I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Target that left me embarrassed and frustrated. I was in the self checkout line with my children. There were about eight self checkout stations in use, and multiple carts clearly had more than ten items. As I was next in line, an employee named Eddie told me I needed to move out of self checkout and go to a register, which meant going to the back of a different line. I asked whether this was a suggestion or if I was being told to move. Another employee, Patty, then spoke up and said I was being told to move because I had more than ten items. The issue is consistency. I was not the only customer over that item count. Several others were allowed to remain in self checkout without comment. I was the only one singled out. The only obvious difference was that I had children with me. Being publicly redirected while others were ignored felt targeted, unnecessary, and frankly humiliating. The tone from both Eddie and Patty lacked basic courtesy or explanation. There was no effort to be respectful or consistent. It came across as staff convenience rather than policy, and it showed a real lack of basic human decency in how customers are treated. I have shopped at Target for years, but the quality of service at this location has noticeably declined. If rules are going to be enforced, they should be enforced fairly and respectfully. Otherwise it feels like profiling, not customer service. I am genuinely curious. Have other customers experienced this kind of treatment here, especially parents or families? Or is basic courtesy just no longer part of the experience at this store? read more

I am so glad I ordered through DriveUp today because it was so crowded for lunchtime on a Friday! The parking lot was full right up to the back. But when I parked in the DriveUp space, the associate walked right up to me and handed my stuff. Super quick! read more

I go here often and while the carts don't squeak and move flawlessly on the floor, by the time I get up front, there are like 2 registers open and the self check out has a line a mile long. I do love Target, and always will, but some more employees would be nice. I feel like these big box businesses are cutting costs by making customers check themselves out. I can't recommend the Tehama Ridge store or its delivery process at all. They can't keep basic things in stock, many common things are frequently in short supply or not available for delivery. For my order today, something like 8 out of 20 items were unavailable. The Shipt shopper never contacted me for substitutes as specified. My order showed on the way for over 30 minutes, and then suddenly canceled. Shipt support said the shopper Michael reported an issue with a barcode at checkout, apparently didn't try to resolve the issue, and canceled the order without ever contacting me. Target support offered to reshop my order, but at this point I plan on canceling my Circle 360 membership and not using Target any more. read more

Huge Target and very clean. We only walked through half the store but the dollar spot was stocked and organized. Women's clothing was surprisingly clean and organized. Clothes weren't thrown every where, except the shoe department...lol The Starbucks inside was perfect, right at the front door. Gals behind the counter were fast, fun and friendly. Can't really rate the service since only one team member spoke to us asking if we need help in electronics. The selection is good, but there's no organization so it throws everything off. And the value of items is normal for a Target. But everything just feels like it's so dirty. Large, clean, recently built Target delivers expected service level for a Target. A greeter says "Hi, how are you?" when you walk in this shiny new Target Super Store. Our experiences with returns at the Customer Service Desk have been very positive. All areas are stocked and kept orderly. One of my favorite things at this store, which I haven't noticed at other stores, is then I'm in the grocery section on a trip when I planned to pick up one thing but ended up with five or more, the small hand baskets are available in stacks every few aisles. It's like they know I'm coming (I do this frequently). Very helpful in such a large store. I am also a fan of the GoodFellows line of men's clothes and find myself browsing for something new a few times every season. I'm dong a keto diet at the moment and came here for some Stevia-sweetened soft drinks to mix with Vodka for keto-friendly summer drink. Target is a standby for certain things. Terrible store, terrible people. All the managers and directors in that Fort Worth store in Tehama Ridge do not care about the employees. They will fire you for no reason, and if they do give a reason, it's a cop out. The ego is unreal and they act like they are better than everyone they work with. Starbucks was a wonderful experience yesterday! However the rest fell short. I can't find a place to complain on target so Yelp here I come! Signs for buy 2 diapers get a $15 gift card are inaccurately placed every where when they should only be on the bottom row. The current sale is for enormous diaper boxes only. But apparently me and others didn't see that small SMALL fine print when it was directly in front of other sizes. And then I needed to go to the restroom! And no toilet paper in ANY of the stalls. The bathroom was trashed. I told an associate and she was like yeah I thought they fixed that already. I am so disappointed in this target. I visited this store on 06/07/24. Jennifer was my cashier. She greeted the couple in front of me. She did not greet me. She looked at me and was talking very low. I thought she might had had ear buds in and was talking to someone but she didn't. Then she said to put my Target Circle number in. Gave me my bag quick and said thank you. This particular store is the best Target I have been too. I just had foot surgery 6 days ago so I can't really walk just hop with one leg and being that I needed a few things from there I decided to go. Today was a rainy day so I parked in the handicap section and called the number that they have on the placque, couple mins later an employee came with an electric shopping cart smiling even if he was getting rained on. As I finished my trip I was going out and there were employees outside with umbrellas asking customers if they needed to be walked to their car. They are all about customer service, always asking how you are doing, always with a smile and small talk when checking out. I went in yesterday (7/26) and bought a thing of blackberries along with some other groceries and I opened them this morning and there is mold all over them. I used to think this Target was awesome. But lately it's been dissapointing me. The pharmacy has gone downhillsince it got taken over by CVS with confusion in medications. Also I went to go return something tonight, I had my receipt and the item. The girl didnt have her "device" so she couldnt look up the item and she didn't bother calling anyone over for help but told me that "she's never seen the item in the store" uhh so youve seen every item here? I left my wallet in one of the large carts you get to push your kids around in. Woke up the next morning and couldn't find it so I called and spoke with guest services. They said it was there so I headed up there to get it. I asked if anyone left a name on who turned it in and they said it was one of the associates. I spoke with that associate to see if I could give her anything and offered whatever. She politely declined and said she was so happy I found it. So I would normally review an average Target but this location is pretty awesome. It's brand new and the staff is efficient in keeping the store tidy and organized. Whenever we walk in, carts are readily lined up and we are greeted nicely. Since having our baby, I've had to come here many times for baby-related supplies (a department I never otherwise would step foot in until the life change) and I was so surprised at the variety of baby things they carry. From every type of spare part of Medala to Munchkin and Nuby items, I've always been impressed with their product selection. In short, I like it. :D read more

