAP. A woman behind me asked about a particular detergent and they told her it was in. Nice. I didn't ask any questions -- I'm happy buying whatever is available. Once let inside, everything was still nice and calm. An employee was monitoring the TP just in case, of course. It's so sad that we have to be babysat around toilet paper, but welcome to America. Anyway, everything was clean and well-managed, and all the employees I encountered (6 feet apart, of course) were super kind and patient. I really praise and thank all the people out there still going into work, dealing with the generally insane public, and trying their best to keep everyone safe and well and fed. I also grabbed milk, Tylenol, Easter cookies, vegetable oil, and some fresh produce for dinners. I didn't spend time browsing clothes and home decor like I usually would because I believe it's so important we do everything we can to stay home. Target has delivery and curbside pickup, too. The most annoying place to shop if you like being watched and profiled at the self checkout. Why have cameras there if you are going to be hovering over my back the whole time. It's a violation of my space and privacy. Open up more registers if you don't trust your customers. The woman working the fitting room was extremely rude as well. We love Target over the other superstore. We have a Target close by to our home, but it's not a "Super Target." We decided to head over to this location to purchase items on our shopping list plus groceries. We noticed right away how clean and well-organized the store was. I am mobility limited so my wife grabbed a scooter for me. One thing we've learned, we can almost always find a scooter to use at Target but rarely at the other major superstore chain. We were shopping away when the scooter died towards the back of the store. One of the managers was close by and noticed that I was having issues with the scooter. My wife was going to go find another scooter for me, but the manager said, "Stay right here and I'll bring you one." Wow, what incredible customer service. Later on during our shopping trip, we interacted with another associate who led us to an item we were trying to find. Even though this Target is a bit further from our home, we'll definitely head there for our shopping needs. read more

Absolutely love this store! Priscilla was so nice and you can tell she really likes her job and working with people. She genuinely asked me how my day was going and really wanted to know my answer. She welcomed me to return and my response was that this store and the one on Glade Rd. are my favorites! I love that both are newly remodeled and the customer service is at the top. Whether I am shopping for a few items or 50 I feel like I can get in and out of the store quickly and save money. There is always a sale or some kind of discount! I can report, however, that if you try to call the store-- on any day at any hour to any department--neither a live person nor the phone system will ever pick up your call. At this point I am wondering why they even list a phone number! At least the Guest Services extension should pick up but that's not the case. Instead, the phone rings 10 times and then the system drops your call, repeatedly. I was at least able to reach customer service for target.com to report this. It's just unacceptable. read more

I am a Shipt shopper and I do a lot of orders at Target. I love the cleanliness and the wide aisles and how well- organized the store is. William in grocery is always super helpful. Everyone there is polite and friendly and there is one girl who is very fast and efficient. Once I did a triple order there and she helped me with efficiency and speed. I love this Target. Conveniently located between work and home I stop here to get everything I need including groceries, toiletries, prescriptions, and optical exams. I get our prescriptions filled at the CVS and the pharmacy staff is so nice. They pay attention to details, provide useful information on the prescriptions, and gladly flavor kid's medicine. They even provided extra syringes (those little numbers rub off over time). Thank you! Target is still wiping down the carts for customers as of September 2020 and I really appreciate this. They have always provided wipes beforehand but it is lovely that they are doing it for you. This is one of the very few stores I feel safe going to regularly because it's super clean and not crowded. I do have a Target Red card and Target Circle and I save at least a couple dollars every time I shop. The Starbucks can also make a mean Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. Clean carts, clear aisles, good food selection, great customer service, stylish clothes, home decor, and a Starbucks...what more could you need? I can't wait for the days when I can casually sip my Starbucks while leisurely browsing the aisles for stuff I don't need. Take my money Target. read more

Today at like 11:56 am ish, I was looking for the wasp & hornet killer spray. I saw an employee walking towards me and I said NICELY and POLITELY because she was and OLD lady, blonde hair, ( you don't have to be OLD for me to respect you, I respect everyone) I said "excuse me ma'am ?" And she then said " AHT- I'm on my lunch" and gave me a look. If you are reading this, you coulda pointed me to another employee to help me! Not no "aht*" or give me a look. While wandering around this Super Target, I realized I needed an iron (the old one just died a few days ago). I check out their selection (when I finally found it - over close to the car and seasonal department). And since I'm a modern man, with a modern phone I decided to check Amazon (through the Android app) for reviews on the irons they had available. Surprisingly a lot of they irons they had available (Black & Decker, SunBeam, etc.) had horrible reviews (usually around 2 stars). The only decent iron (Rowenta) had a rating of around 3 stars. 3 STARS? For an iron that cost my girlfriend about $80 bucks? And one that she seems to like very well? Well, I wasn't going to pay $80 for an iron anyhow, but I didn't want to buy a crappy iron either. THUS STARTED MY QUEST FOR THE BEST IRON I COULD FIND FOR THE MONEY!! (too loud?) ((Before I continue the story, I had to use the restrooms at this Super Target and found them fairly dirty. So I told one of the Service Desk Associates who called someone immediately.)) It was an difficult quest (after going to Hancock Fabric, Jo-Ann, Ross, and Office Max), but ultimately I found what I think will be the best iron for the money (within the area) at Sears. It was a T-fal iron (I know, the skillet company) for about 45 bucks. We'll see how it stacks up. :) read more