They treat you like garbage though they first greet you with a smile. They always roll their eyes and you can hear them saying negative things about the "guests" as they do their job. I thought we had some competition from Kroger in the Alliance Town Center, but it's not. It's more of a mini-mart and the walk is long to find it. You'll be disappointment to think you could complete a grocery shopping list. Now Target wants to be political, it's just one more additional reason to remain on the -black list-. This Target is only a few months old it open in October. The store is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The weekends are the busiest time at this store so I do my shopping during the week when ever possible. This store does have a grocery department however no bakery or deli. read more

So not sure if this will get any attention like it should but it's worth a shot. 12/16/21 at around 6 pm i decided to go to target as usual lol. there's always friendly people don't get me wrong but today there was one person that stood out, i believe his name was ben, he said he was around 18 and dark skinned young man just so we can better identify him :). whenever i go into target i always go to the self checkout because if im being honest i'm not always up for a scripted conversation and just like to get my things and go. but today i have a cashier a shot, aka ben. when i decided to go to his lane he parked a conversation immediately but it seemed different, the way he talked was like he knew me for years and he made me feel like we've been best friends for years. i'm the type of person who is very antisocial if i'm being honest and he just made me forget about that. and don't get me wrong, i go to target many times and other store and even work in customer service myself but never have i experienced just such a comfortable and light hearted conversation that obviously made me so shocked to write a review lol. it's been rough the past year for a lot of people including myself so for someone like him to be out there being kind, should be shown so much appreciation :) read more

He asked me if I used my cartwheel app to discount a toy I had. He begin to tell me how to use cartwheel. I was able to get the toy at a discounted rate and he gave me a coupon for an extra amount off. I was on a tight budget. I really needed this. Had a girl profile me and accuse me of stealing. Just because I have anxiety. I thought it was all about the guests , but I guess not. I normally do self check out since I have social anxiety and this cashier there was being so rude to me. Told me she can check me out in a cashier lane. I said" no, thank you. A great Target location. Don't let the low-star "political" reviews sway your decision to visit this (or any other) Target store. The aisles are wide, the selection is excellent and the store is very bright and clean. Staff is always friendly and willing to guide you to your final destination. Yes, the grocery side is a little lacking- don't expect to do your heavy grocery shopping here but there are enough items to complete a basic list. My daughter loves the large toy section, and there's a healthy selection of electronics and video games too. I'd prefer this location over the Watauga spot off 377 & Tarrant and it's equidistant from my home. There's a Starbucks in the front of the store, and all of the shopping carts roll nice and smooth! read more

I've always been a fan of Target and is always my go to place! I unfortunately had to shop at Walmart and had one of the worst experiences of my life there yesterday. I am shopping for a charity event which benefits our Veterans and Active duty Soldiers..... my faith in humanity extremely shaken from the events at that other place... I needed to continue on with my work... I went to this Target today and had such an uplifting experience today! They were all so helpful... got me a Uboat cart so I could get the majority of what I needed... when I was ready to check out Sally made sure I had help! Christine, Greg, Kaitlyn, Sally and Preston all went above and beyond to help me with my almost $1500 purchase!!! Yesterday destroyed my heart and faith in humanity but today your Target team members not only renewed my faith for the human race but made my heart happy!