I was seriously impressed with this place. I have only been to hurst twice and had to stop in after lunch to return something. Everyone I came in contact with even unintentionally, was helpful and sweet and went the extra mile. I really wish I had a. A Super Target this well put together, b. A target with such an incredible staff. Walking into the fitting room I came across a young woman with glasses, shorter (I'm 5'9" everyone is shorter) who was busy but took time and prioritized! I wish I caught her name. She went the extra mile to help, killed at multitasking and still had a great personality. This went for anyone I came in contact with while in the Women's clothing department. Even at the self checkout the woman assisting asked me if I had my Red card and I did, I always forget. She tried to up sell me from debit to credit in a way that I was intrigued, not annoyed. I loved it! Sometimes you just have to brag about Target. #noshame read more

I'm not a big fan of this location, maybe because I'm partial to the two locations I go to by my apartment. I didn't like the set up and flow. But on the other hand, I seen besides the Optical they have in front they had some kind of Clinic there,which is nice. I've never seen that before. I called this location because I bought my goddaughter some shoes for her bday. However they were too small so I found out there were only 2 local stores that had this shoe. I called this location and explained to the lady I really needed these shoes. The team member said that she could not put the shoes on hold but that she would hold them at the fitting room for a couple hours for me. I got there and they were there! This is what I call customer service. I drove about 30 mins to this location. This team member made it worth it! read more

I wouldn't normally write a review about a Super Target because let's be honest, a Target is a Target is a Target right? But I went into the local Target to purchase some beer and some other random items on a day that coincidentally was my birthday and had a fairly humorous experience. I was carded as I was purchasing the beer (understandable as I look devilishly young and handsome) and the cashier that was checking me out noticed that it was my birthday. What followed was maybe the most awkward rendition of happy birthday (which was a little pitchy dog) that I'd ever heard in public. But let's be honest, I laughed and enjoyed it and it left enough of an impression to make me come write a review of my experience. The one downside of this location is that I don't believe Prafel works there anymore, If you have met Prafel I promise you that you would know it. The store is well-maintained and clean. The products I need are usually in-stock. I'm also happy with the cleanliness and lighting of the parking lot. One area I'd like to see improved is the friendliness of the checkout staff. For every three that are engaged and energetic, there's one that presents themself as wanting to be anywhere but at work. Target competes with Walmart. Ask me if I prefer Target over Walmart and I'll say YES, Amen, everyday. Target is less crowded, they have more helpful employees, and they have Starbucks! The only thing I see in Target and think...wow that's from the 90's, is the neon lights advertising soda drinks and hotdogs. The only place that can pull that off is Costco. I drove into the parking lot and almost hit a line of carts, being "moved" by an employee. But instead of moving the line of carts, the employee, whose name was Cody (with bright red, dyed hair) stood there and played on his phone in the middle of the parking lot. I proceeded to park, and when I walked to the entrance he was standing in the middle of the road still playing on his phone. Like, c'mon dude. When my oldest was little we had lucked out & found a photographer we loved at a local branch of a kids photo place located in a baby item store. They ended up going out of business & the photographer got work closer to where she lived. We tried a couple places but then she went to kindergarden & we just got yearly pics thru school. Then we had our youngest this last year so we turned to groupon for deals which led us here and we've been coming back so far. So far everyone we've had have been nice, good with the kids, and we've gotten some good pictures. They usually have a groupon or two running at any given point which also groupon runs 20% off with a code that takes more off of those deals pretty regularly as well. We even get coupons direct from them as well. At one time I got a deal for $50 for the digital album that included all the pictures taken. Now knowing a little bit about the backgrounds of the chain in box store photo places there are a couple things I'm pretty easy going with most things. My biggest complaints have been that there were 2 or 3 visits equipment didn't work so we lost the golden chances for some great shots of my little one. Not the photographers fault by any means. I also do wish, and I think they heb been Better about this, that corporate would give more time for appointments. When your target audience is kids you have to have more than 20 mins to take pictures, let them make edits & make the sale. The times we had tech issues I could tell that it caused stress for the photographer, like when they are booked back to back & I've heard there is a rating system so they could get docked for time, but I'm not 100% on that. Also I don't think we've had the same person twice in the last 4 times we've been. (May, aug, nov & feb for newborn & milestones.) I think at one point I was told that they have folks that cover multiple stores so I don't know if it's an understaff issue across the board that we always miss having the same people or if it's a retain issue. Though with where we used to go it was great having the same person for all the milestones & the yearly visits. read more
